As shown in fig. 1, the application scenario 100 includes, for example, a target user 110, a first image capture device 120, and a target display device 130.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the target user 110 needs to find a free area in a receiving space, such as a mobile office, a classroom, etc., for example, and the free area can be a free station in the mobile office or the classroom, for example.
For example, the first image capturing device 120 may capture an image of the target user 110 and identify the identity information of the target user 110, so as to search the background database for the attribute information of the target user 110. The attribute information may reflect, for example, a demand of the target user 110 for idle workstations, and according to the attribute information, an idle target area required by the target user 110 may be recommended for the target user 110.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the recommended target area for the target user 110 may be displayed on the target display device 130, facilitating the target user 110 to select a region that is inclined from the recommended target area.
An information processing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is described below with reference to fig. 2 to 3 in conjunction with an application scenario of fig. 1. It should be noted that the above application scenarios are merely illustrated for the convenience of understanding the spirit and principles of the present disclosure, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited in this respect. Rather, embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied to any scenario where applicable.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a flow chart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the method includes operations S210 to S220.
In operation S210, if the target user is monitored through the first image capturing device, region information of at least one region in the accommodating space is obtained, where the at least one region is a free region capable of accommodating the user currently.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first image capturing device may be, for example, a camera. For example, a camera may be installed in a mobile office or a designated place in a classroom. After the camera acquires the image of the target user, the area information of at least one area in the accommodating space can be obtained, for example, an idle station of a mobile office or a classroom is obtained.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the first image acquisition device acquires the image of the target user, the image of the target user can be uploaded to the background system, so that the background system can conveniently identify the identity information of the target user, and acquire the attribute information associated with the identity information from the background database according to the identity information of the target user. The attribute information of the target user can represent the requirement of the target user on the area in the accommodating space, and the requirement is the tendency degree of the target user on the area in the accommodating space.
It is to be understood that the obtaining of the attribute information of the target user may be performed before obtaining the area information of the at least one area in the accommodating space, or may be performed after obtaining the area information of the at least one area in the accommodating space.
In operation S220, a target area among the at least one area is determined based on the area information of the at least one area and the attribute information of the target user, the target area being an area of the at least one area that meets the demand of the target user.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, after the area information of the free area and the attribute information of the target user are obtained, the requirement of the target user for the area can be determined according to the attribute information of the target user, and the target area meeting the requirement of the target user is determined from at least one free area.
The technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure automatically recommends the required area for the target user based on the attribute information representing the requirement of the target user for the area. By the embodiment of the disclosure, the target user does not need to randomly search for an idle area in an office place in a mobile office environment, but the efficiency of searching for the area by the target user is improved in an automatic recommendation mode, so that the office efficiency of the target user is improved. In addition, the method of recommending the free area according to the attribute information of the target user ensures that the recommended area meets the requirements of the target user, and improves the satisfaction degree of the target user.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the attribute information of the target user can represent the requirement of the target user on the area. The attribute information may include at least one of the following items (1) to (3), for example.
(1) Historical region information associated with the target user. The history area information of the target user may be, for example, an area used by the target user in the accommodating space in a past period of time. The frequency of use of the area used by the target user in the past may characterize the degree of the target user's propensity to the area. For example, a region with a higher frequency of use is a region in which the target user tends to be higher, and when a target region is recommended for the target user, for example, a region with a high frequency of use for the target user may be preferentially recommended.
(2) And the associated information comprises area information of other users associated with the target user. Where the other users associated with the target user may be, for example, friends, colleagues, team members, etc. of the target user. Generally, when the target user searches for an idle area to work, the target user tends to work with friends, colleagues and team members for communication. Therefore, a target area adjacent to the area information of the other user may be recommended for the target user by acquiring the area information of the other user associated with the target user. The area information of the other users may be, for example, an area where the other users are currently located, or an area used by the other users in the past.
(3) Activity planning information for the target user. For example, the activity planning information of the target user includes an office schedule of the target user. And recommending areas convenient for the user to work for the user by acquiring the office schedule of the target user. For example, when the target user has a meeting at 10:00 in meeting room 1, and when the target user 8:00 arrives at an office, an office location adjacent to meeting room 1 can be recommended for the target user, so that the target user can go from the current office location to meeting room 1 at the meeting time, and the office efficiency of the target user is improved.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the operation S220 may include, for example: determining a priority of each of the at least one region according to the attribute information, and determining a target region of the at least one region based on the priority of each of the at least one region.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, at least one area is a current idle area, and when a target area is recommended for a target user from the at least one area, an area with a high priority can be preferentially recommended. The tendency degree of the target user to the area can be determined according to the attribute information of the target user, the priority of each idle area is determined, and the target area is recommended to the target user according to the priority of each idle area.
For example, attribute information of the target user is taken as history area information related to the target user. When the currently free areas in the accommodating space are area 1, area 2, and area 3, the history area information of the target user is, for example, that the number of times the target user has worked in area 1 in the past is 8, the number of times the target user has worked in area 2 is 2, and the number of times the target user has worked in area 3 is 0. The priority of each free area can be determined according to the frequency of the target user using the area, for example, the priority of the area is area 1, area 2 and area 3 from high to low. Thereafter, the target region may be recommended for the user according to the priority of the region.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a flow chart of an information processing method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the information processing method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure may further include operations S310 to S350, in addition to, for example, operations S210 to S220 shown in fig. 2.
In operation S310, a target area is displayed through a target display device to recommend the target area to a target user, wherein a priority of the target area is a first priority.
For example, when a target area is recommended for a target user according to attribute information of the target user, the recommended target area may be displayed on a target display device, which may be, for example, a screen of a computer, or may also be an electronic display screen or the like.
For example, if the priority of the currently idle area 1, area 2, and area 3 is in order from high to low, the area 1 with the high priority may be recommended to the target user as the target area.
In operation S320, feedback information of the target user is obtained.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, after the target area is recommended for the target user, the feedback information of the target user for the recommended target area can be further obtained, so that whether the target user is satisfied with the recommended target area can be conveniently determined based on the feedback information.
For example, a first image of the target user may be obtained through the first image acquisition device, and feedback information of the target user to the recommended target area is obtained based on the first image. For example, the facial expression of the target user may be determined from the first image, and whether the target user is satisfied with the recommended target area may be determined according to the facial expression of the target user. For example, if the facial expression of the target user is an open expression, it can be known that the target user is satisfied with the currently recommended target area, and if the facial expression of the target user is frown or shake head, it can be known that the target user is not satisfied with the recommended target area.
Alternatively, the input information of the target user can be obtained through the target display device, and the input information can represent the satisfaction degree of the target user on the recommended target area. For example, after recommending a target area for a target user, the target user may click on a receive recommendation option, a reject recommendation option, or a re-recommend option on the target display device, and whether the target user is satisfied with the recommended target area may be determined according to the click of the target user. For example, when the target user clicks on the receive recommendation option, it can be known that the target user is more satisfied with the recommended target area. If the target user clicks on the decline recommendation option or the re-recommendation option, it may be determined that the target user is not satisfied with the recommended target area.
In operation S330, when the feedback information satisfies the target condition, displaying, by the target display device, a candidate region of the at least one region to recommend the candidate region of the at least one region to the target user, where the priority of the candidate region is a second priority, and the second priority is lower than the first priority.
For example, the feedback information meeting the target condition may be that the target user does not meet the recommended target area, for example. In this case, other alternative regions may be recommended for the target user, for example, region 2 is recommended for the target user, and the priority of region 2 is lower than that of region 1, for example.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, the target area is recommended for the target user according to the priority of the idle area, and other areas with priorities are recommended for the target user again according to the feedback information of the target user for the recommended area, so that the requirement of the user on the area is greatly met, the effect of pertinently recommending the area for the target user is realized, and the satisfaction degree of the target user on the recommended area is improved.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, before performing operation S210, the following operations S340 to S350 may be performed first, for example.
In operation S340, it is determined whether a user exists in each region in the accommodating space.
In operation S350, a region where the user does not exist in the accommodating space is determined to be at least one region.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the accommodating space includes a plurality of areas, for example, and whether each area is a free area can be determined according to whether each area in the accommodating space currently has other users. In other words, an area where there is no user currently may be taken as at least one area.
Operation S340 includes, for example, at least one of the following two ways according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
In the first mode, it may be determined whether a moving object occurs in each region of the accommodating space within the current time period through the sensing device, and if the moving object occurs within the current time period, it may be determined that a user exists in the region where the moving object occurs.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, for example, several sensing devices may be installed in the accommodating space for sensing whether a moving object is present in each area. The sensing device may be, for example, an infrared sensor, a temperature sensor, a tof (time of flight) sensor, or the like. When the sensor device detects that a moving object appears in the area, the area where the moving object appears is a non-idle area.
In the second mode, a second image corresponding to each area in the accommodating space can be obtained through a second image acquisition device, and whether a user exists in each area is identified based on the second image.
For example, the second image capturing device may be a camera installed in the accommodating space, and the second image capturing device captures an image of the accommodating space through the camera and performs image recognition to determine whether a user is present in each area in the accommodating space.
Through the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, the free area in the accommodating space can be determined in various ways, and the target area in the free area is recommended to the target user. The recommended target area is real and reliable by determining the idle area in various modes, the recommended target area is ensured to be the idle area as far as possible, and the influence of mistaken recommendation on the office efficiency and experience of a target user is avoided.
Another aspect of the present disclosure also provides an information processing system. The information processing system comprises an electronic device, an object display device, a first image acquisition device and at least one of a sensing device and a second image acquisition device. The target display device may be, for example, a display device in an electronic device, and when the electronic device is a computer, the target display device may be a display screen of the computer. Or, the target display device may also be a display device externally connected to the electronic device, and the electronic device may send corresponding information to the externally connected target display device for display.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the electronic device may include, for example, a processor and a memory. Wherein the memory may be used, for example, to store executable instructions. Wherein, when the executable instructions are executed by the processor, the processor may perform the information processing method as shown in fig. 2 and 3 above.
