一种带磨铣功能的局部反循环打捞篮。主要解决现有的反循环打捞篮打捞落物时需要反复起下多种工具、打捞周期长的问题。其特征在于:所述上接头(2)底部连接有阀罩(3),阀罩(3)底部连接磨铣筒(9),磨铣筒(9)内部连接有篮筐总成(8),篮筐总成(8)上部通过筒体(6)连接阀座(5),阀座(5)上部设有钢球座(4);所述阀座(5)与其外部的阀罩(3)之间有间隙,所述阀座(5)上开有联通孔A(10),且阀罩(3)上开有与联通孔A(10)相对应的联通孔B(11),所述阀罩(3)上联通孔B(11)的下方开有喷射孔(7)。该带磨铣功能的局部反循环打捞篮一次下井可实现磨铣和打捞功能,打捞效率高,减少作业成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及油田领域,具体说是一种带磨铣功能的局部反循环打捞篮。
背景技术
现有的局部反循环打捞篮只能打捞井下落物较轻、碎散落物的工具,有以下缺点:一是打捞工具腔体的体积过小,落物打捞周期长、效率低,使作业成本增加;二是打捞过程中需要先下入磨铣工具进行磨铣,将大的落物磨小,然后下入反循环打捞篮进行打捞,反复起下多种工具,增加作业成本,增加劳动强度。
发明内容
为了克服现有的反循环打捞篮打捞落物时需要反复起下多种工具、打捞周期长的不足,本发明提供一种带磨铣功能的局部反循环打捞篮,该带磨铣功能的局部反循环打捞篮一次下井可实现磨铣和打捞功能,打捞效率高,减少作业成本。
本发明的技术方案是:一种带磨铣功能的局部反循环打捞篮,包括提升接头,所述提升接头底部连接上接头,所述上接头底部连接有阀罩,阀罩连接磨铣筒,磨铣筒内部连接有篮筐总成,篮筐总成上部连接筒体,筒体上部连接阀座,阀座上部设有钢球座;所述阀座与其外部的阀罩之间有间隙,所述阀座上开有联通孔A,且阀罩上开有与联通孔A相对应的联通孔B,所述阀罩上联通孔B的下方开有喷射孔。
所述联通孔A及联通孔B外侧向上倾斜,所述喷射孔外侧向下倾斜。
本发明具有如下有益效果:由于采取上述方案,阀罩底部连接有磨铣筒,这样下井时如果遇到体积过大的落物时,可以通过磨铣筒将落物磨小,然后再由篮筐进行打捞,将磨铣打捞合二为一,实现一次下井完成磨铣打捞工作,避免反复起下多种工具,提高打捞效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
由图1所示,一种带磨铣功能的局部反循环打捞篮,包括提升接头1,所述提升接头1底部连接上接头2,所述上接头2底部连接有阀罩3,阀罩3底部连接磨铣筒9。所述磨铣筒9内部连接有篮筐总成8,磨铣筒9内壁上设有台阶,篮筐总成8坐在台阶上,篮筐总成8上部连接有筒体6,筒体6上部连接有阀座5,阀座5上部设有钢球座4。所述阀座5与其外部的阀罩3之间有环空间隙,所述阀座5上开有联通孔A10,阀罩3上开有与联通孔A10相对应的联通孔B11。联通孔A10及联通孔B11直径大小相等,且中心在一条直线上,同时联通孔A10及联通孔B11外侧向上倾斜。所述联通孔A10与联通孔B11数量相同,为4个,沿周向均布。所述阀罩3上联通孔B11的下方开有喷射孔7,喷射孔7外侧向下倾斜,所述喷射孔7为20个,沿周向均布。
工作时,将该打捞篮下至鱼顶投球,钢球通过钢球座4进入阀座5后堵死阀座5中心处的正循环通道,迫使液流改变流向,经过阀座5与阀罩3之间的循环空间后穿过喷射孔7,进入工具与套管环形空间而向下喷射,液流经过井底折回篮筐总成8,再从阀罩3上部的4个联通孔返回,形成工具与套管的环形空间的局部反循环水流通道,进行打捞作业。当落物体积过大时,由前端的磨铣筒9对其进行磨铣,使其可以进入到篮筐总成8,从而使一次下井同时实现磨铣打捞作业。
2018年10月19日至12月3日在大庆油田第八采油厂芳38-平6井落物井磨洗打捞现场应用,实现了减少起下冲砂管柱9趟,减少磨铣8次共12个桥塞成功磨铣掉,减少冲砂4回,磨洗打捞成功,达到装置设计标准要求。

1.一种带磨铣功能的局部反循环打捞篮,包括提升接头(1),所述提升接头(1)底部连接上接头(2),其特征在于:所述上接头(2)底部连接有阀罩(3),阀罩(3)底部连接磨铣筒(9),磨铣筒(9)内部连接有篮筐总成(8),篮筐总成(8)上部连接筒体(6),筒体(6)上部连接阀座(5),阀座(5)上部设有钢球座(4);所述阀座(5)与其外部的阀罩(3)之间有间隙,所述阀座(5)上开有联通孔A(10),且阀罩(3)上开有与联通孔A(10)相对应的联通孔B(11),所述阀罩(3)上联通孔B(11)的下方开有喷射孔(7)。
