Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of washing machines and discloses a fastening connection structure and a washing machine. The fastening and connecting structure comprises a fastening belt and a reinforcing piece, wherein at least one end of the fastening belt is provided with a first bending part; the reinforcing piece is provided with a clamping piece connected with the first bending part and a limiting piece limiting the fastening belt to generate distortion when fastened. The washing machine comprises the fastening connection structure. The fastening connection structure and the washing machine provided by the invention solve the problem that the fastening belt is easy to deform in the fastening process to cause insufficient fastening.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing machines, in particular to a fastening connection structure and a washing machine.
Background
In the prior art, some parts of a washing machine, especially an industrial washing machine, need to be fastened by a fastening band, but bolts connecting both ends of the fastening band cannot be fixed perpendicular to the surface of a fixed part, and in order to prevent the connecting bolts from interfering with the fixed part, the ends of the fastening band are bent at a certain angle and then fastened. However, during fastening, the bent fastening band may be tensile-deformed, resulting in loose fastening. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment provides a fastening connection structure, which effectively solves the problem that the fastening belt 1 is easy to deform during the fastening process, resulting in the fastening failure. The fastening connection structure includes a fastening band 1 and a reinforcement 3. At least one end of the fastening belt 1 is provided with a first bending part 2; the reinforcing part 3 is provided with a clamping part 4 connected with the first bending part 2 and a limiting part 5 for limiting the fastening belt 1 to generate distortion during fastening.
As shown in figures 1 and 2, two ends of two fastening belts 1 are connected together, one end of each fastening belt 1 is provided with a first bending part 2, each first bending part 2 is connected with a reinforcing part 3, and the reinforcing part 3 is connected with the upper end of the first bending part 2 through a clamping part 4. The two reinforcing members 3 are oppositely arranged, and the limiting members 5 on the two reinforcing members 3 are connected in a matching manner, so that the fastening belt 1 can be effectively prevented from being distorted and deformed during fastening.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the reinforcing member 3 includes a reinforcing portion 31 and a second bent portion 32, the reinforcing portion 31 is attached to the side wall of the first bent portion 2, and in the present embodiment, the reinforcing portion 31 is attached to the side of the first bent portion 2 close to the fastening tape 1. One end of the second bending portion 32 is connected to one end of the reinforcing portion 31, and forms an L-shape with the reinforcing portion 31. The second bent portion 32 extends toward a side away from the fastening tape 1 when the reinforcing portion 31 is attached to the fastening tape 1. The other end of the second bending portion 32 is provided with a limiting member 5.
The limiting member 5 includes at least one groove 51 and at least one protrusion 52, the groove 51 and the protrusion 52 are both disposed on the end surface of the second bending portion 32, and the groove 51 and the protrusion 52 are sequentially disposed adjacently, that is, one protrusion 52 is disposed between two grooves 51 or one groove 51 is disposed between two protrusions 52. In this embodiment, one of the limiting members 5 includes a groove 51 and a protrusion 52, and the other limiting member 5 also includes a groove 51 and a protrusion 52, when the end surfaces of the two limiting members 5 are butted together, the protrusion 52 of one limiting member 5 is coupled with the groove 51 of the other limiting member 5, and the groove 51 of one limiting member 5 is coupled with the protrusion 52 of the other limiting member 5, so that the problem of distortion generated during fastening the fastening belt 1 can be solved. The stopper 5 is not limited to the above-described structure, and may be another structure capable of solving the problem of the distortion of the fastening band 1 during fastening, and will not be described here.
As shown in fig. 3, the fastening member 4 is disposed on the lower surface of the second bending portion 32, and the fastening member 4 is spaced apart from the side wall of the reinforcing portion 31. In this embodiment, the clamping member 4 includes a plurality of clamping blocks arranged at intervals, the longitudinal section of each clamping block is triangular, and a gap between one of the inclined surfaces of each clamping block and the side wall of the reinforcing portion 31 can clamp the first bending portion 2. The inclined surface is inclined to the side away from the reinforcing portion 31, so that the end of the first bending portion 2 can be inserted into the gap. The above-mentioned clip member 4 is not limited to the above-mentioned structure, and may be in other structural forms, which will not be described herein.
A hook 33 is arranged at one end of the reinforcing part 31 opposite to the second bending part 32, the bending direction of the hook 33 is consistent with that of the second bending part 32, and a clamping groove 11 is arranged at the joint of the first bending part 2 and the fastening belt 1. When reinforcement 3 is connected with first portion of bending 2, the upper end joint of first portion of bending 2 is in the space between joint 4 and reinforcing part 31, and in pothook 33 pegged graft draw-in groove 11 simultaneously, the steadiness that reinforcement 3 and fastening area 1 are connected has been strengthened.
In order to facilitate the insertion of the hook 33 into the slot 11, the end of the hook 33 is provided with an arc-shaped surface, and the bottom of the slot 11 is also provided with an arc-shaped surface matched with the hook 33, so that the contact area between the hook 33 and the slot 11 is increased, and the stability of the connection structure is enhanced.
A projection 34 is provided on the middle portion of the reinforcing portion 31 on the same side as the bending direction of the second bending portion 32, a screw through hole 341 penetrating the reinforcing portion 31 is formed in the projection 34, and as shown in fig. 4, a first hole 21 capable of receiving the projection 34 is formed in the first bending portion 2. When the end portions of two fastening belts 1 are connected together or the two ends of one fastening belt 1 are connected together, the lug 34 of the reinforcing part 3 connected with each first bending part 2 of the fastening belt 1 is inserted into the corresponding first hole 21, the end face of the lug 34 is flush with the side face of one side, far away from the fastening belt 1, of the first bending part 2, the bolt sequentially penetrates through the threaded through holes 341 in the two reinforcing parts 3 to realize connection of the end portions of the fastening belt 1, and the arrangement mode effectively prevents the deformation of the threads of the bolt during fastening.
In order to prevent the screw thread from being damaged due to the shearing force applied to the bolt during fastening, two hanging columns 35 are arranged on one side of the reinforcing portion 31, which has the same bending direction with the second bending portion 32, the two hanging columns 35 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the projection 34, and the first bending portion 2 is provided with a second hole 22 through which the hanging column 35 can pass. When the hanging column 35 is inserted into the second hole 22, the end face of the hanging column 35 is flush with the side face of the first bending part 2 far away from the fastening belt 1.
The fastening connection structure of this embodiment production simple to manufacture, at fixed in-process, the bolt can not lead to the screw thread impaired because of receiving the shearing force, and the first bending portion 2 of fastening area 1 can not take place to warp because of when fastening, and this fastening connection structure fastens firmly. In the present embodiment, the fastening tape 1 is a sheet metal fastening tape.
