Abstract
The invention discloses a throwing device with adjustable throwing distance and a using method thereof, wherein the throwing device comprises a multifunctional base, a launching cylinder assembly is arranged on the multifunctional base, a rescue launching tube is arranged on the launching cylinder assembly, and a rope throwing rescue bomb is inserted in the rescue launching tube; the launching cylinder component is connected with a quick connection assembly, and the quick connection assembly is connected with an air respirator air bottle; the quick-connection assembly is provided with a pressure reducing valve and an exhaust valve, the launching air cylinder component is provided with a male quick connector connected with the quick-connection assembly, and the quick-connection assembly is a pressure plug-in quick-connection assembly. The invention is provided with a pressure reducing valve, an exhaust valve and a hot-plugging quick connector, can realize pressure reduction and inflation to the highest rated air pressure, and can also realize movable launching by adjusting and exhausting between 0 and the rated highest pressure and connecting or disconnecting under pressure without being limited by the length of a connecting assembly. When the air respirator is carried out for rescue, only one air bottle for the air respirator is needed to be carried, and the universality and standardization of the air products for fire-fighting and rescue equipment are realized.

Background
The existing rescue throwing equipment used by firemen adopts a self-contained special gas cylinder for gas supply, does not have universality, increases the limitation of rescuers, and has large volume and increased weight. Can not be separated from the inflation pressure regulating device, and brings space limitation to throwing and launching.
An effective solution to the problems in the related art has not been proposed yet.

s3: closing a cylinder head valve of an air respirator air cylinder, slowly pressing an exhaust valve according to an actually measured distance and an actually measured throwing curve chart to adjust to required pressure, and pulling out a female quick connector to finish inflation;
s4: the rope head of the rope throwing rescue bomb is tied to the functional base;
s5: the firing angle is checked again and the target is aimed ready for firing.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention is provided with the pressure reducing valve and the exhaust valve, only needs to carry the air respirator air cylinder, does not need to carry a plurality of special high-pressure air cylinders, realizes the universality and standardization of the gas products for fire-fighting and rescue equipment, correspondingly reduces and lightens the whole volume and weight, and is convenient for rescue workers to carry and store when going out for rescue.
2. The invention can accurately adjust the pressure of the cylinder, can be adjusted randomly from the range of 0-11Mpa, and can realize the adjustment of the throwing distance of the throwing device by matching with an actually measured throwing curve graph, thereby enhancing the rescue performance.
3. The invention is provided with the female and male quick connectors which can be quickly combined and separated, so that the air respirator air cylinder and the thrower with adjustable casting distance can be conveniently separated, and the flexibility of rescue launching is improved.
4. The invention can be inserted into and pulled out from the air respirator cylinder at the pressure of 0-11Mpa, which is convenient for the rescue and launching of the throwing device.

In one embodiment of the present invention, a shock absorption block 41 is installed on the multifunctional base 4, and the launching cylinder assembly 1 abuts against the shock absorption block 41.
In one embodiment of the invention, the pressure reducing valve reduces the pressure to 11 MPa.

A method of using an adjustable throw device suitable for use in any one of the above described projectiles, comprising the steps of:
s1: measuring the distance between the launching site and a target by using a ranging telescope, and supporting the throwing device with the adjustable throwing distance by an angle according to an actual measurement throwing curve graph;
s2: closing an exhaust valve on the quick connection assembly, opening a cylinder head valve of an air respirator air cylinder for decompression and inflation, and decompressing the high-pressure gas of 30Mpa to the maximum pressure of 11Mpa by using a decompression valve;
s3: closing a cylinder head valve of an air respirator air cylinder, slowly pressing an exhaust valve according to an actually measured distance and an actually measured throwing curve chart to adjust to required pressure, and pulling out a female quick connector to finish inflation;
s4: the rope head of the rope throwing rescue bomb is tied to the functional base;
s5: the firing angle is checked again and the target is aimed ready for firing.
In order to facilitate understanding of the above-described technical aspects of the present invention, the above-described technical aspects of the present invention will be described in detail below in terms of specific usage.
When the throwing device is used specifically, according to the throwing device with the adjustable throwing distance and the using method thereof, the distance between a launching place and a target is measured by using a distance measuring telescope, the multifunctional base 4 is supported by angles (27 degrees, 35 degrees, 45 degrees and 75 degrees) according to an actual measurement throwing curve graph, the launching cylinder assembly 1 is placed in the multifunctional base 4 to prop against the damping block 41, the rescue launching tube 2 is taken out and installed on the launching cylinder assembly 1, the rope throwing rescue bomb 3 is inserted, and a rope head is tied to the functional base (a fixed object). Closing an exhaust valve on the quick connection assembly 5, opening an air source switch or a cylinder head valve of an air respirator air cylinder for decompression and inflation, decompressing the high-pressure gas of 30Mpa to the highest pressure of 11Mpa by a decompression valve, displaying the inflation pressure of 11Mpa by a pressure gauge, closing the air source switch or the cylinder head valve of the air respirator air cylinder, slowly pressing the exhaust valve according to the actually measured distance and the actually measured throwing curve chart, adjusting the exhaust valve to the required pressure, and then quickly closing the exhaust valve. And moving the thrower with the adjustable throwing distance to a launching place to check the launching angle again, aiming at the target and preparing for launching. The projectile launching operation can be moved at any position without being limited by the length of the trachea. At the moment, the left hand presses down the launching safety device, and the right hand presses down the trigger to throw the rope throwing rescue bomb to the target.
The invention can realize pre-inflation, pressure regulation and subsequent position selection for launching rescue without being limited by the length of the inflation pipe and the professional gas cylinder in the process of throwing rescue. The plug-in connector can be pressed at will to adjust the launching air pressure in the inflation process, and the air cylinder pressure can be adjusted through quick inflation and air supplementation, so that accurate throwing of throwing distance adjustment is realized. The invention is consistent with the gas cylinder interface of the fire-fighting air respirator, only one type of special high-pressure gas cylinder is needed without carrying, and the invention is not limited by gas source and gas quantity, thereby realizing the universality and standardization of gas products for fire-fighting and rescue equipment. The invention eliminates the special gas cylinder, so the whole volume and weight are reduced and lightened correspondingly, and the rescue personnel can carry and store the gas cylinder conveniently when going out for rescue.

s5: the firing angle is checked again and the target is aimed ready for firing.
