Abstract
The invention relates to a roadway construction method, in particular to a shotcrete net hanging net construction method for roadway surrounding rock support. The method solves the problem of net hanging of the steel-plastic grating in the roadway engineering, and comprises the following steps: determining the smoothness of surrounding rocks, cleaning loose broken stones on the surface of the surrounding rocks, determining the width of the steel-plastic grating, drilling, symmetrically laying the steel-plastic grating according to the arch crown → the arch waist → the side wall → the bottom foot in sequence, installing an anchor rod, checking the installation quality, and supplementing and hanging. By the aid of the net hanging method, a roadway construction working face is saved, roadway net hanging efficiency is improved, labor intensity of constructors is reduced, stability of roadway surrounding rocks is guaranteed, and safety and high efficiency of roadway excavation are guaranteed.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a shotcrete net hanging net supporting method, in particular to a shotcrete net hanging net construction method for roadway surrounding rock supporting.
Background
When the stability problem of surrounding rocks in the construction of roadways and the like is solved, the shotcrete net support becomes the most common technology due to the obvious technical advantages. The technical advancement and the effect reliability of the shotcrete-anchor net support are proved by a large amount of engineering practices and are widely applied in the aspects of improving the stress state of the surrounding rock of the roadway, enhancing the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock of the roadway, improving the integrity of the surrounding rock of the roadway, increasing the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway and the like.
In the traditional process of spray-anchor net support, the commonly used anchor net material is a metal net, and the net hanging construction method is mature, but with the appearance of new materials, the steel-plastic grating is gradually applied to roadway surrounding rock support, and the steel-plastic grating net is unreasonable according to the net hanging method of the metal net in the engineering construction process due to the characteristics of large area and light weight of a single net, so that how to adopt a reasonable net hanging construction method according to the characteristics of the steel-plastic grating and the actual situation of a construction site becomes one of key technologies to be solved by technical personnel.

The invention provides a construction method of a shotcrete net hanging net for a surrounding rock support of a roadway, aiming at solving the problem of construction of the shotcrete net hanging net for the surrounding rock support of the roadway in the process of constructing the roadway support.

E. conveying the steel-plastic grating to the section of the roadway to be supported, and in one section, symmetrically paving the steel-plastic grating according to the arch crown → arch waist → arch foot in sequence, wherein the length of the overlapping part of the grating is 15-20 cm;
F. installing an anchor rod, firstly cleaning rock residues and accumulated water in the anchor hole by using an air blower, when cleaning, standing an operator at one side of an orifice, strictly prohibiting a constructor from standing at the same position with the direction of the orifice, fixing a resin anchoring agent at the bottom of the anchor hole by using a drill rod, ensuring that the anchor rod is pushed to the resin anchoring agent, sleeving a steel wire mesh, an anchor disc, a screw cap and a special sleeve on the other end of the anchor rod, then driving the anchor rod by using a drilling machine, driving the anchor rod to rotate by using the drilling machine, uniformly stirring the anchoring agent for about 20 seconds, closing the drilling machine, applying pressure to the anchor rod by using the drilling machine, screwing the screw cap after 2min, controlling the torque at 150 N.m, and finally unloading the drilling machine;
G. the steel-plastic grating laying mode of each section is carried out according to the step E and the step F;
H. after the steel-plastic grating is hung, checking the quality of the hanging net, and if the steel-plastic grating is damaged in the hanging net process, performing local hanging supplement;
further, the width of the steel-plastic grating mesh belt in the steps A-H is 10mm-20mm, and the size of the steel-plastic grating mesh is 10cm multiplied by 10 cm-15 cm multiplied by 15 cm.
Furthermore, in the step H, the repair hanging length is 30-50cm longer from the damaged part to two sides, and the repair hanging width is 30-50cm longer from the damaged part to two sides.
Compared with the existing net hanging technology, the invention has the advantages of strong operability, simple net hanging process, high net hanging speed, high net hanging quality and low labor intensity of technical personnel. Because the steel-plastic grating is cut on the ground, the working surface of the steel-plastic grating is large, the construction is convenient, and meanwhile, the working surface of an underground roadway is indirectly enlarged; compared with the traditional metal net, the steel-plastic grating has light weight, so that the single-sheet net hanging area is large, and the net hanging efficiency is high. The steel-plastic grating has certain flexibility, can be coordinately deformed with surrounding rocks of a roadway, and has good supporting effect.
