The invention provides a navigation method and navigation equipment, wherein the navigation equipment comprises an acquisition circuit, a processing circuit, an output circuit and a travel suggestion storage circuit which stores travel suggestion information, wherein the acquisition circuit is connected with the processing circuit and is used for acquiring weather forecast information of a relevant place in a navigation route and outputting the relevant place and the weather forecast information to the processing circuit; the processing circuit is electrically connected with the travel suggestion storage circuit and the output circuit and is used for requesting weather forecast information of a corresponding area according to the association, acquiring travel suggestion information of corresponding weather from the travel suggestion storage circuit according to the weather forecast information and outputting the travel suggestion information to the output circuit; the output circuit is used for displaying the obtained travel suggestion information. The navigation method and the navigation equipment provided by the invention can assist the user not to rain, make the user to take a trip, and provide a trip suggestion service, so that the user can take a trip more smoothly.

However, the current navigation device does not actively provide weather-related travel advice service, so that related preparation cannot be made in advance when the navigation device starts, and people find that the weather is bad when arriving at a destination or staying midway, thereby seriously affecting travel activities.
