The invention discloses a method for limiting the load function of a diesel engine, which comprises the following steps: s1: a load-limiting electromagnetic valve is additionally arranged on a pipeline for connecting the diesel engine and the oil cylinder, a dipstick displacement sensor is arranged in the load-limiting electromagnetic valve, a speed sensor and the load-limiting electromagnetic valve which are arranged on an impeller rotating in the diesel engine are controlled by a controller and are connected with a detector with a display screen outside and a monitor for detecting data, and the rotating speed point of the impeller of each diesel engine corresponds to an upper limit of the displacement of the dipstick; each rotating speed point corresponds to an upper limit of displacement of the oil dipstick, the shortage of a pure algorithm is overcome by a control method combining planning scheduling and algorithm scheduling, the load limiting electromagnetic valve can work after the upper limit corresponding to the rotating speed point is reached, when the actual displacement of the oil dipstick is larger than the upper limit of the displacement of the oil dipstick corresponding to the current rotating speed, the load limiting electromagnetic valve works, and meanwhile, the load limiting indicating lamp and the buzzer work, and the load limiting electromagnetic valve cannot be electrified all the time.

Technical Field

Background
When the diesel engine is started or the load is overlarge, the speed regulator can drive the rocker arm to act according to mechanical characteristics in order to meet the requirement of the rotating speed of the diesel engine, and before the actual rotating speed is lower than the set rotating speed, the oil dipstick is controlled to increase the displacement of the oil dipstick all the time, so that the oil supply amount is increased all the time, and poor emission can be caused.

s3: the monitor calculates the linear relation of the rotation speed and the displacement upper limit of the dipstick according to the four groups of data input in the step S2, and determines the displacement upper limit of the dipstick corresponding to each input rotation speed data when the rotation speed is lower than the set rotation speed;
s4: when the actual displacement of the dipstick is larger than the upper limit of the displacement of the dipstick corresponding to the current rotating speed, the load limiting electromagnetic valve works, and meanwhile, the load limiting indicator light and the buzzer work;
s5: the triggering conditions of the planning conditions and the algorithm conditions include, but are not limited to, time, rotation speed, current, temperature and other related variables, and also include combination conditions, and the planning conditions are prioritized over the algorithm conditions as long as a triggering process meeting the planning conditions occurs.

Each rotating speed point corresponds to an upper limit of displacement of the dipstick, the shortage of a pure algorithm is made up by a control method combining planning scheduling and algorithm scheduling, on the basis of the original algorithm, a planning condition is increased and manually set in advance to make up the defect of algorithm scheduling, when the upper limit corresponding to the rotating speed point is reached, the load-limiting electromagnetic valve can work, when the actual displacement of the dipstick is larger than the upper limit of the displacement of the dipstick corresponding to the current rotating speed, the load-limiting electromagnetic valve works, and meanwhile, the load-limiting indicator light and the buzzer work, the load-limiting electromagnetic valve cannot be electrified all the time, and the service life of the electromagnetic valve is prolonged; when the rotating speed is between the operating rotating speed and the set rotating speed, the overload alarming function is achieved.

s2: during bench test, the recording array displays parameters of rotating speed-displacement of the oil dipstick on a display screen after analog-to-digital conversion in a detector according to analog signals measured by a speed measuring sensor and an oil dipstick displacement sensor, records the parameters of the rotating speed and the displacement of the oil dipstick in real time, sets the parameters of the upper limit of the rotating speed-displacement of the oil dipstick according to the parameters, and selects four groups of data to input into a monitor;

s4: when the actual displacement of the dipstick is larger than the upper limit of the displacement of the dipstick corresponding to the current rotating speed, the load limiting electromagnetic valve works, and meanwhile, the load limiting indicator light and the buzzer work;
s5: the triggering conditions of the planning conditions and the algorithm conditions include, but are not limited to, time, rotation speed, current, temperature and other related variables, and also include combination conditions, and the planning conditions are prioritized over the algorithm conditions as long as a triggering process meeting the planning conditions occurs.
