Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of beverage processing, and particularly relates to a cola beverage containing water-soluble cannabidiol and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The cola is one of the most extensive beverages of consumer groups, has fresh and stimulating mouthfeel, and is deeply loved by the consumers. Besides a pleasant taste, the cola beverage also has a plurality of practical effects. The cola ginger decoction can be used as adjuvant therapy for relieving common cold; the cola contains caffeine, according to western medicine, the caffeine has obvious excitation effect on the central nervous system of human, and can promote blood circulation, expand blood vessels and promote cerebral blood circulation; the cola has strong analgesic effect on jellyfish sting; the regurgitation is relieved, and the drinking of a cup of cola slowly is greatly helpful for relieving the regurgitation; if symptoms of diarrhea and sore throat occur, the cola also has good curative effect; dissolving calculus, wherein the cola contains phosphoric acid and carbon dioxide, and has certain curative effect on plant calculus; the cola beverage not only can quench thirst, but also can make people feel comfortable and pleasant.
Cannabidiol (CBD) is extracted from industrial cannabis, and has not been isolated from other animals and plants. Cannabidiol is a main active ingredient in cannabinoids, is a non-addictive active ingredient, has no neurotoxicity, and researches show that cannabidiol has a series of physiological active functions of blocking breast cancer metastasis, resisting epilepsy, resisting spasm, resisting rheumatoid arthritis, resisting anxiety, resisting insomnia and the like. In recent years, scientists also find that cannabidiol is a powerful antioxidant, can effectively remove free radicals in a human body, and has the effects of resisting inflammation, resisting oxidation, delaying senescence and repairing damaged cells. However, cannabidiol is a fat-soluble compound and is insoluble in water, so that the application field of cannabidiol is limited, the bioavailability of cannabidiol is reduced when the cannabidiol is directly used, and the effect of cannabidiol cannot be fully exerted. Therefore, the improvement of the water solubility of the cannabidiol is a crucial link for developing cannabidiol related end products.
At present, no report is found about cola beverage prepared by using water-soluble cannabidiol as an active ingredient.

Test examples
Determination of antioxidant Activity
The effect of the cola beverage on scavenging free radicals is tested through an in vitro antioxidant test, so that the antioxidant capacity of the cola beverage is verified.
DPPH is a stable free radical, and when a free radical scavenger is added to a DPPH solution, the solution becomes lighter in color, the absorbance at 517nm decreases, and the degree of decrease in absorbance is linear with the degree to which the free radical is scavenged. Therefore, the method can be used for detecting the scavenging condition of free radicals so as to evaluate the antioxidant capacity of a certain substance, and the capacity is expressed by the Scavenging Rate (SR), and the larger the scavenging rate is, the stronger the antioxidant capacity is.
Test materials: examples 1 to 3, a commercial control.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: dissolving 1mL of cola beverage in 2mL of absolute ethanol, completely mixing, adding 2mL of 60 mu mol/L DPPH solution, mixing, standing for 30min, adjusting to zero with absolute ethanol, and measuring absorbance at 517nm to be Ai; in the same method, 2mL of absolute ethyl alcohol solvent and 2mL of DPPH solution are uniformly mixed, and the absorbance is measured to be Ac; dissolving 1mL of cola beverage in 2mL of absolute ethyl alcohol, mixing uniformly, adding 2mL of absolute ethyl alcohol solvent, mixing uniformly, and determining the absorbance Aj. The radical scavenging rate was calculated by the following formula.
The clearance (%) [1- (Ai-Aj)/Ac ] x 100%
Wherein Aj reflects the contribution of the sample itself to absorbance; absorbance values of Ai samples after action on DPPH; ac is the absorption of DPPH itself at the measurement wavelength.
The results of the experiment are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 free radical (DPPH) scavenging effect of cola beverages of the invention
Sample (I) | Clearance (%) |
Example 1 | 89.7 |
Example 2 | 91.9 |
Example 3 | 93.6 |
Commercial control | 68.7 |
The results in Table 1 show that the clearance of free radical DPPH in examples 1-3 is significantly higher than that of the commercial reference, which indicates that the water-soluble cannabidiol has better clearance of free radical DPPH, and indicates that the cola beverage of the present invention has better antioxidant effect and can delay aging.
The cola beverage is light brownish red, clear and transparent, free of precipitate, proper in sweetness and sourness, has the specific smell of cola, is a health-care beverage, has the effects of resisting oxidation, inflammation and insomnia, regulating immunity and the like, and is a beverage which integrates leisure, health preservation and beauty treatment and is suitable for people of all ages.
The above examples are merely illustrative of the present invention and do not limit the scope of the present invention in any way. For process parameters or conditions not specifically mentioned, it can be carried out with reference to conventional techniques. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that equivalent embodiments or modifications without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.
