Abstract
一种LED广告灯,包括长条状的灯管及安装在灯管两端的灯头盖,所述灯头盖上设有与外部电源插座对接的插头,还包括工字型铝条、铝基板及LED芯片,所述铝基板设置在工字型铝条的两侧,所述LED芯片固定在铝基板上,所述工字型铝条与铝基板上间隔套设有橡胶圈,所述铝基板上还设置有限流电阻。新型结构的LED广告灯,通过工字型铝条与铝型材的配合,再附上LED芯片,结构简单,发光角度大,而且固定牢固,发光角度可调。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明灯具,尤其涉及一种LED广告灯。
背景技术
发光二极管(即LED)因具有亮度高、功率消耗低、使用寿命长等优点,被广泛的应用于照明灯具和电子装置等领域作为发光光源。但是LED灯在高亮度的同时伴随产生高热量,LED灯的芯片温度必须在80摄氏度以下,才能将电能转化成光能而不是热能,而且在连续发光的工作状态下,如果热量得不到及时散发,会造成发光二极管的烧毁,影响使用寿命,增加使用成本。
传统的LED广告灯,只有单面发光,再靠反射层进行反射,不能实现全部360度发光,而且照射的光也不够均匀,另一方面,灯管内的灯板由于强度不够,不能设计过长。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种强度大,能实现角度发光的LED广告灯。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种LED广告灯,包括长条状的灯管及安装在灯管两端的灯头盖,所述灯头盖上设有与外部电源插座对接的插头,还包括工字型铝条、铝基板及LED芯片,所述铝基板设置在工字型铝条的两侧,所述LED芯片固定在铝基板上,所述工字型铝条与铝基板上间隔套设有橡胶圈,所述铝基板上还设置有限流电阻,铝基板上均匀设置有散热凸起。
本发明改进有,所述灯头盖与灯管的接触端设置有热缩套管。
本发明改进有,所述工字型铝条分为多段,没两段之间通过卡扣链接固定。
本发明改进有,所述灯管上设置有散射层。
本发明的有益效果是:新型结构的LED广告灯,通过工字型铝条与铝型材的配合,再附上LED芯片,结构简单,发光角度大,而且固定牢固,发光角度可调。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
参照附图1,附图所示本发明提供一种LED广告灯,包括长条状的灯管及安装在灯管两端的灯头盖,所述灯头盖上设有与外部电源插座对接的插头,还包括工字型铝条1、铝基板2及LED芯片3,所述铝基板2设置在工字型铝条1的两侧,所述LED芯片固定在铝基板2上,所述工字型铝条1与铝基板2上间隔套设有橡胶圈,所述铝基板2上还设置有限流电阻4。
铝基板上均匀设置有散热凸起,散热凸起增加了散热面积,使整个LED广告灯寿命更久。
工字型铝条1可以保证了整个灯板的强度,将铝基板2固定在工字型铝条1上时,铝基板2可以卡入工字型铝材1形成的凹槽中,限制了铝基板2的左右自由度,固定方式可以采用胶水层固定,为进一步提升两者之间的配合强度,本实施例中采用橡胶圈再将两者圈住。
铝基板2上设置了限流电阻4,使LED广告灯可以调节亮度,另外工字型铝条1的两侧均设置有铝基板2,也均设置有LED芯3片,两者对称设置,保证整个LED广告灯的全面发光。
本实施例中,所述灯头盖与灯管的接触端设置有热缩套管5,可以有效的固定灯头盖与灯管,其固定牢固,同时密封性强。
本实施例中,所述工字型铝条分为多段,每两段之间通过卡扣链接固定,通过分段的设计,设计较长的LED广告灯时,可以先设计多根小铝条,并通过卡扣链接互相固定在一起。
本实施例中,所述灯管上设置有散射层,加大了整个灯管的散射面积,保证了360度全面发光。
本实施例中,所述灯管内壁的两侧延其轴向个设置有导轨,工字型铝条的两侧与导轨相适配并可在导轨上滑动。
本实施例中,所述灯管的材质为亚克力,亚克力材质的灯管配合高弧度的灯管外围曲线,使得LED芯片发出的光能最大,当然本实施例并不限制灯管的具体材质,其他实施例中,可以采用玻璃等。

1.一种LED广告灯,包括长条状的灯管及安装在灯管两端的灯头盖,所述灯头盖上设有与外部电源插座对接的插头,其特征在于,还包括工字型铝条、铝基板及LED芯片,所述铝基板设置在工字型铝条的两侧,所述LED芯片固定在铝基板上,所述工字型铝条与铝基板上间隔套设有橡胶圈,所述铝基板上还设置有限流电阻,铝基板上均匀设置有散热凸起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED广告灯,其特征在于,所述灯头盖与灯管的接触端设置有热缩套管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED广告灯,其特征在于,所述工字型铝条分为多段,每两段之间通过卡扣链接固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED广告灯,其特征在于,所述灯管上设置有散射层。
