Abstract
The invention discloses a cofferdam combining a permanent structure pile foundation and a temporary steel sheet pile, which comprises double rows of steel sheet piles consisting of a front row of steel sheet piles and a rear row of steel sheet piles and a permanent structure pile foundation, and is characterized in that connecting beams are arranged between the double rows of steel sheet piles, and the double rows of steel sheet piles, the connecting beams between the double rows of steel sheet piles and filling soil form a waterproof curtain; the upper part of the permanent structure pile foundation is provided with a steel cross beam, a steel longitudinal beam and a horizontal shear support, the permanent structure pile foundation, the upper steel cross beam, the steel longitudinal beam and the horizontal shear support form a supporting structure, and the supporting structure is also used as a temporary construction steel platform; and a steel purlin is welded between the steel platform and the double rows of steel sheet piles to form the temporary cofferdam. The invention adopts the permanent structure pile foundation to be integrally connected with the temporary steel sheet pile, better controls the displacement of the temporary cofferdam, has little influence on the existing buildings around, reasonably utilizes the permanent structure pile foundation and reduces the construction cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cofferdam engineering, wharf engineering and flood control walls, in particular to a cofferdam combining a permanent structure pile foundation and a temporary steel sheet pile and a construction method thereof, which are suitable for simultaneously constructing a flood control wall and a wharf engineering.
Background
At present, cofferdams in wharfs and flood wall projects mainly comprise earth cofferdams and steel sheet pile cofferdams. For the environment with larger water depth and poorer construction conditions, the construction cost of the earth cofferdam is high, and the influence on the surrounding environment and buildings is large. Meanwhile, in recent years, the standard of flood prevention wall engineering is further improved, the soil retaining height is continuously increased, and the common steel sheet pile structure is difficult to meet the requirements of displacement and other control. Especially, when the wharf project and the flood prevention wall project are built simultaneously, due to the reasons of profession, coordination and the like, the wharf project and the flood prevention wall project are always built separately, a large amount of manpower and material resources are wasted, a good construction platform is not provided, and good temporary flood prevention measures are not provided.
Along with the improvement of the environmental awareness of people and the requirement of cost reduction, the temporary cofferdam is required to be applicable to a deep water area, and can be used as a construction platform and a temporary flood prevention structure.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to design a cofferdam combining a permanent structure pile foundation and a temporary steel sheet pile aiming at the defects of the prior art, the permanent structure pile foundation and the temporary steel sheet pile are integrally connected, the displacement of the temporary cofferdam is well controlled, the influence on the existing buildings around is small, the permanent structure pile foundation is reasonably utilized, and the construction cost is reduced; the device is suitable for the environment that the rear field is small and only the construction of the water platform can be utilized; the method is also suitable for the conditions of deeper water depth and high cofferdam requirement; the construction method is particularly suitable for building front open type structures and rear water-stop structures (such as wharfs, flood walls and the like) in areas with high environmental protection requirements and limited construction sites.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: a cofferdam combining a permanent structure pile foundation and a temporary steel sheet pile comprises double rows of steel sheet piles consisting of the temporary steel sheet piles and the permanent steel sheet piles and a permanent structure pile foundation, and is characterized in that connecting beams are arranged between the double rows of steel sheet piles, and the connecting beams and the filling soil between the double rows of steel sheet piles form a waterproof curtain; the upper part of the permanent structure pile foundation is provided with a steel cross beam, a steel longitudinal beam and a horizontal shear support, the permanent structure pile foundation, the upper steel cross beam, the steel longitudinal beam and the horizontal shear support form a supporting structure, and the supporting structure is also used as a temporary construction steel platform; and a steel purlin is welded between the steel platform and the double rows of steel sheet piles to form the temporary cofferdam.
Further, the steel purlin is welded between the steel cross beam and the front row of steel sheet piles.
Further, the pile tips of the double-row steel sheet piles are driven into a dense sand layer with low permeability and a standard penetration higher than 50 strokes.
Furthermore, the temporary steel sheet piles are front row steel sheet piles, the permanent steel sheet piles are rear row steel sheet piles, and the elevation of the temporary steel sheet piles is not lower than that of the permanent steel sheet piles.
The distance between the permanent steel sheet pile and the temporary steel sheet pile is determined by calculating the needed rigidity, and considering the influence factors such as pile pulling, the distance between the permanent steel sheet pile and the temporary steel sheet pile is not less than 1.5 m. The design elevation of the permanent steel sheet pile is determined by the demand of a shore side structure; the designed elevation of the temporary steel sheet pile can be consistent with the designed elevation of the permanent steel sheet pile if the temporary steel sheet pile has no special purpose; if the flood prevention wall has other purposes, such as serving as a temporary flood prevention wall, the temporary flood prevention requirement needs to be met.
Further, the cofferdam construction method combining the permanent structure pile foundation and the temporary steel sheet pile is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) constructing double rows of steel sheet piles, namely driving permanent steel sheet piles and temporary steel sheet piles in staggered arrangement, connecting the double rows of steel sheet piles by using connecting beams, and backfilling soil between the double rows of steel sheet piles to form a temporary waterproof curtain;
(2) constructing a permanent pile foundation, namely constructing the permanent pile foundation to a designed elevation according to the requirement of the permanent structure pile foundation;
(3) constructing a steel platform, namely installing a steel cross beam, a steel longitudinal beam and a horizontal shear brace on the upper part of a permanent pile foundation to form a temporary steel platform, and forming a support structure which is also used as the temporary construction steel platform;
(4) constructing a steel purlin, welding the steel purlin between a steel platform and double rows of steel sheet piles, and reliably connecting the steel platform and the steel sheet piles to form a temporary cofferdam;
(5) removing the temporary cofferdam, and pouring a structure behind the cofferdam and backfilling the site after the cofferdam is formed; then, removing the temporary steel sheet piles, the connecting beams, the steel cross beams, the steel longitudinal beams, the horizontal shear supports and the steel purlins in the double rows of steel sheet piles; and finally, constructing a permanent structure.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can better control the displacement of the temporary cofferdam, has little influence on the existing buildings around, reasonably utilizes the permanent structure pile foundation and reduces the construction cost; the device is suitable for the environment that the rear field is small and only the construction of the water platform can be utilized; the method is also suitable for the conditions of deeper water depth and high cofferdam requirement; the construction method is particularly suitable for building front open type structures and rear water-stop structures (such as wharfs, flood walls and the like) in areas with high environmental protection requirements and limited construction sites.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments of the invention.
Referring to the attached figure 1, the waterproof curtain comprises a permanent steel sheet pile 1, a temporary steel sheet pile 2, a connecting beam 3 for connecting two rows of steel sheet piles and filling 4 between the two rows of steel sheet piles; the permanent open type structure pile foundation 5, the upper steel cross beam 6, the steel longitudinal beam 7 and the horizontal shear brace 8 form a temporary steel platform and a supporting structure, and can be used as a temporary construction steel platform; the steel purlin 9 connects the steel platform and the double-layer steel sheet pile to form the temporary cofferdam.
A cofferdam construction method combining a permanent structure pile foundation and a temporary steel sheet pile is characterized in that the double-row steel sheet pile structure can be used as a temporary flood control wall in a construction period, and a steel platform structure can be used as a construction platform, and the method comprises the following steps:
(1) double-row steel sheet pile construction
The permanent steel sheet piles 1 and the temporary steel sheet piles 2 are driven in staggered rows, the pile tips are driven into a dense sand layer with low permeability and the standard penetration is higher than 50 strokes or the penetration diameter meets the required depth; the double rows of steel sheet piles are connected by a connecting beam 3 to form a temporary waterproof curtain and soil 4 is filled back in the temporary waterproof curtain.
(2) Permanent pile foundation construction
And (5) driving to a designed elevation according to the requirement of the permanent structure pile foundation 5.
(3) Construction of steel platforms
The steel cross beam 6, the steel longitudinal beam 7 and the horizontal shear brace 8 are arranged on the upper portion of the permanent pile foundation to form a temporary steel platform, and a supporting structure is formed and is also used as a temporary construction steel platform.
(4) Construction of steel purlin
And a steel surrounding purlin 9 is welded between the steel platform and the double rows of steel sheet piles, and the steel platform and the steel sheet piles form reliable connection to form a temporary cofferdam.
(5) Demolish interim cofferdam
After a cofferdam is formed, pouring a structure behind the cofferdam and backfilling a site; then, removing the temporary steel sheet piles 2, the connecting beams 3, the steel cross beams 6, the steel longitudinal beams 7, the horizontal shear supports 8 and the steel purlins 9 in the double rows of steel sheet piles; and finally, constructing a permanent structure.

Claims (5)
1. A cofferdam combining a permanent structure pile foundation and a temporary steel sheet pile comprises double rows of steel sheet piles consisting of the temporary steel sheet piles and the permanent steel sheet piles and a permanent structure pile foundation, and is characterized in that connecting beams are arranged between the double rows of steel sheet piles, and the connecting beams and the filling soil between the double rows of steel sheet piles form a waterproof curtain; the upper part of the permanent structure pile foundation is provided with a steel cross beam, a steel longitudinal beam and a horizontal shear support, the permanent structure pile foundation, the upper steel cross beam, the steel longitudinal beam and the horizontal shear support form a supporting structure, and the supporting structure is also used as a temporary construction steel platform; and a steel purlin is welded between the steel platform and the double rows of steel sheet piles to form the temporary cofferdam.
2. Cofferdam according to claim 1, characterised in that said steel purlins are welded between the steel beams and the piles of the front row.
3. Cofferdam according to claim 1, characterized in that the pile tips of the double row of steel sheet piles are driven into a dense sand layer with low permeability, nominal penetration higher than 50 strokes.
4. The cofferdam of claim 1, wherein the temporary steel sheet piles are front row steel sheet piles, the permanent steel sheet piles are rear row steel sheet piles, and the temporary steel sheet piles are not lower than the elevation of the permanent steel sheet piles.
5. A cofferdam construction method combining a permanent structure pile foundation and a temporary steel sheet pile is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) constructing double rows of steel sheet piles, namely driving permanent steel sheet piles and temporary steel sheet piles in staggered arrangement, connecting the double rows of steel sheet piles by using connecting beams, and backfilling soil between the double rows of steel sheet piles to form a temporary waterproof curtain;
(2) constructing a permanent pile foundation, namely constructing the permanent pile foundation to a designed elevation according to the requirement of the permanent structure pile foundation;
(3) constructing a steel platform, namely installing a steel cross beam, a steel longitudinal beam and a horizontal shear brace on the upper part of a permanent pile foundation to form a temporary steel platform, and forming a support structure which is also used as the temporary construction steel platform;
(4) constructing a steel purlin, welding the steel purlin between a steel platform and double rows of steel sheet piles, and reliably connecting the steel platform and the steel sheet piles to form a temporary cofferdam;
(5) removing the temporary cofferdam, and pouring a structure behind the cofferdam and backfilling the site after the cofferdam is formed; then, removing the temporary steel sheet piles, the connecting beams, the steel cross beams, the steel longitudinal beams, the horizontal shear supports and the steel purlins in the double rows of steel sheet piles; and finally, constructing a permanent structure.
