in the left bean product forming die 7a, the lower ejector rod of the ejector rod component 7.3 can rotate around the horizontal shaft rod, so that the sliding seat drives the left bean product forming die to move to the lower part of the pressing plate, and the floating support plate 7.2 is kept supported on the upper surface of the sliding seat, therefore, soybean milk in the bean product forming die cannot overflow, and the normal work of the leisure bean product forming and processing device is ensured;
in the bean product forming die 7b on the right side, the roller of the ejector rod component 7.3 is firstly contacted with the right inclined surface 8.4, so that the lower ejector rod 7.32 rotates leftwards around the horizontal shaft until the lower ejector rod abuts against the limiting part 7.34, then the roller moves upwards along the right inclined surface and gradually jacks up the floating support plate 7.2 through the ejector rod component, when the roller moves to the right plane, the upper surface of the floating support plate is close to the notch of the forming die groove, so that an operator can conveniently take out bean products on the floating support plate, and the operator can conveniently take out the pressed bean products in the die, thereby reducing the difficulty of manual operation and improving the bean product manufacturing efficiency; then, the sliding seat drives the roller to continue moving rightwards along the right plane until the sliding seat abuts against the limiting block on the right side, at the moment, the ejector rod assembly is located on one side of the supporting block, the roller is separated from the right plane, the floating supporting plate moves downwards under the action of self weight and is supported on the upper surface of the sliding seat, and therefore an operator can pour soybean milk in the soybean product forming mold without influencing the pouring of the soybean milk in the soybean product forming mold.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the mold body further includes a floating sleeve 7.5 inserted in the mold sleeve, the floating sleeve is supported on the upper surface of the floating support plate, and a plurality of drainage holes are formed in the side wall of the floating sleeve.
