According to an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the invoking the risk feature and the risk probability of the user includes:

and calling the behavior risk characteristics and the behavior risk probability of the user.
After the user identification code is judged, the financial risk characteristics and the financial risk probability stored under the user file are called according to the identification code, and the health risk characteristics, the health risk probability, the risk characteristics and the behavior risk probability are called; the risk probability is determined by corresponding calculation of the risk features.
Such as: the financial risk feature may be an investment deficit, and then an investment risk prediction result is determined according to the investment deficit rate obtained by calculating the investment deficit, the higher the investment risk is, the higher the financial risk probability is, and finally the financial risk probability is obtained by calculating according to the prediction result.

The security content type and the determination of the proportion of the items in the security content can be provided through the risk characteristics and the risk probability of the user.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, determining the type and the duty ratio of the content to be ensured according to the risk characteristics and the risk probability includes:
determining content to be ensured according to the risk characteristics;
extracting corresponding guarantee items from the original insurance product as the types of the guarantee contents;
and determining the duty ratio of the guaranteed content according to the risk probability.
According to the preset mapping relation between the security item labels and the risk feature labels, after a request is received and the risk features and the risk probability are called, all security items with the mapping relation with the called risk features can be used as the types of security contents; and determining the duty ratio of each guarantee item in the guarantee content according to the risk probability, wherein the larger the probability is, the larger the weight of the set guarantee item is, and the larger the duty ratio is.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, determining the content to be secured according to the risk characteristics includes:

There is a link between the risk features and the insurance products, and further refinement is actually that there is a link between the risk features and the insurance items, in this embodiment, a mapping relationship is established using the latter link. Specifically, risk feature tags are set according to risks that may occur, and in this embodiment, preferably, the risk feature tags mainly refer to a financial risk feature tag, a health risk feature tag, and a behavioral risk feature tag; extracting a guarantee item from the existing insurance product and configuring a guarantee item label; and finally, establishing a mapping relation between the risk feature label with the connection and the security item label, wherein according to the mapping relation, when the risk feature is determined, the risk feature label can be automatically associated to the item to be secured of the user.
Customizing the determined types and the duty ratio of the guaranteed content into an insurance product, setting all the types of the guaranteed content in a policy interface, and outputting the duty ratio; such as: the types of three guarantee items of serious illness insurance, train traffic insurance and investment insurance are displayed in the insurance policy interface, and a duty ratio frame is added after each type for displaying the duty ratio. The recommendation of one insurance product is customized without combining a plurality of insurance product machines, so that the situation that no guarantee items are needed by users in the plurality of insurance products is avoided, the accuracy of the types of the guarantee contents is improved, the occupation ratio of each guarantee item can be determined according to the risk probability, the user insurance cost is further reduced, and the optional guarantee items cannot be ensured; and the user experience is improved.
According to the embodiment of the invention, preferably, the insurance product is customized according to the type to be ensured and the duty ratio, and the method further comprises the following steps after the terminal outputs:
receiving a guarantee total amount set by a user on an insurance product interface;
and determining the guarantee amount of each item in the content to be guaranteed according to the total guarantee amount, the type and the duty ratio of the content to be guaranteed, and outputting the guarantee amount in a guarantee product interface.
In the output insurance product interface, a guarantee total amount input field is arranged, after the guarantee total amount is input, the server automatically determines the guarantee amount of each item according to the duty ratio, and finally, the insurance product of the complete version is output, and the user can apply after clicking confirmation.

After the user finishes the insurance by combining insurance or customizing insurance, a corresponding insurance record is generated, wherein the insurance record at least comprises the name and related content of the insurance product, and the server automatically updates the combined insurance or customizing insurance product into an insurance product library as a new insurance product.
After the insurance is completed in the traditional insurance mode, corresponding insurance record is generated, and in the embodiment, the updating operation is not performed on the insurance product library; corresponding judgment can be made according to the insurance request (combination insurance request, custom insurance request and traditional insurance request), if the combination insurance or custom insurance request is in the follow-up execution program, the update operation is executed on the insurance product library, otherwise, the update operation is not executed if the update operation is the traditional insurance request.
After analysis is performed according to the user data, a risk report of the user is generated, wherein the risk report at least comprises user identification information, risk characteristics and risk probability, and corresponding risk characteristics are extracted from the risk report to serve as risk characteristic labels.
