Abstract
The application discloses a recommendation method and device for combined insurance. There is a connection between the risk profile and the insurance product, and a mapping relationship is established using this connection. Specifically, risk feature labels are set according to risks that may occur, and in this embodiment, it is preferable to mainly refer to a financial risk feature label, a health risk feature label, and a behavior risk feature label; configuring an insurance product label according to the existing insurance product; and finally, establishing a mapping relation between the connected risk characteristic label and the insurance product label, and automatically associating the risk characteristic label with the insurance product according to the mapping relation when the risk characteristic is determined.
In the embodiment, a first mapping relation is established between the financial risk characteristic label and the first insurance product label; such as: if the financial risk characteristic label has investment risk in a certain field, a mapping relation between insurance product labels related to investment can be established; thus, when it is determined that the user is at risk for investment in the field, an insurance product related to the investment is recommended to the user.
In this embodiment, the health risk feature label and the second insurance product label establish a second mapping relationship; such as: if the health risk characteristic label is that the family genetic disease risk exists, a mapping relation between insurance product labels related to the disease can be established; as such, when it is determined that the user is at risk for a family genetic disease, then insurance products related to the disease are recommended to the user.
In this embodiment, a third mapping relationship is established between the behavior risk feature tag and a third insurance product tag; such as: if the behavior risk characteristic label is that natural disaster risks exist, a mapping relation between insurance product labels related to the natural disasters can be established; in this way, when it is determined that the user has a risk of a natural disaster, insurance products related to weather and natural disasters are recommended to the user.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that multiple risk profiles may project multiple insurance products, and as such, a combination insurance product may be recommended to a user based on multiple risk profiles to achieve full protection.
The receiving module 20 is configured to receive an insurance recommendation request sent by a user at a terminal, and retrieve risk characteristics of the user;
and the determining module 30 is configured to determine the combined insurance product projected by the first risk characteristic according to the mapping relationship, and output the combined insurance product at the terminal.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the first risk characteristic includes: the financial risk characteristic, the behavior risk characteristic and the health risk characteristic are determined according to the mapping relation, insurance products projected by the financial risk characteristic, the behavior risk characteristic and the health risk characteristic are determined respectively, and are combined to form a combined insurance product, and the combined insurance product is output on a terminal of a user; the purpose of intelligently associating the risk characteristics with the combined insurance product by means of multiple dimensions is achieved, and therefore the intelligent level and accuracy of insurance recommendation are improved.
From the above description, it can be seen that the present invention achieves the following technical effects:

According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an electronic device, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, where the processor implements the steps of the method for recommending a combined insurance when executing the program.
There is also provided, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the recommendation method for combined insurance.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and they may alternatively be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, or fabricated separately as individual integrated circuit modules, or fabricated as a single integrated circuit module from multiple modules or steps. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (10)
1. A method for recommending a combined insurance, comprising:
establishing a mapping relation between a risk characteristic label and an insurance product label;
receiving an insurance recommendation request sent by a user at a terminal, and calling a first risk characteristic of the user;
and determining the combined insurance product projected by the first risk characteristic according to the mapping relation, and outputting the combined insurance product at a terminal.
2. The recommendation method of claim 1, wherein establishing a mapping between the risk profile tag and the insurance product tag comprises:
establishing a first mapping relation between the financial risk characteristic label and the first insurance product label;
establishing a second mapping relation between the health risk characteristic label and a second insurance product label;
and establishing a third mapping relation between the behavior risk characteristic label and a third insurance product label.
3. The recommendation method according to claim 1,
receiving an insurance recommendation request sent by a user at a terminal, and calling the risk characteristics of the user comprises the following steps:
receiving an insurance recommendation request sent by a user at a terminal, and calling financial risk characteristics of the user;
determining the combined insurance product projected by the first risk characteristic according to the mapping relation, and outputting at a terminal, wherein the step comprises the following steps:
and determining the first combined insurance product projected by the financial risk characteristics according to the first mapping relation, and outputting the first combined insurance product at the terminal.
4. The recommendation method according to claim 1,
receiving an insurance recommendation request sent by a user at a terminal, and calling the risk characteristics of the user comprises the following steps:

determining the combined insurance product projected by the first risk characteristic according to the mapping relation, and outputting at a terminal, wherein the step comprises the following steps:
and determining a second combined insurance product projected by the health risk characteristics according to the second mapping relation, and outputting the second combined insurance product at the terminal.
5. The recommendation method according to claim 1,

determining the combined insurance product projected by the first risk characteristic according to the mapping relation, and outputting at a terminal, wherein the step comprises the following steps:

6. A combination insurance recommendation device, comprising:
the establishment module is used for establishing a mapping relation between the risk characteristic label and the insurance product label;
the receiving module is used for receiving an insurance recommendation request sent by a user at a terminal and calling the risk characteristics of the user;
and the determining module is used for determining the combined insurance product projected by the first risk characteristic according to the mapping relation and outputting the combined insurance product at a terminal.
7. The recommendation device of claim 6, wherein the establishing module comprises:
establishing a first mapping relation between the financial risk characteristic label and the first insurance product label;
establishing a second mapping relation between the health risk characteristic label and a second insurance product label;
and establishing a third mapping relation between the behavior risk characteristic label and a third insurance product label.
