本发明公开了一种危险气体储气罐,所述进口处设置有过滤结构,可以将介质中的大多数杂质从储存的危险气体中滤出,以降低危险气体储存过程中产生的不利影响,所述密封圈设置为金属密封圈,可以保证密封效果,防止危险气体的外泄,所述罐身外侧的中心位置设置有散热肋片,可以减少气体储存过程中温度分布不均的影响,该危险气体储气罐具有温度分布均匀以及气体杂质少的优点,具有广阔的市场前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及储气罐领域,是一种危险气体储气罐。
背景技术
气体危险废物即物质形态为气态的危险废物,例如某些爆炸性废物是呈气态的。危险废物指的是列入国家危险废物名录或者根据国家规定的危险废物鉴别标准和鉴别方法认定的具有危险特性的废物。其特性主要有急性毒性、易燃性、反应性、腐蚀性、浸出毒性和疾病传染性等。储气罐是指专门用来储存气体的设备,同时起稳定系统压力的作用,根据储气罐的承受压力不同可以分为高压储气罐,低压储气罐,常压储气罐。目前危险气体储气罐存在着温度分布不均匀以及气体杂质过多造成的储存危险度高的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种危险气体储气罐,以解决现有技术中导致的温度分布不均匀以及气体杂质过多造成的储存危险度高的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种危险气体储气罐,所述危险气体储气罐包括储气罐体和支座,所述储气罐体包括罐身、压力表、进口、支耳、出口和接口,所述压力表、进口和支耳设置在罐身的上侧,所述出口设置在罐身的下侧,所述接口设置在罐身的左右两侧,所述支座包括支腿、支腿垫板和锚固板,所述支腿固定在罐身的底侧,所述支腿和罐身之间设置有减震垫,所述支座垫板固定在支腿的底侧,所述锚固板的四周设置有固定螺纹孔,所述锚固板与支座垫板固定连接。
优选的,所述进口处设置有过滤结构。
优选的,所述过滤结构包括壳体、滤芯和密封圈,所述壳体两侧设置有进气口和出气口,所述滤芯设置在壳体的内侧,所述密封圈设置在壳体与进口的连接处。
优选的,所述密封圈设置为金属密封圈。
优选的,所述罐身外侧的中心位置设置有散热肋片。

下面结合附图详细说明本发明的优选实施方式。
图1出示本发明的具体实施方式:一种储气罐,所述危险气体储气罐包括储气罐体1和支座2,所述储气罐体1包括罐身3、压力表4、进口5、支耳6、出口7和接口8,所述压力表4、进口5和支耳6设置在罐身3的上侧,所述出口7设置在罐身3的下侧,所述接口8设置在罐身3的左右两侧,所述支座2包括支腿9、支腿垫板10和锚固板11,所述支腿9固定在罐身3的底侧,所述支腿9和罐身3之间设置有减震垫12,所述支座垫板10固定在支腿9的底侧,所述锚固板11的四周设置有固定螺纹孔,所述锚固板11与支座垫板10固定连接。
此外,如图2所示,所述进口5处设置有过滤结构13,所述过滤结构13包括壳体14、滤芯15和密封圈,所述壳体14两侧设置有进气口17和出气口18,所述滤芯15设置在壳体14的内侧,所述密封圈设置在壳体14与进口5的连接处,所述密封圈设置为金属密封圈16,所述罐身3外侧的中心位置设置有散热肋片19。
工作原理:通过锚固板11对储气罐体1进行固定,接着通过进口5处的过滤结构对危险气体进行过滤,接着在储气罐体1中进行储存,直至进行处理。
基于上述,本发明提供了一种危险气体储气罐,所述进口处设置有过滤结构,可以将介质中的大多数杂质从储存的危险气体中滤出,以降低危险气体储存过程中产生的不利影响,所述密封圈设置为金属密封圈,可以保证密封效果,防止危险气体的外泄,所述罐身外侧的中心位置设置有散热肋片,可以减少气体储存过程中温度分布不均的影响,该危险气体储气罐具有温度分布均匀以及气体杂质少的优点,具有广阔的市场前景。

1.一种危险气体储气罐,其特征在于:所述危险气体储气罐包括储气罐体和支座,所述储气罐体包括罐身、压力表、进口、支耳、出口和接口,所述压力表、进口和支耳设置在罐身的上侧,所述出口设置在罐身的下侧,所述接口设置在罐身的左右两侧,所述支座包括支腿、支腿垫板和锚固板,所述支腿固定在罐身的底侧,所述支腿和罐身之间设置有减震垫,所述支座垫板固定在支腿的底侧,所述锚固板的四周设置有固定螺纹孔,所述锚固板与支座垫板固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种危险气体储气罐,其特征在于,所述进口处设置有过滤结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种危险气体储气罐,其特征在于,所述过滤结构包括壳体、滤芯和密封圈,所述壳体两侧设置有进气口和出气口,所述滤芯设置在壳体的内侧,所述密封圈设置在壳体与进口的连接处。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种危险气体储气罐,其特征在于,所述密封圈设置为金属密封圈。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种危险气体储气罐,其特征在于,所述罐身外侧的中心位置设置有散热肋片。
