The second conveying device 6 has a second conveying channel 61, and the second conveying channel 61 is used for conveying the compressed second spring 82 into the non-woven fabric cloth bag 9 along the conveying direction. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the second conveying path 61 extends in the left-right direction, and the second conveying path 61 conveys the compressed second spring 82 from the right end of the second conveying path 61 to the left end of the second conveying path 61, and conveys the compressed second spring into the non-woven fabric cloth bag 9 through the left end of the second conveying path 61.
The second pushing device 5 is used for pushing the compressed second spring 82 into the second conveying channel 61. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the second pushing device 5 pushes the second spring 82 compressed by the second compressing device 4 into the second conveying passage 61 from the right end of the second conveying passage 61.
The weld seal 7 comprises a transverse weld seal 71 and a first longitudinal weld seal 72. The transverse welding device 71 is used for welding the non-woven fabric cloth bag 9 along the transverse direction of the non-woven fabric cloth bag 9 to form bag chambers 91 which are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the non-woven fabric cloth bag 9 and are independent of each other. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the transverse direction of the nonwoven fabric cloth bag 9 is the vertical direction, and the longitudinal direction of the nonwoven fabric cloth bag 9 is the horizontal direction. The transverse welding device 71 can weld the non-woven cloth bag 9 in the vertical direction, so that a plurality of independent bag chambers 91 are formed in the non-woven cloth bag 9, and the bag chambers 91 are arranged in the horizontal direction.
The first longitudinal welding and sealing device 72 is used for longitudinally welding the non-woven fabric cloth bag 9 to seal and seal the first springs 81 in a first sub-bag chamber 911 which is arranged in the longitudinal direction and is independent of each other and seal the second springs 82 in a second sub-bag chamber 912 which is arranged in the longitudinal direction and is independent of each other, and the first sub-bag chamber 911 and the second sub-bag chamber 912 which correspond to each other one by one in the transverse direction of the non-woven fabric cloth bag 9 and correspond to each other in the transverse direction form a bag chamber 91.
In other words, the first longitudinal welding device 72 may weld the non-woven fabric bags 9 in the left-right direction such that each of the pockets 91 includes a first sub-pocket 911 and a second sub-pocket 912 independent of each other, the first sub-pocket 911 and the second sub-pocket 912 are arranged in the up-down direction, and the first spring 81 is enclosed in the first sub-pocket 911 and the second spring 82 is enclosed in the second sub-pocket 912. Wherein the first sub-pockets 911 of the plurality of pockets 91 are arranged in the left-right direction, and the second sub-pockets 912 of the plurality of pockets 91 are arranged in the left-right direction.
Since the first and second sub-pockets 911 and 912 of the same pocket 91 are arranged in the up-down direction, the first and second springs 81 and 82 in the same pocket 91 are also arranged in the up-down direction, the plurality of first springs 81 are enclosed in the plurality of first sub-pockets 911 arranged in the left-right direction, respectively, to form a first layer of pocketed springs, and the plurality of second springs 82 are enclosed in the plurality of second sub-pockets 912 arranged in the left-right direction, respectively, to form a second layer of pocketed springs, whereby the first and second layers of pocketed springs are arranged in the up-down direction. Through the production equipment of the bagged springs, the bagged springs comprising the first layer of bagged springs and the second layer of bagged springs can be produced.
According to the production equipment of the pocket springs of the embodiment of the present invention, by arranging the first and second compressing devices 1 and 4 to compress the first and second springs 81 and 82, the compressed first spring 81 and the compressed second spring 82 are respectively conveyed into the non-woven cloth bag 9 by arranging the first conveying device 3 and the second conveying device 6, by arranging the first pushing device 2 and the second pushing device 5 to push the compressed first spring 81 and the compressed second spring 82 to the first conveying device 3 and the second conveying device 6 respectively, because the compression and the delivery are separately performed for the same spring, the compression efficiency is high by compressing the spring 8 by the compression device, the compression amount of the spring 8 is easy to control, through conveyor transport spring 8, the problem that spring 8 breaks away from conveyor can not appear yet, has guaranteed subsequent bagging-off, has improved bagged spring's production efficiency.
In some embodiments, the second conveyor 6 and the first conveyor 3 are arranged side by side, the second compression device 4 and the first compression device 1 are arranged symmetrically to each other, and the second pushing device 5 and the first pushing device 2 are arranged symmetrically to each other.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the second conveyor 6 and the first conveyor 3 are arranged side by side in the up-down direction, in other words, the second conveyor 6 is located below the first conveyor 3 with a space therebetween. Further, the second conveyor 6 and the first conveyor 3 are aligned in the up-down direction.
The second compressing device 4 and the first compressing device 1 are symmetrically disposed with respect to a center line extending in the left-right direction, and the second pushing device 5 and the first pushing device 2 are symmetrically disposed with respect to each other.
In some embodiments, the first compression device 1 is disposed adjacent to an upstream end of the first conveyor 3 in the conveying direction, the second compression device 4 is disposed adjacent to an upstream end of the second conveyor 6 in the conveying direction, and the transverse weld sealing device 71 is disposed adjacent to a downstream end of the first conveyor 3 and a downstream end of the second conveyor 6 in the conveying direction.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the conveying direction is from right to left, upstream in the conveying direction is on the right, and downstream in the conveying direction is on the left, then the first compressing device 1 is disposed adjacent to the right end of the first conveying device 3, the second compressing device 4 is disposed adjacent to the right end of the second conveying device 6, and the transverse seal device 71 is disposed adjacent to the left end of the first conveying device 3 and adjacent to the left end of the second conveying device 6.
In some embodiments, the first compression device 1 comprises a first abutment member 11 and a first compression member 12, the first abutment member 11 being for abutment against the first spring 81, the first compression member 12 being arranged opposite the first abutment member 11 and being movable towards and away from the first abutment member 11. The first compression member 12 gradually compresses the first spring 81 as it moves toward the first abutting member 11.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the lower end of the first spring 81 may abut on the first abutting member 11. The first compression member 12 and the first abutting member 11 are arranged oppositely in the up-down direction, and the first compression member 12 is located above the first abutting member 11, and the first compression member 12 is movable in the up-down direction to be close to the first abutting member 11 and away from the first abutting member 11. The first spring 81 is located between the first compression part 12 and the first abutting part 11, when the first compression part 12 moves downward to approach the first abutting part 11, the first spring 81 is pushed to move downward until the lower end of the first spring 81 abuts on the first abutting part 11, and the first compression part 12 continues to move downward to compress the first spring 81.
After one of the first springs 81 is compressed, the first pushing device 2 moves leftwards to push the compressed one of the first springs 81 into the first conveying passage 31, and the one of the first springs 81 is pushed into the first conveying passage 31 and is kept in a compressed state in the first conveying passage 31. After the one first spring 81 is pushed to the first conveying passage 31, the first pushing device 2 is moved rightward to be reset, the first compressing member 12 can be moved upward so that the next first spring 81 can fall between the first compressing member 12 and the first abutting member 11, and the next first spring 81 is compressed.
The second compression device 4 comprises a second abutment member 41 and a second compression member 42, the second abutment member 41 being for abutment against the second spring 82, the second compression member 42 being arranged opposite the second abutment member 41 and being movable towards and away from the second abutment member 41, wherein the second compression member 42 gradually compresses the second spring 82 when moving towards the second abutment member 41.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the upper end of the second spring 82 may abut against the second abutting member 41. The second compression member 42 and the second abutting member 41 are arranged oppositely in the up-down direction, and the second compression member 42 is located below the second abutting member 41, and the second compression member 42 is movable in the up-down direction to be close to the second abutting member 41 and away from the second abutting member 41. The second spring 82 is located between the second compression member 42 and the second abutting member 41, and when the second compression member 42 moves upward to approach the second abutting member 41, the second spring 82 is pushed to move upward until the upper end of the second spring 82 abuts on the second abutting member 41, and the second compression member 42 continues to move upward to compress the second spring 82.
After one of the second springs 82 is compressed, the second pushing device 5 moves leftwards to push the compressed one of the second springs 82 into the second conveying passage 61, and the one of the second springs 82 is pushed into the second conveying passage 61 and is kept in a compressed state in the second conveying passage 61. After the one second spring 82 is pushed to the second conveying passage 61, the first pushing device 2 is moved rightward to be reset, and the second compressing member 42 can be moved downward so that the next second spring 82 can fall between the second compressing member 42 and the second abutting member 41, and compress the next second spring 82.
Alternatively, the second abutting member 41 is located below the first abutting member 11, and the second abutting member 41 and the first abutting member 11 are arranged oppositely in the up-down direction. The second compressing member 42 is located below the first compressing member 12, and the second compressing member 42 and the first compressing member 12 are arranged oppositely in the up-down direction.
In some embodiments, the first compression device 1 further comprises a first compression channel 13 for accommodating a first spring 81, the first compression member 12 is movable within the first compression channel 13 to compress the first spring 81 within the first compression channel 13, and the first abutment member 11 is disposed opposite to an end of the first compression channel 13 adjacent to the first delivery device 3.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the first compression passage 13 extends in the up-down direction for accommodating the first spring 81, the first compression member 12 may extend into the first compression passage 13 from the upper end in the first compression passage 13, and the first compression member 12 may move in the up-down direction in the first compression passage 13. The first abutting member 11 is arranged opposite to the lower end of the first compression passage 13 in the up-down direction. The first compression member 12 is movable downward to abut the lower end of the first spring 81 against the first abutting member 11 until the first spring 81 is compressed.
Specifically, the first abutting member 11 is spaced apart from the lower end of the first compression passage 13 by a distance substantially the same as the dimension of the first conveying passage 31 in the up-down direction. The left end of the first pushing device 2 can extend into the space between the first abutting part 11 and the lower end of the first compression channel 13, and the first pushing device 2 can move from right to left to push the compressed first spring 81 into the first conveying channel 31.
The second compression device 4 further comprises a second compression channel 43 for accommodating a second spring 82, the second compression member 42 being movable within the second compression channel 43 for compressing the second spring 82 within the second compression channel 43, the second abutment member 41 being arranged opposite to an end of the second compression channel 43 adjacent to the second conveyor 6.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the second compression passage 43 extends in the up-down direction for accommodating the second spring 82, the second compression member 42 may extend into the second compression passage 43 from the lower end in the second compression passage 43, and the second compression member 42 may move in the up-down direction in the second compression passage 43. The second abutting member 41 is disposed opposite to the upper end of the second compression passage 43 in the up-down direction. The second compression member 42 is movable upward to abut the upper end of the second spring 82 against the second abutting member 41 until the second spring 82 is compressed.
Specifically, the second abutting member 41 is spaced apart from the upper end of the second compression passage 43 by a distance substantially the same as the dimension of the second conveying passage 61 in the up-down direction. The left end of the second pushing device 5 may extend between the second abutting member 41 and the lower end of the second compression passage 43, and the second pushing device 5 may move from right to left to push the compressed second spring 82 into the second conveying passage 61.
Alternatively, the second compression passage 43 is located below the first compression passage 13, and the second compression passage 43 and the first compression passage 13 are arranged opposite to each other in the up-down direction.
In some embodiments, the first conveyor 3 comprises a first annular conveying element 32 and a second annular conveying element 33, the first annular conveying element 32 and the second annular conveying element 33 being arranged opposite and spaced apart from each other, the first conveying channel 31 being formed between the first annular conveying element 32 and the second annular conveying element 33.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the first endless conveying member 32 and the second endless conveying member 33 are arranged to be opposed to each other in the up-down direction, and the first endless conveying member 32 is located above the second endless conveying member 33, and the first conveying passage 31 extending in the left-right direction is formed between the first endless conveying member 32 and the second endless conveying member 33.
The second conveyor 6 comprises a third annular conveying member 62 and a fourth annular conveying member 63, the third annular conveying member 62 and the fourth annular conveying member 63 being arranged opposite and spaced apart from each other, the second conveying channel 61 being formed between the third annular conveying member 62 and the fourth annular conveying member 63.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the third annular conveying member 62 and the fourth annular conveying member 63 are arranged oppositely in the up-down direction, and the third annular conveying member 62 is located below the fourth annular conveying member 63, and a second conveying passage 61 extending in the left-right direction is formed between the third annular conveying member 62 and the fourth annular conveying member 63.
Alternatively, the fourth annular conveying member 63 is located below the second annular conveying member 33, and the fourth annular conveying member 63 and the second annular conveying member 33 are arranged oppositely in the up-down direction.
In some embodiments, the first endless conveying element 32 and the second endless conveying element 33 are conveyor belts or chains. The third endless conveying element 62 and the fourth endless conveying element 63 are conveyor belts or chains. The endless conveying member is a flexible conveying member, and as is well known to those skilled in the art, the flexible conveying member may be tensioned by a tensioning wheel.
In some embodiments, the sealing device 7 further comprises a second longitudinal sealing device 73, the second longitudinal sealing device 73 being adapted to be longitudinally welded and folded into an open longitudinal edge of the nonwoven fabric cloth bag 9 having a substantially rectangular cross-section.
It will be appreciated that the supplied nonwoven may be folded into a substantially rectangular cross-section with two longitudinal edges of the nonwoven being adjacent and opposed to each other, where the nonwoven pocket 9 is open, since the two longitudinal edges are not joined together.
The second longitudinal sealing means 73 can weld the two longitudinal edges of the nonwoven together to close the opening of the nonwoven cloth bag 9 at this point, but only the right-hand opening. The non-woven cloth bag 9 is sleeved at the left ends of the first conveying device 3 and the second conveying device 6.
A method of producing a pocketed spring according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a method for producing a pocketed spring according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of:
compressing the first spring 81;
pushing the compressed first spring 81 to a first conveying position, which is the first conveying passage 31;
the compressed first spring 81 is conveyed from a first conveying position to the non-woven cloth bag 9 along the conveying direction;
compressing the second spring 82;
pushing the compressed second spring 82 to a second conveying position, which is the second conveying passage 61;
the compressed second spring 82 is conveyed from the second conveying position to the non-woven cloth bag 9 along the conveying direction;
the non-woven fabric cloth bag 9 is sealed by welding to seal the first springs 81 in first sub-bag chambers 911 and seal the second springs 82 in second sub-bag chambers 912, wherein the first sub-bag chambers 911 are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the non-woven fabric cloth bag 9, the second sub-bag chambers 912 are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the non-woven fabric cloth bag 9 and are in one-to-one correspondence with the first sub-bag chambers 911, and the first sub-bag chambers 911 and the second sub-bag chambers 912 which correspond to each other are arranged side by side in the transverse direction of the non-woven fabric cloth bag 9.
In some embodiments, compressing the first spring 81 and compressing the second spring 82 occur simultaneously.
In some embodiments, the urging of the compressed first spring 81 to the first delivery position and the urging of the compressed second spring 82 to the second delivery position are performed simultaneously.
In some embodiments, the compressed first spring 81 is conveyed in the conveying direction from the first conveying position into the nonwoven fabric cloth bag 9 and the compressed second spring 82 is conveyed in the conveying direction from the second conveying position into the nonwoven fabric cloth bag 9 simultaneously.
In some embodiments, the step of sealing the non-woven fabric cloth bag 9 by welding includes:
the opening longitudinal side of the non-woven fabric cloth bag 9 with a roughly rectangular cross section is welded and folded along the longitudinal direction of the non-woven fabric cloth bag 9;
the non-woven fabric cloth bag 9 is sealed and welded longitudinally and transversely to form a first sub-pocket 911 and enclose the first spring 81 in the first sub-pocket 911 and form a second sub-pocket 912 and enclose the second spring 82 in the second sub-pocket 912.
It is understood that when the non-woven fabric bag 9 is sealed by welding to enclose the first spring 81 in the first sub-pocket 911 and to enclose the second spring 82 in the second sub-pocket 912: after the longitudinal edges of the openings of the non-woven fabric cloth bags 9 are sealed by welding, the non-woven fabric cloth bags 9 are firstly sealed by welding along the longitudinal direction to form a bag chamber 91 in the non-woven fabric cloth bags 9 and seal the first spring 81 and the second spring 82 in the bag chamber 91, then the non-woven fabric cloth bags 9 are sealed and welded along the transverse direction to divide the bag chamber 91 into a first sub-bag chamber 911 and a second sub-bag chamber 912, and the first sub-bag chamber is sealed in the first sub-bag chamber 911 and the second spring 82 is sealed in the second sub-bag chamber 912; the non-woven fabric cloth bag 9 can be welded and sealed longitudinally to divide the non-woven fabric cloth bag 9 into a first bag portion and a second bag portion, the first bag portion and the second bag portion are arranged side by side transversely, then the non-woven fabric cloth bag 9 is welded and sealed transversely to divide the first bag portion into a plurality of first sub-bag chambers 911 arranged longitudinally at intervals and package the first springs 81 in the first sub-bag chambers 911, and the second bag portion is divided into a plurality of second sub-bag chambers 912 arranged longitudinally at intervals and package the second springs 82 in the second sub-bag chambers 912.
It is understood that the plurality of first springs 81 may be sequentially compressed by the first compression device 1.
The plurality of compressed first springs 81 can be sequentially pushed to the first conveying channel 31 of the first conveying device 3 by the first pushing device 2, the first conveying channel 31 can be internally provided with the plurality of compressed first springs 81 arranged at intervals along the left-right direction, and the plurality of compressed first springs 81 are sequentially conveyed into the non-woven fabric cloth bag 9.
Similarly, the plurality of second springs 82 may be sequentially compressed by the second compressing device 4, the plurality of compressed second springs 82 may be sequentially pushed to the second conveying channel 61 of the second conveying device 6 by the second pushing device 5, the second conveying channel 61 may have a plurality of compressed second springs 82 arranged at intervals in the left-right direction, and the plurality of compressed second springs 82 may be sequentially conveyed to the non-woven fabric cloth bag 9.

Claims (19)

1. An apparatus for producing a bagged spring, comprising:
a first compression device for compressing a first spring;
the first conveying device is provided with a first conveying channel, and the first conveying channel is used for conveying the compressed first spring into the non-woven fabric bag along the conveying direction;
the first pushing device is used for pushing the compressed first spring into the first conveying channel;
a second compression means for compressing a second spring;
the second conveying device is provided with a second conveying channel, and the second conveying channel is used for conveying the compressed second spring into the non-woven fabric bag along the conveying direction;
the second pushing device is used for pushing the compressed second spring into the second conveying channel;
the transverse welding and sealing device is used for welding the non-woven fabric cloth bag in the transverse direction of the non-woven fabric cloth bag to form bag chambers which are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the non-woven fabric cloth bag and are independent of each other;
the first longitudinal welding device is used for longitudinally welding the non-woven fabric cloth bag in a sealing mode so as to encapsulate the first springs in first sub-bag chambers which are longitudinally arranged and are independent of each other and the second springs in second sub-bag chambers which are longitudinally arranged and are independent of each other, and the first sub-bag chambers and the second sub-bag chambers are in one-to-one correspondence in the transverse direction of the non-woven fabric cloth bag and form one bag chamber by the first sub-bag chambers and the second sub-bag chambers which are in transverse correspondence with each other.
2. The apparatus for producing pocketed springs according to claim 1, wherein the second conveyor and the first conveyor are arranged side by side, the second compression device and the first compression device are arranged symmetrically to each other, and the second pushing device and the first pushing device are arranged symmetrically to each other.
3. The apparatus for producing pocketed springs according to claim 1, wherein said first compressing device is disposed adjacent an upstream end of said first conveying device in said conveying direction, said second compressing device is disposed adjacent an upstream end of said second conveying device in said conveying direction, and said transverse weld sealing device is disposed adjacent a downstream end of said first conveying device and a downstream end of said second conveying device in said conveying direction.
4. The apparatus for producing pocketed springs according to claim 1, wherein the first compressing device comprises:
a first abutting member for abutting against the first spring;
a first compression member disposed opposite the first abutment member and movable toward and away from the first abutment member, wherein the first compression member progressively compresses the first spring as it moves toward the first abutment member;
the second compressing device includes:
a second abutting member for abutting against the second spring;
a second compression member disposed opposite the second abutment member and movable toward and away from the second abutment member, wherein the second compression member progressively compresses the second spring as it moves toward the second abutment member.
5. The apparatus for producing pocketed springs according to claim 4, wherein the first compression device further comprises a first compression channel for accommodating the first spring, the first compression member being movable within the first compression channel to compress the first spring within the first compression channel, the first abutment member being disposed opposite an end of the first compression channel adjacent to the first conveying device;
the second compression device further includes a second compression passage for receiving the second spring, the second compression member being movable within the second compression passage to compress the second spring within the second compression passage, the second abutment member being disposed opposite an end of the second compression passage adjacent the second delivery device.
6. The apparatus for producing pocketed springs according to claim 1, wherein the first conveying means comprises a first annular conveying member and a second annular conveying member, the first annular conveying member and the second annular conveying member being arranged opposite and spaced from each other, the first conveying passage being formed between the first annular conveying member and the second annular conveying member;
the second conveying device comprises a third annular conveying member and a fourth annular conveying member, the third annular conveying member and the fourth annular conveying member are opposite to each other and are arranged at intervals, and the second conveying channel is formed between the third annular conveying member and the fourth annular conveying member.
7. The apparatus for producing pocketed springs according to claim 6, wherein the first endless conveyor and the second endless conveyor are conveyor belts or chains; the third and fourth endless conveying members are conveyor belts or chains.
8. The apparatus for producing pocketed springs according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising: and the second longitudinal welding and sealing device is used for welding and folding the opening longitudinal edge of the non-woven cloth bag with the cross section being generally rectangular along the longitudinal direction.
9. An apparatus for producing a bagged spring, comprising:
a first compression device for compressing a first spring;
the first conveying device is provided with a first conveying channel, and the first conveying channel is used for conveying the compressed first spring into the non-woven fabric bag along the conveying direction;
the first pushing device is used for pushing the compressed first spring into the first conveying channel;
and the transverse welding device is used for sealing and welding the non-woven fabric cloth bag along the transverse direction of the non-woven fabric cloth bag so as to form a bag chamber which is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the non-woven fabric cloth bag and is independent of each other, and the first spring is packaged in the bag chamber.
10. The apparatus for producing pocketed springs according to claim 9, wherein the first compressing device comprises:
a first abutting member for abutting against the first spring;
a first compression member disposed opposite the first abutment member and movable toward and away from the first abutment member, wherein the first compression member progressively compresses the first spring as it moves toward the first abutment member.
11. The apparatus for producing pocketed springs according to claim 10, wherein the first compression device further comprises a first compression channel for accommodating the first spring, the first compression member being movable within the first compression channel to compress the first spring within the first compression channel, the first abutment member being disposed opposite an end of the first compression channel adjacent the first conveyor.

The apparatus for producing pocketed springs according to claim 9, wherein the first compressing device is disposed adjacent an upstream end of the first conveying device in the conveying direction, and the transverse weld sealing device is disposed adjacent a downstream end of the first conveying device in the conveying direction.
13. The apparatus for producing pocketed springs according to claim 9, wherein the first conveying means comprises a first endless conveying member and a second endless conveying member, the first endless conveying member and the second endless conveying member being arranged opposite and spaced from each other, the first conveying passage being formed between the first endless conveying member and the second endless conveying member.
14. The apparatus for producing pocketed springs of claim 13, wherein the first endless conveyor and the second endless conveyor are conveyor belts or chains.
15. A method for producing a pocketed spring, comprising the steps of:
compressing the first spring;
pushing the compressed first spring to a first conveying position;
conveying the compressed first spring from the first conveying position to a non-woven fabric bag along a conveying direction;
compressing the second spring;
pushing the compressed second spring to a second delivery position;
conveying the compressed second spring from the second conveying position to the non-woven fabric bag along the conveying direction;

17. The method of producing pocketed springs according to claim 15, wherein the pushing of the compressed first spring to the first delivery position and the pushing of the compressed second spring to the second delivery position are performed simultaneously.

The method for producing pocketed springs according to claim 15, wherein the conveying of the compressed first springs into the nonwoven fabric pocket from the first conveying position in the conveying direction and the conveying of the compressed second springs into the nonwoven fabric pocket from the second conveying position in the conveying direction are performed simultaneously.
19. The method for producing pocketed springs according to any one of claims 15 to 18, wherein the welding of the non-woven fabric bags comprises:
the opening longitudinal edge of the non-woven fabric cloth bag with a generally rectangular cross section is welded and folded along the longitudinal direction of the non-woven fabric cloth bag;
sealing and welding a non-woven fabric bag along the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction to form the first sub-bag chamber and encapsulate the first spring in the first sub-bag chamber and form the second sub-bag chamber and encapsulate the second spring in the second sub-bag chamber.
