Claims (10)

1. A cutting device for plastic products comprises a workbench (01), wherein a cutting cavity (11) for placing a cutting table assembly (02) is arranged inside the workbench (01), and is characterized in that a support assembly (04) is further arranged on the workbench (01), a fixed box (51) is arranged on the support assembly (04), a first lifting plate (52) and a second lifting plate (512) are connected in the fixed box (51) in a sliding manner, the top ends of the first lifting plate (52) and the second lifting plate (512) are fixedly connected with the fixed box (51) through springs (53), the first lifting plate (52) is meshed with a first idle wheel (55) through a second tooth (54), the first idle wheel (55) is connected with a driven wheel (57) through a first synchronous belt (56), the driven wheel (57) is meshed with a second driving wheel (59), and the second driving wheel (59) is fixedly connected with an output shaft of a second driving motor, the second driving wheel (59) is connected with a second idle wheel (511) through a second synchronous belt (510), the second idle wheel (511) is meshed with a second tooth (54) on a second lifting plate (512), the first lifting plate (52) and the second lifting plate (512) are fixedly connected with a connecting rod (514), the connecting rod (514) penetrates through a second supporting plate (515) and moves in a lifting hole (516) on the second supporting plate (515), and a cutting assembly (06) for cutting plastic products is fixed on the connecting rod (514); and a cleaning component (07) and a circulating component (08) are also arranged in the workbench (01).

The plastic product cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the cutting table assembly (02) comprises a first support column (21) fixed in the cutting chamber (11), a slide block (27) is fixed on the first support column (21), and the slide block (27) is slidably connected in a slide chamber (26) on the cutting table (22).

A cutting device for plastic products according to claim 2, characterized in that the bottom of the cutting table (22) is provided with a first tooth (25), the first tooth (25) being in engagement with a first driving wheel (23) rotatably connected to the support plate (24), the first driving wheel (23) being connected to the output shaft of a first driving motor.

The plastic product cutting device according to claim 1, wherein fixing assemblies (03) are arranged on two sides of the cutting cavity (11), each fixing assembly (03) comprises an air cylinder (31) placed on the workbench (01), a connecting shaft (35) of each air cylinder (31) penetrates through a mounting cylinder (32) fixed on the workbench (01) to be fixedly connected with a fixing plate (36), a limiting cylinder (33) is further fixed at one end of each mounting cylinder (32), and an output shaft of each air cylinder (31) is arranged in each limiting cylinder (33).
5. The plastic product cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the carriage assembly (04) comprises two uprights (41) fixed to the table (01), a cross beam (42) being fixed between the two uprights (41).

The plastic product cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the cutting assembly (06) comprises two fixing blocks (61) fixed on a connecting rod (514), the two fixing blocks (61) are respectively fixedly connected with a first adaptor (62) and a second adaptor (65), a servo motor (63) is placed on the first adaptor (62), an adaptor box (66) is fixed on the second adaptor (65), a driving shaft (67) on the servo motor (63) is rotatably connected in the adaptor box (66), a cutting knife (64) is further fixed on the driving shaft (67), and the cutting knife (64) is arranged between the first adaptor (62) and the second adaptor (65).
7. A plastic product cutting device according to claim 6, wherein the drive shaft (67) is further provided with a bevel gear set (68), and the bevel gear set (68) is further fixedly connected with the fan blades (69).

The plastic product cutting device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the cleaning assembly (07) comprises a water tank (71) arranged on the worktable (01), a water pump (72) is fixed above the water tank (71), an output shaft of the water pump (72) is communicated with a water inlet pipe (73), the water inlet pipe (73) is fixed on the inner wall of the worktable (01) through a water pipe clamp (74), and a spray head (75) communicated with the water inlet pipe (73) is arranged in the cutting cavity (11).

The plastic product cutting device according to claim 8, wherein the bottom of the cutting chamber (11) is provided with a water outlet hole, the water outlet hole is communicated with a water collecting tank (81) in the circulating assembly (08), a filter screen (82) is arranged in the water collecting tank (81), one side of the water collecting tank (81) is communicated with the water tank (71) through a first water outlet pipe (83), and the other side of the water collecting tank (81) is provided with a second water outlet pipe (84).
10. The plastic product cutting device according to claim 9, wherein a water stop valve (58) is arranged on each of the first water outlet pipe (83) and the second water outlet pipe (84).
