As shown in fig. 1, the application scenario 100 includes, for example, a target user 110, a first image capturing device 120, and a target display device 130.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the target user 110 needs to find an empty area in an accommodation space, for example, a mobile office, classroom, etc., and the empty area may be an empty workstation in a mobile office or classroom, for example.
The first image capturing device 120 may capture an image of the target user 110, and identify identity information of the target user 110, so as to find attribute information of the target user 110 from a background database. The attribute information may reflect, for example, the needs of the target user 110 for idle workstations, from which the target user 110 may be recommended the idle target area that he needs.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a target area recommended for the target user 110 may be displayed on the target display device 130, facilitating the target user 110 to select a region of tendency from among the recommended target areas.
An information processing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is described below with reference to fig. 2 to 3 in conjunction with the application scenario of fig. 1. It should be noted that the above application scenario is only shown for the convenience of understanding the spirit and principles of the present disclosure, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited in any way in this respect. Rather, embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied to any scenario where applicable.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the method includes operations S210 to S220.
In operation S210, if the target user is monitored by the first image capturing device, area information of at least one area in the accommodation space is obtained, the at least one area being an idle area currently capable of accommodating the user.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first image capturing device may be, for example, a camera. For example, cameras may be installed in designated places in a mobile office or classroom. After the camera acquires the image of the target user, the area information of at least one area in the accommodating space can be obtained, for example, the idle station of a mobile office place or classroom is obtained.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the first image acquisition device acquires the image of the target user, the image of the target user may be uploaded to the background system, so that the background system can conveniently identify the identity information of the target user, and the attribute information associated with the identity information is acquired from the background database according to the identity information of the target user. Wherein the attribute information of the target user can characterize the demand of the target user for the region in the accommodation space, for example, the tendency of the target user for the region in the accommodation space.
It is understood that the acquisition of the attribute information of the target user may be completed before or after the acquisition of the area information of at least one area in the accommodation space.
In operation S220, a target area in the at least one area, which is an area satisfying the needs of the target user in the at least one area, is determined based on the area information of the at least one area and the attribute information of the target user.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, after obtaining the region information of the idle region and the attribute information of the target user, the requirement of the target user on the region can be determined according to the attribute information of the target user, and the target region meeting the requirement of the target user is determined from at least one idle region.
The technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure automatically recommends the required region for the target user based on the attribute information representing the requirement of the target user for the region. According to the embodiment of the invention, in a mobile office environment, the target user does not need to randomly search for an idle area in an office place, but the efficiency of searching for the area by the target user is improved in an automatic recommendation mode, so that the office efficiency of the target user is improved. In addition, the mode of recommending the idle area according to the attribute information of the target user ensures that the recommended area meets the requirement of the target user and improves the satisfaction degree of the target user.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the attribute information of the target user can represent the requirement of the target user on the area. The attribute information may include, for example, at least one of the following items (1) to (3).
(1) Historical area information associated with the target user. The history area information of the target user may be, for example, an area that the target user has used in the accommodation space in the past period of time. The frequency of use of the area used by the target user in the past may characterize the tendency of the target user to the area. For example, when a region with a higher frequency of use is a region in which the target user tends more, a region with a higher frequency of use of the target user may be recommended preferentially when the target user is recommended the target region.
(2) The association information related to the target user includes area information of other users associated with the target user. Wherein other users associated with the target user may be, for example, friends, colleagues, team members, etc. of the target user. In general, the target user will prefer to work with friends, colleagues, team members to facilitate communication while looking for free areas to work. Accordingly, the target user can be recommended a target area adjacent to the area information of the other user by acquiring the area information of the other user associated with the target user. The area information of the other user may be, for example, an area where the other user is currently located, or may be an area used by the other user in the past.
(3) Activity planning information for the target user. For example, the activity planning information of the target user includes an office schedule of the target user. And recommending the area convenient for the user to work for the user by acquiring the office schedule of the target user. For example, when the target user 8:00 arrives at the office, the target user can recommend the office position adjacent to the conference room 1 to the target user, so that the target user can conveniently enter the conference room 1 from the current office position at the conference time, and the office efficiency of the target user is improved.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the above operation S220 may include, for example: the priority of each of the at least one region is determined according to the attribute information, and the target region in the at least one region is determined based on the priority of each of the at least one region.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the at least one area is a current free area, and when the target area is recommended from the at least one area to the target user, the area with the high priority may be recommended preferentially. The tendency degree of the target user to the area can be determined according to the attribute information of the target user, and the priority of each idle area is determined, so that the target area is recommended to the target user according to the priority of each idle area.
For example, the attribute information of the target user is exemplified as the history area information related to the target user. When the currently free area in the accommodation space is the area 1, the area 2, and the area 3, the history area information of the target user is, for example, 8 times the target user has previously office in the area 1, 2 times in the area 2, and 0 times in the area 3. The priority of each free area can be determined according to the frequency of using the area by the target user, for example, the priority of the area is sequentially from high to low, namely, the area 1, the area 2 and the area 3. Thereafter, the target region may be recommended to the user according to the priority of the region.
Fig. 3 schematically illustrates a flowchart of an information processing method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the information processing method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure may further include operations S310 to S350 in addition to operations S210 to S220 shown in fig. 2, for example.
In operation S310, the target area is displayed through the target display device to recommend the target area to the target user, wherein the priority of the target area is the first priority.
For example, when a target area is recommended to a target user based on attribute information of the target user, the recommended target area may be displayed on a target display device, which may be, for example, a screen of a computer, or may also be an electronic display screen or the like.
For example, if the priorities of the currently free areas 1, 2, and 3 are the areas 1, 2, and 3 in order from high to low, the area 1 with the high priority may be recommended to the target user as the target area.
In operation S320, feedback information of the target user is obtained.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, after the target area is recommended for the target user, feedback information of the target user for the recommended target area can be further obtained, so that whether the target user is satisfied with the recommended target area or not is determined based on the feedback information.
For example, a first image of the target user may be obtained by the first image capturing device, and feedback information of the target user to the recommended target area may be obtained based on the first image. For example, the facial expression of the target user may be determined by the first image, and whether the target user is satisfied with the recommended target area is determined according to the facial expression of the target user. For example, if the facial expression of the target user is a happy expression, it can be known that the target user is satisfied with the currently recommended target area, and if the facial expression of the target user is frowning or shaking the head, it can be known that the target user is not satisfied with the recommended target area.
Alternatively, input information of the target user can be obtained through the target display device, and the input information can represent satisfaction degree of the target user on the recommended target area. For example, after recommending the target area for the target user, the target user may click on the receiving recommendation option, the rejecting recommendation option, or the re-recommendation option on the target display device, and it may be determined whether the recommended target area is satisfied by the target user according to the click of the target user. For example, when the target user clicks on the receive recommendation option, it may be known that the target user is satisfied with the recommended target region. If the target user clicks the reject recommendation option or the re-recommendation option, it may be determined that the target user is not satisfied with the recommended target area.
In operation S330, when the feedback information satisfies the target condition, displaying the candidate region of the at least one region through the target display device to recommend the candidate region of the at least one region to the target user, wherein the priority of the candidate region is a second priority, and the second priority is lower than the first priority.
For example, the feedback information meeting the target condition may be that the target user does not meet the recommended target area, for example. In this case, other alternative areas may be recommended for the target user, for example, area 2 is recommended for the target user, the priority of area 2 being lower than that of area 1, for example.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, the target area is recommended to the target user according to the priority of the idle area, and the areas with other priorities are recommended to the target user again according to the feedback information of the target user on the recommended areas, so that the requirements of the user on the areas are greatly met, the effect of pertinently recommending the areas to the target user is realized, and the satisfaction degree of the target user on the recommended areas is improved.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, before performing operation S210, the following operations S340 to S350 may be first performed, for example.
In operation S340, it is determined whether a user exists in each region in the accommodation space.
In operation S350, it is determined that an area in which the user does not exist in the accommodation space is at least one area.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the accommodating space comprises a plurality of areas, and whether each area is a free area can be determined according to whether other users exist in each area in the accommodating space. In other words, an area where there is no user currently may be taken as at least one area.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, operation S340 includes, for example, at least one of the following two ways.
In the first way, whether the moving object appears in each area in the accommodating space in the current time period can be determined through the sensing device, and if the moving object appears in the current time period, the existence of the user in the area where the moving object appears can be determined.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, for example, several sensing devices may be installed in the accommodation space for sensing whether or not a moving object is present in each area. The sensor device may be, for example, an infrared sensor, a temperature sensor, a TOF (Time of Flight) sensor, or the like. When the sensing device detects that a moving object is present in the area, the area where the moving object is present is a non-idle area.
In the second mode, a second image corresponding to each region in the accommodating space can be obtained through the second image acquisition device, and whether a user exists in each region or not is identified based on the second image.
For example, the second image capturing device may be a camera installed in the accommodating space, and capture an image of the accommodating space through the camera, and perform image recognition to obtain whether a user exists in each area in the accommodating space.
By the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, the idle area in the accommodating space can be determined in various modes, and the target area in the idle area is recommended to the target user. The recommended target area is real and reliable by determining the idle area in various modes, so that the recommended target area is ensured to be the idle area as far as possible, and the influence of incorrect recommendation on the office efficiency and experience of a target user is avoided.
Another aspect of the present disclosure also provides an information processing system. The information processing system comprises, for example, an electronic device, a target display device, a first image acquisition device, and at least one of a sensing device and a second image acquisition device. The target display device may be, for example, a display device in an electronic device, for example, when the electronic device is a computer, the target display device may be a display screen of the computer. Or, the target display device may be a display device externally connected to the electronic device, and the electronic device may send corresponding information to the externally connected target display device for display.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the electronic device may include, for example, a processor and a memory.
