Abstract
The invention discloses a multifunctional printer which comprises an outer shell, a cutter device and an inner frame, wherein the cutter device comprises a cutter, a fixed cutter, a cutter frame and a driving device, the driving device drives the cutter to move back and forth relative to the fixed cutter, and the cutter device is detachably fixed at the front end of the inner frame. The product of the invention has simple structure, small volume, integration of multiple components and simple assembly, and is beneficial to reducing the cost and improving the efficiency.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a multifunctional printer, in particular to a multifunctional printer with a cutter.
Background
For a multifunctional printer capable of printing adhesive labels of different materials, the labels can be cut from a continuous paper roll after printing, and the important requirement of adding a paper cutter on a portable label multifunctional printer is met. The invention provides a multifunctional printer, and in a first aspect of the invention, the multifunctional printer comprises an outer shell, a cutter device and an inner frame, wherein the cutter device comprises a cutter, a fixed cutter, a cutter frame and a driving device, the driving device drives the cutter to move back and forth on the cutter frame relative to the fixed cutter, and the cutter device is detachably fixed at the front end of the inner frame.
The driving device comprises a cutter pressing rod and a cutter pull rod, wherein the cutter pressing rod is movably connected with the cutter frame, the cutter pull rod is pivoted with the cutter pressing rod, and the cutter pull rod and the cutter pressing rod drive the cutter to move back and forth on the cutter frame relative to the fixed cutter; the knife rest is fixed at the front end of the inner frame, and the fixed knife is fixed on the knife rest.

In addition, the cutter frame is combined with the original paper guide plate and dust guard plate assembly into a whole, so that the cutter device is added on the basis of unchanged overall dimension of the original equipment, the original mould can be used, and the production cost is saved. One end of a cutter pressing rod 4 is fixed on a cutter frame 10 through a cutter shaft 3, the other end of the cutter pressing rod 4 is pivoted with one end of a cutter pull rod 6 through a cutter shaft 2, a first positioning groove 104 is formed in the cutter frame 10, a second positioning groove 82 is formed in the corresponding position on the cutter, a cutter shaft 1 is arranged in the middle of the cutter pressing rod 4, and the cutter shaft 1 is fixed on the cutter pressing rod 4. When the cutter pressing rod moves, the cutter shaft 1 in the middle of the cutter pressing rod is clamped into the second positioning groove to push the cutter to move, and the cutter shaft moves along the direction of the first positioning groove to ensure that the cutter moves in a specified route. As shown in fig. 2, the first and second positioning grooves are preferably perpendicular to each other to better control the cutter stroke.
Preferably, the driving device further comprises a cutter handle 7, the cutter handle 7 is pivoted with the shell, a plurality of clamping grooves 61 are formed in the other end of the cutter pull rod, and the cutter handle 7 drives the cutter pull rod 6 and the cutter pressing rod 4 to move. The cutter handle is provided with a through hole, the corresponding position of the shell part of the multifunctional printer is provided with a thin shaft, and the through hole is sleeved on the thin shaft, so that the cutter handle can flexibly move and is relatively fixed.
In a preferred embodiment, the top of the tool holder 10 is a platform 101 for the smooth movement of the cutting blade thereon; and one side of the platform is provided with a track 103 for accommodating the cutter pull rod 6 to move back and forth. In addition, the two sides of the platform close to the tail end of the cutter are provided with small steps of about 1mm, so that the cutter and the platform keep a certain distance, and the cutter can move flexibly.
Preferably, the tail part of the cutter handle 7 is in a bifurcated design, namely more than two tail ends 71 are arranged, and the tail ends 71 are matched with the clamping grooves 61 of the cutter pull rod to draw the cutter pull rod and the cutter pressing rod to move.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the cutter pressing rod 4 is connected with the inner frame 15 through a spring 11 fixed at the pivoting end of the cutter pressing rod, and the spring is used for assisting the return of the cutter pressing rod.
The spring 11 assists the cutter pressing rod and the cutter pulling rod to return, so that the cutter returns.
In order to save the production cost, a paper guide plate 105 is provided on the side of the blade holder 10 near the paper outlet 12.
And a dust-proof plate 102 is arranged on the other side of the cutter frame close to the paper outlet. Preferably, the blade holder is of an integrally formed structure.
The tool rest is made of plastic.
According to the multifunctional printer, the cutter device is reasonably arranged in the original shell, so that the functions of the multifunctional printer are increased, but the appearance is not changed greatly, so that the original mold (one in dozens of ten thousand yuan) can be used, and the product cost is saved. And, the design of cutter pull rod and cutter depression bar makes the impression more convenient when the user uses, and is convenient, simple structure, with low costs.

14. The multifunction printer of claim 7, wherein said blade holder has a paper guide plate on one side thereof adjacent to said paper exit port and a dust guard plate on the other side thereof, said blade holder being of an integrally formed construction.
15. The multifunction printer of claim 14, wherein said blade carrier is made of plastic.

The multifunction printer according to any one of claims 1 to 5, 9 to 10, and 13 to 15, wherein the cutter unit has protruding points on both sides contacting with the inner frame, the inner frame has mounting holes at corresponding positions, the cutter unit is engaged with the inner frame, a metal shaft is fixed at the front end of the inner frame, and the bottom of the cutter unit is covered with the metal shaft.
