Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile warning tone devices, in particular to an error-proofing system and method of an automobile warning tone device, which comprises a power supply, a microcontroller, a digital signal processing unit, a power amplifier and a loudspeaker which are sequentially connected; the microcontroller is respectively in communication connection with the automobile CAN network, the power supply, the digital signal processing unit and the power amplifier and is used for monitoring state signals of the power supply, the digital signal processing unit and the power amplifier and completing resetting of the power supply, the digital signal processing unit and/or the power amplifier according to the state signals obtained through monitoring. The invention aims to provide an error-proofing system and method of an automobile prompt tone device, and the technical scheme provided by the invention solves the technical problems that the existing low-speed prompt tone device of an electric automobile cannot be restarted due to faults and emits unexpected prompt tones.

The power supply source obtains power supply from the outside and provides an internal power supply for the device to use; the microcontroller is communicated with the outside and controls the functional operation of the device through command information; the digital signal processing unit sends generated audio information to the power amplifier after acquiring the instruction of the microcontroller; the power amplifier amplifies the audio signal obtained by the digital signal processing unit and then transmits the amplified audio signal to the loudspeaker; the speaker converts the amplified audio signal into sound to be output.
In the connection structure, the microcontroller is respectively in communication connection with the automobile CAN network, the power supply, the digital signal processing unit and the power amplifier and is used for monitoring state signals of the power supply, the digital signal processing unit and the power amplifier and completing resetting of the power supply, the digital signal processing unit and/or the power amplifier according to the state signals obtained through monitoring.
In order to ensure the normal operation of the device, the microcontroller monitors the state signals of the power supply, the digital signal processing unit and the power amplifier, and once a state error occurs in any one part, the microcontroller starts a reset program of the part to try to recover; if the mistake still occurs more than three times, the error alarm is sent to the upper computer through the external interface, and the automobile prompt tone device is closed.
Furthermore, in order to ensure that the output sound is correct and not output unexpected sound, the digital signal processing unit comprises a sound generation module, an amplitude limiting module and a filtering module which are sequentially connected, and a feedback module connected between the sound generation module and the filtering module;
