The device for reducing acid leaching lead slime is characterized by comprising a polar plate, acid leaching cloth which is connected end to end and has two open ends, an acid leaching pipe filled with sulfuric acid solution, and an adjusting motor, wherein the acid leaching cloth is arranged on the acid leaching pipe, a valve is arranged on the acid leaching pipe, a plurality of acid leaching holes are arranged on the acid leaching pipe corresponding to the acid leaching cloth, a gap is formed between the bottom end of the acid leaching cloth and the polar plate, the acid leaching cloth is connected with the acid leaching pipe through a positioning device, the positioning device comprises an arc block which is arranged on the acid leaching pipe in a matching manner, a positioning block is arranged on the arc block, adjusting grooves are arranged at two ends of the positioning block corresponding to two ends of the acid leaching cloth, adjusting plates are connected in the adjusting grooves in a sliding manner, and the adjusting plates are connected with the side walls of the adjusting grooves through adjusting springs; the output shaft of the adjusting motor is connected with an adjusting rotary drum for driving the acid spraying cloth to move.
2. The device for reducing acid leaching lead slime according to claim 1, wherein the axial direction of the acid leaching holes forms an angle with the acid leaching cloth within a range of 15-45 degrees.
3. The device for reducing acid leaching lead slime according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the acid leaching cloth is made of polyester staple fibers.
4. The device for reducing the acid leaching lead slime according to claim 1 or 2, wherein one end of the acid leaching pipe is a sealed end, and the other end of the acid leaching pipe is a hollow liquid inlet end.
5. The device for reducing the acid leaching lead slime according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the aperture range of the acid leaching holes is 1-3mm, and the distance between the adjacent acid leaching holes is 15-20 mm.
6. The device for reducing the leaching of lead acid mud of claim 1 or 2, wherein the size of the gap is 1-3 mm.
7. The device for reducing the leaching acid lead mud according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the inner diameter of the leaching acid pipe is 10-15mm, and the pipe wall thickness of the leaching acid pipe is 2-3 mm.
