The invention relates to the field of textile products, and discloses a waterproof antibacterial cotton yarn fabric which sequentially comprises an inner layer and an outer layer: the cotton yarn comprises a cotton yarn layer, a waterproof layer and an antibacterial layer, wherein the cotton yarn layer comprises a pure cotton yarn layer and a flocking layer, the pure cotton yarn layer is made of pure cotton yarns, and the flocking layer is made of natural fluff through bonding; the waterproof layer is made of PU soft polyurethane or fluorine-containing acrylate polymer; the antibacterial layer comprises a ramie fiber layer, a silver ion antibacterial layer, an acrylic fiber layer and an antibacterial coating, wherein the ramie fiber layer is positioned on the inner side of the silver ion antibacterial layer, a selective permeable membrane is arranged between the ramie fiber layer and the waterproof layer, the acrylic fiber layer is positioned on the outer side of the silver ion antibacterial layer, and the antibacterial coating is positioned on the outer side of the acrylic fiber layer. The waterproof antibacterial cotton yarn cloth provided by the invention not only has good functions of water resistance, ventilation, antibiosis, heat preservation and the like, but also has the advantages of simple method and process, low raw material cost and convenience for large-scale production.

Preferably, the silver ion antibacterial layer is a silver fiber biological material fabric woven by coating the soft fiber base material with pure natural silver.
