The invention belongs to the technical field of rubber product processing, and particularly relates to a comprehensive processing device for cutting and rolling foam rubber cloth.
Background
Rubber products refer to activities of producing various rubber products from natural and synthetic rubber as raw materials, and also include rubber products regenerated by using waste rubber. For example, shoes soles, mouse pads, yoga pads, and the like are common in life. Most mouse pads are formed by laminating base rubber and cloth, and the production process is as follows: rubber and cloth compaction (hot pressing), foaming treatment, cutting, pattern printing and the like. The rubber sheet and cloth are pressed (rubber cloth), foamed and cooled, and then the processing such as pattern printing is needed, but the processing is needed before pattern printing, the rubber sheet is rolled into a cylinder shape or a bundle shape, and the storage and the transportation are convenient, however, in the existing rubber cloth production process, no corresponding cutting and rolling equipment exists, and the processing is done manually, so that the cutting quality can not meet the requirements, the efficiency is low, and the labor cost is high; the rolled cylinder is loose, occupies large space and is easy to release, and aiming at the series of problems, a corresponding special comprehensive treatment device is necessary to be developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provide the comprehensive processing equipment for cutting and winding the foam rubber cloth, wherein a cutting device on the comprehensive processing equipment can perform trimming and fixed-length cutting operation on the rubber cloth, the cutting quality is high, and the production efficiency is improved; the rolling device effectively rolls the rubber cloth into bundles, the rolling is tight, the rolling is not easy to loosen, the occupied space of the finished product is small, and the transportation is convenient.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the foam rubber cloth cutting and rolling comprehensive treatment equipment comprises a cutting device and a rolling device, wherein a material guide plate is obliquely arranged between the discharge end of the cutting device and the feed end of the rolling device, the cutting device comprises a cutting rack, a cutting workbench, a transverse cutting mechanism and a trimming cutting mechanism, the cutting workbench is horizontally arranged on the cutting rack, a cutting feed roller and a cutting discharge roller are horizontally arranged on the upper end face of the cutting workbench, and the two trimming cutting mechanisms are oppositely arranged at two ends of the cutting feed roller and are in tight contact with the cylindrical surface of the cutting feed roller; a cutting first cylinder is vertically arranged at the discharge end of the cutting workbench, and a cutting transverse pressing plate is arranged at the lower end of the cutting first cylinder; the discharging end of the cutting machine frame is horizontally provided with a guide rail, and the axis of the guide rail is perpendicular to the feeding direction; the transverse cutting mechanism comprises a cutting base, a cutting motor and a cutting cutter disc, the cutting base frame is arranged on the guide rail, the cutting motor is fixedly arranged on the cutting base, the cutting cutter disc is coaxially arranged at the output end of the shaft, and the cutting direction of the cutting cutter disc is the same as the axis of the guide rail; a transverse drive which enables the transverse cutting mechanism to reciprocate along the guide rail is arranged on the cutting rack;
the rolling device comprises a rolling frame, rolling rollers and a rolling speed reducer, wherein the two rolling rollers are horizontally arranged on the rolling frame side by side; the rolling speed reducer is arranged below the rolling frame, and the output end of the rolling speed reducer is in transmission connection with the rolling roller; a rolling press roller is horizontally arranged above the rolling roller and is connected with the rolling frame through a rolling vertical pressing mechanism; the automatic rolling machine is characterized in that rolling transverse telescopic mechanisms are oppositely arranged above two ends of the rolling roller, rolling limiting plates are arranged on the inner ends, close to the rolling transverse telescopic mechanisms, of the rolling transverse telescopic mechanisms, and vertical rolling limiting grooves are formed in the side faces of the rolling limiting plates.
Further, the bottom of the guide plate is provided with a plurality of nail guns, the nail guns are uniformly arranged along the axis direction of the guide rail, and the heads of the nail guns penetrate through the guide plate upwards; a cylinder placing box is arranged above the material guiding plate, a winding cylinder is placed in the cylinder placing box, and a space release mechanism for releasing the winding cylinder at intervals is arranged on the cylinder placing box.

Further, the trimming cutting mechanism is an air pressure dividing knife, a cutting rotating shaft is horizontally arranged at the feeding end of the cutting machine frame, one end of the cutting rotating shaft is connected with an air valve switch valve, the air valve switch valve is connected with an air path of the trimming cutting mechanism in series, and the cutting rotating shaft rod is hinged with one end of the swing rod.
Further, a plurality of winding roller ring grooves are formed in the circumference of the winding roller at intervals along the axial direction of the winding roller.
Furthermore, the output end of the rolling speed reducer is provided with rolling chain wheels, the end parts of the two rolling rollers are respectively provided with the rolling chain wheels, and the rolling speed reducer is in transmission connection with the rolling chain wheels through rolling chains.
Further, the vertical hold-down mechanism of roll-up includes roll-up hold-down cylinder and roll-up U-shaped frame, the roll-up hold-down cylinder is installed in the roll-up frame, and its end that stretches out is down, and the tip is connected with roll-up U-shaped frame, roll-up U-shaped frame opening down, both sides are articulated with roll-up compression roller both ends respectively.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the cutting device on the comprehensive treatment equipment can perform trimming and fixed-length cutting operation on the rubber cloth, has high cutting quality and improves the production efficiency; the rolling device effectively rolls the rubber cloth into bundles, the rolling is tight, the rolling is not easy to loosen, the occupied space of the finished product is small, and the transportation is convenient; the two work together to accomplish the work of tailorring to the rubber cloth, efficient, product quality obtains guaranteeing.
1. When the next winding drum needs to be replaced, the next section of rubber cloth end passes through the lower part of the unwinding drum box, the interval release mechanism is used for putting down the next winding drum, after the winding drum presses the rubber cloth, the plurality of nail shooting guns work simultaneously to shoot out nails, the nails pin the rubber cloth end on the outer cylinder of the winding drum, and then the interval release mechanism is used for thoroughly unwinding the winding drum, so that the winding drum moves forward to the winding device to limit the position, and winding of a new drum of rubber cloth is performed.
2. The middle release mechanism of the invention releases the working process that the guiding limit cylinder is recovered and does not play a role in blocking, the winding cylinder moves down by one station, and the guiding limit cylinder extends out to play a role in blocking the subsequent winding cylinder; after the nail gun nails the rubber cloth end head on the outer cylinder of the winding cylinder, the push-pull cylinder pulls the baffle, so that after the winding cylinder is completely released, the push-pull cylinder pushes the baffle to reset and close to block the next winding cylinder.

According to the trimming cutting mechanism disclosed by the invention, trimming cutting is carried out on two sides of the rubber cloth, when the rubber cloth exists, the lower end of the swing rod is lifted up under the tensioning action of the rubber cloth to drive the cutting rotating shaft and the air valve switch valve to rotate, the air valve switch valve is conducted, the air pressure slitting knife pops out after ventilation, the blade is contacted with the excircle of the cutting feeding roller to trim the rubber cloth, otherwise, when the rubber cloth does not exist, the air valve switch valve is closed, the air pressure slitting knife is recovered, the air pressure slitting knife is prevented from contacting the cutting feeding roller to abrade the blade when no material exists, and the protection effect is achieved.
4. According to the invention, after the rubber cloth on the winding drum is wound, when the last bundling work is needed, an operator can penetrate the bundling belt from the winding roller ring groove and then bundle the bundling belt on the winding drum, so that the operation is simple and the use is extremely convenient.
5. The equipment of the invention has low manufacturing cost and can be widely popularized and used.

In order that those skilled in the art may better understand the technical solutions of the present invention, the following detailed description of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings is provided for exemplary and explanatory purposes only and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-8, the specific structure of the invention is as follows: the comprehensive processing equipment for cutting and rolling the foamed rubber cloth comprises a cutting device 1 and a rolling device 2, wherein a material guide plate 3 is obliquely arranged between the discharge end of the cutting device 1 and the feed end of the rolling device 2, and one side of the material guide plate 3, which is close to the rolling device 2, is lower; the cutting device 1 comprises a cutting frame 11, a cutting workbench 12, a transverse cutting mechanism 13 and an trimming cutting mechanism 14, wherein the cutting workbench 12 is horizontally arranged on the cutting frame 11, a cutting feeding roller 121 and a cutting discharging roller 122 are horizontally arranged on the upper end surface, and the trimming cutting mechanism 14 is oppositely arranged at two ends of the cutting feeding roller 121 and is in tight contact with the cylindrical surface of the cutting feeding roller 121; a cutting first cylinder 123 is vertically arranged at the discharge end of the cutting workbench 12, a cutting transverse pressing plate 124 is arranged at the lower end (extending end) of the cutting first cylinder 123, and the cutting transverse pressing plate moves downwards to be pressed with the cutting workbench 12; the discharging end of the cutting machine frame 11 is horizontally provided with a guide rail 15, and the axis of the guide rail is perpendicular to the feeding direction; the transverse cutting mechanism 13 comprises a cutting base 131, a cutting motor 132 and a cutting cutter disc 133, the cutting base 131 is erected on the guide rail 15, a guide sleeve matched with the guide rail 15 is arranged at the bottom of the cutting base 131, the cutting motor 132 is fixedly arranged on the cutting base 131, the cutting cutter disc 133 is coaxially arranged at the shaft outlet end of the cutting motor 132, the cutting direction of the cutting cutter disc 133 is the same as the axis of the guide rail 15, and the cutting cutter disc 133 is positioned right below the cutting transverse pressing plate 124; the cutting machine frame 11 is provided with a transverse drive 16 for enabling the transverse cutting mechanism 13 to reciprocate along the axial direction of the guide rail 15;
the rolling device 2 comprises a rolling frame 21, rolling rollers 22 (two rolling rollers are arranged side by side and have the same steering direction), and a rolling speed reducer 23, wherein the two rolling rollers 22 are horizontally arranged on the rolling frame 21 side by side; the rolling speed reducer 23 is arranged below the rolling frame 21, and the output end of the rolling speed reducer is in transmission connection with the rolling roller 22; a rolling press roller 24 is horizontally arranged above the rolling rollers 22, the center of the rolling press roller 24 is preferably positioned right above the central connecting line of the two rolling rollers 22, the rolling press roller 24 is connected with the rolling frame 21 through a rolling vertical pressing mechanism 25, and the rolling press roller 24 vertically moves by the rolling vertical pressing mechanism 25; the rolling machine frame 21 above the two ends of the rolling roller 22 is relatively provided with a rolling transverse telescopic mechanism 26 (preferably an air cylinder), the extending end of the rolling transverse telescopic mechanism is inward, the rolling transverse telescopic mechanism 26 is close to the inner side end (extending end) and is provided with a rolling limiting plate 27, the side surface of the rolling limiting plate 27 is vertically provided with a rolling limiting groove 28, and the width of the groove is matched with the shaft heads (clearance fit) at the two ends of the rolling barrel 33.
Preferably, the bottom of the guide plate 3 is provided with a plurality of nail guns 31, the nail guns 31 are uniformly arranged along the axial direction of the guide rail 15, and the heads (nail shooting ends) of the nail guns penetrate through the guide plate 3 upwards; the upper part of the guide plate 3 is provided with a cylinder placing box 32, the lower outlet of the cylinder placing box 32 is positioned right above the head part of the nail gun 31, a plurality of winding cylinders 33 are horizontally placed in the cylinder placing box 32, the winding cylinders 33 are sequentially stacked from bottom to top in the cylinder placing box 32, the winding cylinders 33 are used for winding rubber cloth 4, and the cylinder placing box 32 is provided with an interval releasing mechanism for releasing the winding cylinders 33 at intervals. When the next winding drum 33 needs to be replaced, the next piece of rubber cloth 4 (cut by fixed length) passes under the winding drum box 32, the interval release mechanism puts down the next winding drum 33, after the winding drum 33 presses the rubber cloth 4, a plurality of nail guns 31 work simultaneously to eject nails, the nails pin the end of the rubber cloth 4 on the outer cylinder of the winding drum 33 (the outermost layer of the winding drum 33 is made of flexible materials such as paper), then the interval release mechanism thoroughly releases the winding drum 33, so that the rubber cloth 4 (together with the winding drum 33) moves forward to the winding device 2 to limit, and winding of a new piece of rubber cloth 4 is performed.
Preferably, the interval release mechanism comprises a guide limiting cylinder 34, a baffle 35 and a push-pull cylinder 36, wherein the guide limiting cylinder 34 is arranged at intervals on the outer side wall of the unreeling box 32 along the axial direction of the reeling barrel 33, the extending end of the guide limiting cylinder 34 penetrates into the reeling barrel 33, the upper end of the baffle 35 is hinged to one side, close to the reeling device 2, of the lower end of the reeling barrel 33, one end of the push-pull cylinder 36 is hinged to the baffle 35, and the other end of the push-pull cylinder is hinged to the reeling frame 21. The release working process is that the material guiding and limiting cylinder 34 is recycled and does not play a role in blocking, the rolling barrel 33 moves down by one station, and the material guiding and limiting cylinder 34 extends out to play a role in blocking the subsequent rolling barrel 33; after the nailing gun 31 nails the end head of the rubber cloth 4 on the outer cylinder of the winding cylinder 33, the push-pull air cylinder 36 pulls the baffle 35, so that after the winding cylinder 33 is completely released, the push-pull air cylinder 36 pushes the baffle 35 to reset and close to block the next winding cylinder 33.
Preferably, the transverse driving unit 16 includes a transverse speed reducer 161, transverse chain wheels 162 and a transverse chain 163, the transverse speed reducer 161 is disposed at the discharge end of the cutting frame 11, the output shaft thereof is provided with the transverse chain wheels 162, the cutting frames 11 at two ends of the guide rail 15 are provided with the transverse chain wheels 162, the transverse speed reducer 161 is in transmission connection with each transverse chain wheel 162 through the transverse chain 163, and the transverse chain 163 is connected with the cutting base 131. When the transverse speed reducer 161 rotates forward and backward slowly, the transverse chain wheel 162 at the output end drives the cutting base 131 to reciprocate on the guide rail 15 to do transverse movement through the transverse chain 163, and the transmission is accurate and stable.
Preferably, the cutting transverse pressing plate 124 is provided with a cutting transverse pressing plate groove 1241 along the axial direction of the guide rail 15, which is matched with the width of the cutting cutter 133, and the discharge end of the corresponding cutting workbench 12 is provided with a cutting workbench through groove 1201 along the axial direction of the guide rail 15, which is matched with the width of the cutting cutter 133. After the cutting transverse pressing plate 124 presses the rubber cloth 4 on the cutting workbench 12, the cutting cutter disc 133 moves back and forth in the cutting transverse pressing plate groove 1241 and the cutting workbench through groove 1201 to cut the rubber cloth 4, so that the cutting incision is smooth, and the product quality is ensured.
Preferably, a second cutting cylinder 125 is vertically arranged above the cutting discharging roller 122, and a cutting compacting roller 126 compacting with the cutting discharging roller 122 is hinged at the lower end of the second cutting cylinder 125. Preferably, the trimming cutting mechanism 14 is an air pressure slitting knife, the feeding end of the cutting frame 11 is horizontally provided with a cutting rotating shaft 127, one end of the cutting rotating shaft 127 is connected with an air valve switch valve 128 (similar to a rotary faucet structure, the air valve switch valve 128 is connected with the trimming cutting mechanism 14 in series in an air path when rotating for a certain angle, the rod part of the cutting rotating shaft 127 is hinged with one end of the swinging rod 129, and the other end of the swinging rod 129 is preferably provided with a roller. The trimming cutting mechanism 14 cuts the two sides of the rubber cloth 4 in a trimming way, when the rubber cloth 4 exists, the tensioning effect of the rubber cloth 4 enables the lower end of the swing rod 129 to be lifted, the trimming rotary shaft 127 and the valve switch valve 128 to be driven to rotate, the valve switch valve 128 is conducted, the pneumatic slitting knife is ejected after being ventilated, the blade is contacted with the excircle of the trimming feeding roller 121, otherwise, after the rubber cloth 4 does not exist, the valve switch valve 128 is closed, the pneumatic slitting knife is recovered, and the pneumatic slitting knife is prevented from contacting the trimming feeding roller 121 to abrade the blade when no material exists, so that the protection effect is achieved.
Preferably, the circumference of the winding roller 22 is provided with a plurality of winding roller ring grooves 221, and the winding roller ring grooves 221 are arranged on the outer circumference of the winding roller 22 at intervals along the axial direction. When the last binding operation is needed after the rubber cloth 4 on the winding drum 33 is wound, the operator can penetrate the binding belt from the winding roller ring groove 221 and then bind the binding belt on the winding drum 33, so that the operation is simple and the use is extremely convenient.
Preferably, the output end of the rolling speed reducer 23 is provided with a rolling sprocket 231, the end parts of the two rolling rollers 22 are respectively provided with the rolling sprocket 231, and the rolling speed reducer 23 is in transmission connection with each rolling sprocket 231 through a rolling chain 232. When the rolling speed reducer 23 rotates, the rolling chain wheels 231 at the end parts drive the rolling chain wheels 231 to rotate through the rolling chains 232, so that the rolling roller 22 is driven to rotate, the transmission is accurate and stable, and the transmission speed is slightly higher than the moving speed of the rubber cloth 4.
Preferably, the rolling vertical pressing mechanism 25 includes a rolling pressing cylinder 251 and a rolling U-shaped frame 252, the rolling pressing cylinder 251 is mounted on the rolling frame 21, the extending end of the rolling pressing cylinder is downward, the end is connected with the rolling U-shaped frame 252, the opening of the rolling U-shaped frame 252 is downward, and two sides of the rolling pressing cylinder are respectively hinged with two ends of the rolling pressing roller 24.
Preferably, a guide rod is disposed between the U-shaped frame 252 and the frame 21 above the winding roller 22. Plays a guiding role and ensures rigidity.
When the device 1 is specifically used, when the rubber cloth 4 passes through the cutting device 1, the trimming cutting mechanism 14 presses the rubber cloth 4 to the outer circle of the cutting feeding roller 121, the uneven edges at two sides of the rubber cloth 4 are cut through extrusion, when the rubber cloth 4 continues to pass through the lower part of the cutting transverse pressing plate 124, the rubber cloth 4 needs to be cut off in a fixed length, the cutting first cylinder 123 presses down the cutting transverse pressing plate 124, the rubber cloth 4 is compressed, the transverse cutting mechanism 13 (the default state stays at two sides of the cutting frame 11) moves along the axial direction of the guide rail 15 under the action of the transverse driving 16, and meanwhile, the cutting motor 132 is started to drive the cutting cutter disc 133 to rotate, so that the rubber cloth 4 is cut transversely, the cutting quality is high, and the production efficiency is improved.
When the rubber cloth 4 passes through the rolling device 2, the initial section of the rubber cloth 4 is wound on the outer circle of the rolling drum 33, then the rolling drum 33 is rotatably arranged on the two rolling rollers 22, the two ends of the rolling drum 33 are matched with the rolling limit grooves 28 on the side surfaces of the rolling limit plates 27, meanwhile, the rolling transverse telescopic mechanisms 26 extend out to tightly press the two ends of the rolling drum 33 through the rolling limit plates 27, then the rolling press rollers 24 tightly press the rolling drum 33 on the rolling rollers 22 under the downward movement of the rolling vertical pressing mechanisms 25, the pressing force is set constant, the output end of the rolling speed reducer 23 drives the rolling drum 22 to rotate slowly, under the action of friction force, the rolling drum 33 rotates and rolls the rubber cloth 4, the diameters of the two ends of the rolling drum 33 are larger and larger along with the increase of cloth on the rolling drum 33, the rolling limit grooves 28 effectively roll the rubber cloth 4 into bundles, the rolling transverse telescopic mechanisms are not easy to loosen, the occupied space is small, and the rolling transverse telescopic mechanisms 26 are easy to loosen after the rolling is completed, and the rolling drum head is easy to use, or a forklift is convenient to use.
