The software product for product process record tracing according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising a two-dimensional code generation module; the two-dimensional code generating module is used for generating a two-dimensional code picture from the unique identification code corresponding to the product, and the terminal query module identifies and analyzes the two-dimensional code picture and extracts the unique identification code information corresponding to the product contained in the two-dimensional code picture.
6. A software method for product process record tracing, comprising the steps of:
s1, selecting original data which can refer to a unique product from background databases stored in each service subsystem as a unique identification code corresponding to the product;
s2, selecting original data items which can be used for product process tracing, extracting and converting the original data items from background databases of all business subsystems to obtain tracing item data which can be directly used for query;
s3, collecting the data of the tracing items obtained in the step S2 together to generate a data warehouse;
s4, designing a plurality of levels of process record reports and determining the logical relationship between the data inclusion and the data inclusion between the process record reports of different levels based on the retroactive item data in the data warehouse generated in the step S3;
and S5, loading the process record report of the corresponding product by taking the unique identification code corresponding to the product as a screening condition, and displaying the process record report of the corresponding level.
7. The software method for product process record tracing according to claim 7, wherein in said step S1, a production lot number is selected as a unique identification code corresponding to a product;
in step S2, raw data items that can be used for product tracing are selected from dimensions including, but not limited to, people, machines, materials, methods, environments, and measurements.
8. The software method for product process record tracing according to claim 6 or 7, wherein in said step S5, the process record report form of the corresponding hierarchy is displayed through web page.

The software method for product process record tracing according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that after said step S1, anywhere before said step S5, further comprising a step SS for converting the unique identification code corresponding to the product into a two-dimensional code picture; in the step S5, the unique identification code corresponding to the product is obtained by analyzing the two-dimensional code picture.
