In some embodiments, the first spring 201 and the second spring 202 are the same or different. In other words, the string production apparatus 100 can simultaneously produce the same string of pocketed springs, and can also simultaneously produce different strings of pocketed springs.
It is understood that the springs may be the same or different, may have the same or different stiffness, may have the same or different type of spring, may have the same or different shape and structure, and the like.
A method of producing a pocketed spring string according to an embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 1-4.
As shown in fig. 1-4, a pocketed spring string production method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
sealing the non-woven fabric in the longitudinal direction to form the cloth bag 300, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, sealing the non-woven fabric in the front-rear direction to form the cloth bag 300;
cutting and sealing the cloth bag 300 in a longitudinal direction to divide the cloth bag 300 into a first cloth bag 301 and a second cloth bag 302, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, cutting and sealing the cloth bag 300 in a front-rear direction to form the first cloth bag 301 and the second cloth bag 302;
conveying the plurality of first springs 201 into the first cloth bag 301 in sequence, as shown in fig. 1-4, conveying the plurality of first springs 201 into the first cloth bag 301 in sequence from the back to the front;
conveying the plurality of second springs 202 into the second cloth bag 302 in sequence, as shown in fig. 1-4, conveying the plurality of second springs 202 into the second cloth bag 302 in sequence from the back to the front;
the first cloth bag 301 is sealed and welded along the transverse direction to sequentially seal the plurality of first springs 201 in the corresponding first bag chambers to form a first bagged spring string comprising a plurality of first bagged springs 2010, as shown in fig. 1, the first cloth bag 301 is sealed and welded along the left-right direction to seal each first spring 201 in the first cloth bag 301 in the corresponding first bag chamber to form a first bagged spring 2010, and the plurality of first springs 201 are sealed in the corresponding first bag chambers to form a first bagged spring string comprising a plurality of first bagged springs 2010;
the second pocket 302 is sealed and welded in the transverse direction to enclose the plurality of second springs 202 in the corresponding second pocket to form a second string of pocketed springs including a plurality of second pocketed springs 2020, as shown in fig. 1, the second pocket 302 is sealed and welded in the left-right direction to enclose each second spring 202 in the second pocket 302 in the corresponding second pocket to form a second pocketed spring 2020, and the plurality of second springs 202 are all enclosed behind the corresponding second pocket to form a second string of pocketed springs including a plurality of second pocketed springs 2020.
According to the method for producing the string of pocketed springs of the embodiment of the invention, the non-woven fabric is formed into the cloth bag 300, the cloth bag 300 is formed into the first cloth bag 301 and the second cloth bag 302, the first springs 201 are sequentially conveyed to the first cloth bag 301, the second springs 202 are sequentially conveyed to the second cloth bag 302, each first spring 201 in the first cloth bag 301 is sealed and welded to form the first pocketed spring 2010 to form the first string of pocketed springs, and each second spring 202 in the second cloth bag 302 is sealed and welded to form the second pocketed spring 2020 to form the second string of pocketed springs, so that the production efficiency of the string of pocketed springs is improved.
In some embodiments, the sequential feeding of the plurality of first springs 201 into the first cloth bag 301 and the sequential feeding of the plurality of second springs 202 into the second cloth bag 302 are performed simultaneously. As shown in fig. 1-4, the conveyance of the first spring 201 into the first cloth bag 301 and the conveyance of the second spring 202 into the second cloth bag 302 from the back-to-front direction are performed simultaneously.
In some embodiments, the transverse sealing of the first pockets 301 to enclose the first springs 201 within the corresponding first pockets and the transverse sealing of the second pockets 302 to enclose the second springs 202 within the corresponding second pockets are performed simultaneously. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the sealing of the first cloth bag 301 in the left-right direction to seal the first springs 201 in the corresponding first bag chambers and the sealing of the second cloth bag 302 in the left-right direction to seal the second springs 202 in the second bag chambers are performed simultaneously. In other words, forming the first pocketed spring 2010 and forming the second pocketed spring 2020 occur simultaneously.
Further, forming the first string of pocketed springs and forming the second string of pocketed springs are performed simultaneously.
In some embodiments, after one of the adjacent first springs 201 is enclosed within the corresponding first pocket to form a first pocketed spring 2010, the first pocketed spring 2010 is pulled forward to enclose the next of the adjacent first springs 201 within the corresponding first pocket to form the next first pocketed spring 2010.
After one of the adjacent second springs 202 is enclosed within the corresponding second pocket to form a second pocket spring 2020, the second pocket spring 2020 is pulled forward to enclose the next one of the adjacent second springs 202 within the corresponding second pocket to form the next second pocket spring 2020.
In some embodiments, the first spring 201 and the second spring 202 are the same or different. In other words, the bagged spring string production method can simultaneously produce the same bagged spring string and can also simultaneously produce different bagged spring strings.

Claims (14)

1. A string of pocketed springs production apparatus, comprising:
the first longitudinal sealing device is used for sealing and welding non-woven fabrics along the longitudinal direction to form a cloth bag;
a second longitudinal sealing device for cutting and seal-welding the cloth bag in the longitudinal direction to divide the cloth bag into a first cloth bag and a second cloth bag;
the first spring conveying device is used for conveying a plurality of first springs into the first cloth bag in sequence;
the second spring conveying device is used for conveying the second springs into the second cloth bag in sequence;
the first transverse sealing device is used for sealing and welding the first cloth bag along the transverse direction between adjacent first springs in the first cloth bag so as to sequentially seal the first springs in the corresponding first bag chambers to form a first bagged spring string comprising a plurality of first bagged springs;
a second transverse sealing device for sealing and welding the second cloth bag along the transverse direction between adjacent second springs in the second cloth bag to sequentially seal the plurality of second springs in corresponding second bag chambers to form a second string of pocketed springs including a plurality of second pocketed springs.
2. The string production apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said first and second vertical seals are spaced apart in said transverse direction, said first and second spring conveyors are arranged side-by-side in said transverse direction, said second vertical seal is located between said first and second spring conveyors in said transverse direction, and said first and second horizontal seals are arranged side-by-side in said transverse direction.
3. The string of pocketed springs production apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first longitudinal sealing device comprises a first longitudinal sealing die head and a first longitudinal sealing knife disposed opposite to each other in the transverse direction or a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction and being closable close to each other and openable apart from each other.
4. The string of pocketed springs production apparatus of claim 1, wherein the second longitudinal sealing device comprises a first cutting knife, a second longitudinal sealing die head, and a second longitudinal sealing welding knife, the first cutting knife for cutting the cloth bag into a first cloth bag and a second cloth bag;
the second longitudinal sealing die head and the second longitudinal sealing welding knife are arranged opposite to each other in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction and can be close to each other to be closed and can be far away from each other to be opened, and the second longitudinal sealing die head and the second longitudinal sealing welding knife are closed to connect the first cloth bag and the second cloth bag.
5. The string of pocketed springs production apparatus of claim 4, further comprising a second cutting knife for disconnecting the first pocket and the second pocket from each other.

The string of pocketed springs production apparatus of claim 1, wherein each of said first and second traverse devices comprises a traverse die and a traverse welding knife disposed opposite to each other in a direction orthogonal to said traverse and said longitudinal directions and being closable close to each other and openable apart from each other.
7. The string production apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first spring conveying device comprises a first conveying member and a second conveying member, the first conveying member and the second conveying member being arranged opposite to each other and spaced apart, and a first conveying passage for conveying the first spring being provided between the first conveying member and the second conveying member;
the second spring conveying device comprises a third conveying member and a fourth conveying member, the third conveying member and the fourth conveying member are opposite to each other and are arranged at intervals, and a second conveying channel for conveying the second spring is arranged between the third conveying member and the fourth conveying member.
8. The string production apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the first spring and the second spring are the same or different.
9. A method of producing a string of pocketed springs, comprising:
sealing and welding the non-woven fabric along the longitudinal direction to form a cloth bag;
cutting and sealing said cloth bag along said longitudinal direction to divide said cloth bag into a first cloth bag and a second cloth bag;
sequentially conveying a plurality of first springs into the first cloth bag;
sequentially conveying a plurality of second springs into the second cloth bag;
the first cloth bag is sealed and welded along the transverse direction so as to sequentially seal the first springs in the corresponding first bag chambers to form a first bagged spring string comprising a plurality of first bagged springs;
welding the second pockets along the transverse seals to seal the plurality of second springs within corresponding second pocket chambers to form a second string of pocketed springs comprising a plurality of second pocketed springs.
10. The string of pocketed springs of claim 9, wherein said transporting a plurality of first springs into a first pocket in sequence and said transporting a plurality of second springs into a second pocket in sequence are performed simultaneously.
11. The string of pocketed springs of claim 9, wherein the sealing of the first pockets in the transverse direction to seal the first springs in the corresponding first pockets and the sealing of the second pockets in the transverse direction to seal the second springs in the corresponding second pockets are performed simultaneously.
12. The string of pocketed springs of claim 9, wherein after one of the adjacent first springs is enclosed within the corresponding first pocket to form a first pocketed spring, pulling the first pocketed spring forward to enclose a next one of the adjacent first springs within the corresponding first pocket to form a next first pocketed spring;
after one of the adjacent second springs is enclosed within the corresponding second pocket to form a second pocket spring, the second pocket spring is pulled forward to enclose a next one of the adjacent second springs within the corresponding second pocket to form a next second pocket spring.
13. The string of pocketed springs of claim 9, wherein, when the first pocket and the second pocket are connected to each other such that the first pocket and the second pocket are connected to each other, the string of pocketed springs further comprises: the first and second pockets connected to each other are disconnected.
14. The method of producing a string of pocketed springs according to any one of claims 9-13, wherein the first spring and the second spring are the same or different.
