the high-pressure degreasing water tank comprises an upper high-pressure tank 1-1 and a lower high-pressure tank 1-2 which are not communicated with each other, a gas-liquid separation tank 1-3, a degreasing waste liquid recovery tank 1-4, an upper high-pressure tank degreasing water inlet pipe connected with a liquid outlet of a liquid inlet electromagnetic valve 2-1, two high-pressure air source inlet pipes on the side surfaces of the upper high-pressure tank and the lower high-pressure tank which are respectively connected with two air outlets of a second air source switching electromagnetic valve, a degreasing water discharge pipe at the bottom of the lower high-pressure tank connected with a liquid outlet electromagnetic valve, a reverse horn mouth on the upper middle upper part of the upper high-pressure tank and the lower high-pressure tank, a multi-Y-shaped outlet pipe connected with the upper high-pressure tank and the lower high-pressure tank, and a pneumatic stainless steel pipe pushing clamp on the outlet side of the multi-Y-shaped pipe; the concentrated high-pressure air source is connected with the air inlet of the air source switching electromagnetic valve 1, and one air outlet of the air source switching electromagnetic valve 1 is connected with the air inlet of the air source switching electromagnetic valve 2. The high-pressure degreasing water tank part generates degreasing water flow, and finishes the purging switching of the degreasing water flow to the stainless steel tube in the forward and backward washing direction, and the switching between the degreasing water flow and the single purging flow.
The high-pressure degreasing water tank is divided into a degreasing waste liquid recovery tank, a lower high-pressure tank, an upper high-pressure tank and a gas-liquid separation tank from bottom to top, wherein the lower high-pressure tank, the upper high-pressure tank and the gas-liquid separation tank are placed on the same vertical central line, and the degreasing waste liquid recovery tank is a movable tank for facilitating centralized recovery treatment and periodical discharge of the degreasing waste liquid;
the inlet and outlet of the upper high-pressure tank 1-1 are three, one is the inlet 2-7 of degreasing water through the liquid inlet electromagnetic valve 2-1 positioned at the upper part of the side surface of the tank body, the second is the outlet which is positioned at the middle part of the side surface of the tank body and is connected with the inner pipe of the multi-Y-shaped outlet pipe, namely the inner pipe leading to the stainless steel pipe, the third is positioned at the upper part of the side surface of the tank body, the inlet is used as an inlet and the outlet, the function of the inlet is to connect the high-pressure air source through the air source switching electromagnetic valve 2-4, the outlet is used as an outlet, when the degreasing water reversely blasts into the stainless steel pipe 10 from the outside of the stainless steel pipe and the gap inside of the outer circular sleeve, the gas and part of degreasing water flow in the upper high-pressure tank 1-1 flows out from the third inlet and outlet, namely the high-pressure air source inlet pipe 2-5 to the gas-liquid separation tank 1-3 through the air source switching electromagnetic valve 2-4, because the high-pressure air flow cannot form circulation after entering the forward or reverse process, and only can begin to reversely blast after the forward blowing is completed, the high-pressure water is used in the upper and lower high-pressure air source circulation, and the high-pressure air flow cannot be discharged through the high-pressure air source circulation, and the high-pressure air source efficiency is needed to be comprehensively considered to be improved;
the lower high-pressure tank 1-2 is also provided with three inlets and outlets, the first is a degreasing water outlet which is positioned at the bottom of the tank body and passes through the liquid outlet electromagnetic valve, the second is an outlet which is positioned at the middle part of the side surface of the tank body and is connected with the outer pipe of the multi-Y-shaped outlet pipe, namely, the gap which is led to the outer side of the stainless steel pipe and the inner side of the outer circular sleeve, the third is positioned at the upper part of the side surface of the tank body and is used as an inlet and an outlet, the function of the inlet is that the high-pressure air source is connected into the air inlet through the air source switching electromagnetic valve 2, and the function of the outlet is that when the degreasing water in the lower high-pressure tank is positively purged from the stainless steel pipe to the outer side of the stainless steel pipe and the inner side of the outer circular sleeve, the gas and partial degreasing water flow out from the third inlet and the air source inlet pipe to the air-liquid separation tank through the air source switching electromagnetic valve 2;
the gas-liquid separation tank 1-3 is provided with an inlet pipe and two outlet pipes, wherein one inlet pipe is an outlet pipe connected with the second gas source switching electromagnetic valve 2-4, the inlet pipe is a gas flow with partial degreasing water from the upper side high pressure tank 1-1 or the lower side high pressure tank 1-2, the first outlet pipe is a gas outlet after the degreasing water and the gas are separated, the second outlet pipe is an outlet pipe of the degreasing water, and the degreasing water is added into a purge circulation through a liquid distribution part after being discharged until being discharged from the lower side high pressure tank 1-2 and then is comprehensively treated;
the stainless steel pipe is inserted into a multi-Y-shaped outlet pipe 3 of a high-pressure degreasing water tank, a pneumatic pushing clamp 4 is adopted, the pushing clamp 4 comprises a clamping trolley, a clamping part 4-1 is arranged on the clamping trolley, the stainless steel pipe is clamped in the clamping part, and the clamping part 4-1 is matched with the stainless steel pipe in shape.
The pushing slide way of the pushing clamp 4 is accurately aligned with the Y-shaped outlet pipe on the high-pressure degreasing water tank, the clamping of the pushing clamp 4 provides a guarantee for accurately inserting the inner pipe of the Y-shaped outlet pipe in the stainless steel pipe pushing process, and simultaneously the clamping of the pneumatic pushing clamp also provides a guarantee for accurately inserting the stainless steel pipe into the outer circular sleeve by the outer circular sleeve guide system, and simultaneously two guide arc rods which are arranged at two sides of a row of rollers 5 on the flushing central line and can be inserted and guaranteed; the pushing clamp accurately inserts the finished stainless steel pipe into the inner pipe of the Y-shaped outlet pipe, and the slideway of the pushing clamp is connected with the high-pressure degreasing water tank into a whole;
the stainless steel pipe leading-in mechanical arm 6-1 and the stainless steel pipe leading-out mechanical arm 6-2 are positioned at two sides of the purging central line, pneumatic devices which can adapt to the field environment are adopted for the stainless steel pipe leading-in mechanical arm and the stainless steel pipe leading-out mechanical arm, the stainless steel pipe leading-in mechanical arm adopts a general left-right swinging structure, but guide arc rods 11 which are arranged at two sides of a row of rollers of the purging central line ensure that the stainless steel pipe 10 can reliably fall into the purging central line;
the outer circle sleeve guiding system consists of a steel wire rope 8-2, a winding drum 8-1 for winding the steel wire rope, a pneumatic motor 7 coaxial with the winding drum of the steel wire rope, a guiding pulley, a row of rollers 5 and an outer circle sleeve 9 which are arranged on the upper and lower sides of the flushing central line, wherein the rollers 5 are oil-resistant plastic rollers. The steel wire rope 8-2 is wound on the steel wire rope reel 8-1 and then connected with a row of rollers 5 and an outer circular sleeve 9 through guide pulleys to form an outer circular sleeve guide system, one end of the steel wire rope is connected with the rear end of the outer circular sleeve, the other end of the steel wire rope 8-2 is connected with the pipe body of the middle front end of the outer circular sleeve, and a pushing and inserting space is reserved for the pneumatic pushing clamp 4 at the front end and the Y-shaped outlet pipe; when the stainless steel pipe is not led in and led out, the outer circular sleeve is positioned at the rear end of the flushing central line, a space is reserved for the introduction of the stainless steel pipe, after the stainless steel pipe is introduced in and when the pneumatic pushing clamp clamps the stainless steel pipe, the pneumatic motor drives the coaxial steel wire rope reel to rotate, the steel wire rope pulls the outer circular sleeve 9 to be sleeved into the stainless steel pipe 10 through the guide pulley and the row of rollers 5 until the outer circular sleeve 9 is inserted into the outer pipe of the multi-Y-shaped outlet pipe 3 to stop, and when the stainless steel pipe is flushed out, the pneumatic motor drives the coaxial steel wire rope reel 8-1 to reversely rotate and the steel wire rope pulls the outer circular sleeve to withdraw the stainless steel pipe 10;

high-pressure high-speed degreasing water flow reverse flushing: the second air source switching electromagnetic valve 2-4 is switched in action, the second air source switching electromagnetic valve 2-4 is used for connecting the lower high-pressure tank into the high-pressure air source, the upper high-pressure tank 1-1 is connected into the outlet air release pipe to the air-liquid separation tank 1-3 through the high-pressure air inlet pipe, and the purging direction is just opposite to the purging process, namely: forming high-pressure high-speed degreasing water airflow in the lower high-pressure tank 1-2, reversing a bell mouth of the lower high-pressure tank, forming an outer circular sleeve in a Y-shaped outlet pipe, forming a circumferential gap between a stainless steel pipe and the outer circular sleeve, forming an arc-shaped deflector, forming an inner circular pipe in the stainless steel pipe, reversing the bell mouth of the upper high-pressure tank, forming a high-pressure air inlet pipe at the top of the upper high-pressure tank, forming a second air source switching electromagnetic valve 2-4, and forming a gas-liquid separation tank;
forward flushing with high pressure and high velocity air flow: the first air source switching electromagnetic valve 2-3 is switched in action, the high-pressure air source cuts off the passage flowing into the high-pressure tank, and the passage for flushing the stainless steel pipe by the high-pressure air source is opened, and the main passage is the same as the forward flushing path of the high-pressure high-speed degreasing water flow.

1. The cold rolling seamless stainless steel tube purging pre-degreasing device is characterized by comprising a structural support arranged on a purging central line, wherein a high-pressure degreasing water tank part, a stainless steel tube leading-in mechanical arm, a stainless steel tube leading-out mechanical arm, a pushing clamp, an outer circular sleeve and an outer circular sleeve guide system are arranged on the structural support; the high-pressure degreasing water tank part is positioned at one end of the purging central line, the outer circular sleeve guide system is positioned at the other end of the purging central line, and a stainless steel pipe guiding-in mechanical arm, a stainless steel pipe guiding-out mechanical arm and a pushing clamp are arranged on a structural support between the high-pressure degreasing water tank part and the outer circular sleeve guide system; the stainless steel pipe guiding-in mechanical arm and the stainless steel pipe guiding-out mechanical arm are respectively arranged at two sides of the pushing clamp, the pushing clamp is arranged at one side of the high-pressure degreasing water tank, the center of the pushing clamp is provided with a clamping part, the center line of a clamping opening of the clamping part is arranged on the flushing center line, and the stainless steel pipe is movably clamped in the clamping part;
the outer circle sleeve guiding system comprises a steel wire rope winding drum arranged on a structural support of the purging central line, a pneumatic motor, a guide pulley, a row of rollers and an outer circle sleeve, wherein the pneumatic motor, the guide pulley, the row of rollers and the outer circle sleeve are coaxially connected with the steel wire rope winding drum, the steel wire rope is wound on the steel wire rope winding drum, is connected with the outer circle sleeve through the guide pulley and the row of rollers, one end of the steel wire rope is connected with the rear end of the outer circle sleeve, and the other end of the steel wire rope is connected with a tube body of the middle of the outer circle sleeve, which is close to the front end.

The cold-rolled seamless stainless steel tube purging pre-degreasing device according to claim 1, wherein the high-pressure degreasing water tank part comprises a multi-Y-shaped outlet pipe and a degreasing waste liquid recovery tank, a lower high-pressure tank, an upper high-pressure tank and a gas-liquid separation tank which are arranged from bottom to top, wherein the lower high-pressure tank, the upper high-pressure tank and the gas-liquid separation tank are arranged on the same vertical central line, and the degreasing waste liquid recovery tank is movable;
the upper high-pressure tank comprises three inlets and outlets, wherein the first inlet and outlet is arranged at the upper part of the side surface of the tank body, the degreasing water preparation tank is connected through a degreasing water inlet pipe, the second inlet and outlet is arranged at the side surface of the tank body, a plurality of Y-shaped outlet pipes are connected, and the third inlet and outlet is connected with a high-pressure air source inlet pipe;
the lower high-pressure tank comprises three inlets and outlets, wherein the first inlet and outlet is arranged at the bottom of the tank and is connected with the degreasing waste liquid recovery tank through a degreasing water discharge pipe, the second inlet and outlet is arranged at the side surface of the tank body, the second inlet and outlet is connected with a Y-shaped outlet pipe, the third inlet and outlet is arranged at the upper part of the side surface of the tank body and is connected with a high-pressure air source inlet pipe;
the high-pressure air source inlet pipe is connected with a high-pressure air source, a first air source switching electromagnetic valve and a second air source switching electromagnetic valve are arranged on the high-pressure air source inlet pipe, outlets of the first air source switching electromagnetic valve are respectively connected with a Y-shaped outlet pipe and the second air source switching electromagnetic valve, the second air source switching electromagnetic valve comprises an inlet, an outlet and two inlets and outlets, the inlet of the second air source switching electromagnetic valve is connected with the outlet of the first air source switching electromagnetic valve, the outlet of the second air source switching electromagnetic valve is connected with the air-liquid separation tank, and the two inlets and outlets of the second air source switching electromagnetic valve are respectively connected with a third inlet and outlet of the upper high-pressure tank and a third inlet and outlet of the lower high-pressure tank.

The cold-rolled seamless stainless steel tube purging pre-degreasing device according to claim 2, wherein the multi-Y-shaped outlet tube comprises a first Y-shaped tube, a second Y-shaped tube and a concentric outlet tube, inlet calibers of the first Y-shaped tube and the second Y-shaped tube are both larger than the outlet calibers, the inlets are bell mouths, the inlet of the first Y-shaped tube is connected with a second inlet and outlet of the upper high-pressure tank, and the inlet tube of the second Y-shaped tube is connected with a second inlet and outlet of the lower high-pressure tank; the inlet of the first Y-shaped pipe is also connected with the outlet of the first air source switching electromagnetic valve;
the concentric outlet pipe comprises an inner pipe and an outer pipe which are concentric and are not communicated with each other in the Y-shaped outlet pipe, and a circumferential gap is reserved between the inner pipe and the outer pipe; the inlet of the inner tube is connected with a first Y-shaped tube, and the shape and the size of the outlet of the inner tube are matched with those of the stainless steel tube, so that the stainless steel tube is tightly inserted into the outlet of the inner tube; the inlet of the outer tube is connected with a second Y-shaped tube, and the outlet of the outer tube is connected with an outer circular sleeve; the central axes of the concentric inner tube and outer tube are on the purge centerline; the outlet of the concentric outlet pipe is opposite to the upper opening clamping opening of the pushing clamp.

The cold-rolled seamless stainless steel tube purging pre-degreasing device according to claim 1, wherein the stainless steel tube guiding-in mechanical arm and the stainless steel tube guiding-out mechanical arm are mechanical arms swinging leftwards and rightwards and are positioned at the middle part of the stainless steel tube, the guiding-in end point of the stainless steel tube guiding-out mechanical arm, the guiding-out starting point of the stainless steel tube guiding-out mechanical arm, the axial center line of the stainless steel tube and the purging center line are coincident or on the same straight line, a row of rollers are arranged below the stainless steel tube with the purging center line, and guiding arc rods are further arranged on two sides of the rollers.

The device for purging and pre-degreasing the cold-rolled seamless stainless steel tube according to claim 1, wherein the outer circular sleeve is arranged above a row of rollers, a steel wire rope drum is arranged below the outer circular sleeve, the steel wire rope drum and a rotating shaft are connected with a pneumatic motor, and steel wire ropes are wound on the steel wire rope drum for a plurality of circles;
the outer circular sleeve is characterized in that one end of the outer circular sleeve is closed, an arc-shaped flow director is arranged in the closed end, the arc-shaped flow director comprises a semicircular ball sleeved at the maximum position of the closed end of the outer circular sleeve and a flow guiding rod connected with the center of the bottom of the semicircular ball, the top of the flow guiding rod is a tip, a clockwise or anticlockwise spiral flow guiding sheet is arranged at the bottom of the inner wall of the outer circular sleeve from the tip, and the rear part of the tip is connected with the bottom of the semicircular ball through a flow guiding hose.

The cold-rolled seamless stainless steel tube purging pre-degreasing device according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of the outer circular sleeve is more than 1.5 times of that of the stainless steel tube, and the outer circular sleeve is more than 50mm longer than that of the stainless steel tube.
7. The method is characterized in that the stainless steel tube is placed into an outer circular sleeve which is larger than the stainless steel tube by more than 1.5 times and has one closed end, a guide rod is added in the outer circular sleeve, high-pressure and high-speed degreasing water flow positively blasts the seamless stainless steel tube from one end of the inner side of the seamless stainless steel tube, and the degreasing water flow blasts out from a gap between the seamless stainless steel tube and the outer circular sleeve after reaching the other end of the seamless stainless steel tube; after t time, the degreasing water gas flow with high pressure and high speed is purged from one end of the gap between the seamless stainless steel tube and the outer circular sleeve tube in a reverse direction until the other end of the gap is purged from the seamless stainless steel tube, and after n times of purging of the degreasing water gas flow with positive and negative directions, the degreasing water gas flow is purged through the cleaning of the high pressure and high speed gas flow.
8. The method for purging and pre-degreasing the cold-rolled seamless stainless steel tube according to claim 7, wherein the method specifically comprises the following steps:
step one, after a stainless steel pipe is separated from an outlet of a stainless steel cold rolling mill, a stainless steel pipe guiding mechanical arm swings leftwards or rightwards, the stainless steel pipe is guided to a row of rollers on a flushing central line, a pushing clamp clamps the stainless steel pipe and pushes the stainless steel pipe forwards into an inner pipe in a multi-Y-shaped outlet pipe, and then the stainless steel pipe pushing clamp loosens the stainless steel pipe;
step two, after the pushing clamp clamps the stainless steel tube, the pneumatic motor drives the coaxial steel wire rope reel to rotate, the steel wire rope drives the outer circular sleeve through the guide pulley, the stainless steel tube penetrates into the steel wire rope reel and moves forwards along the flushing center line until the outer circular sleeve is inserted into the outer tube in the outlet of the Y-shaped tube;
step three, before the outer circular sleeve sleeves the stainless steel tube into the tube, the liquid outlet of the liquid inlet electromagnetic valve is opened, degreasing water is prepared and enters the upper high-pressure tank from the liquid inlet tube on the side, degreasing water is added once after n stainless steel tubes are purged, and n is determined by a process test;
step four, after the outer circular sleeve and the stainless steel tube are inserted into the outer tube in the outlet of the Y-shaped tube, the first air source switching electromagnetic valve guides the high-pressure air source into the first air source switching electromagnetic valve, the first air source switching electromagnetic valve connects the high-pressure air source into the upper high-pressure tank, and simultaneously, the high-pressure air source inlet pipe of the lower high-pressure tank is connected into the outlet air release pipe to the gas-liquid separation tank;
