Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of soil remediation, in particular to a device capable of separating solid garbage, recovering ferromagnetic substances and comprehensively remedying soil pollutants and a using method thereof.
Background
Soil remediation is a technical measure to restore normal function to contaminated soil. In the soil remediation industry, the existing soil remediation technologies reach more than one hundred.
The existing repair technology is roughly as follows: thermodynamic remediation, thermal desorption remediation, incineration remediation, land landfill remediation, chemical leaching remediation, composting remediation, osmotic reaction remediation and the like. Regardless of the remediation mode, people pay attention to organic matters, chemical pollution and heavy metals in soil during the soil remediation process, but pay less attention to common daily pollutants (such as plastic bags, batteries, white daily garbage, waste paper and the like), and cause cyclic pollution after long-term accumulation, and some recyclable pollutants cause resource waste. Some pretreatment equipment exists in the market, the common pollutants are treated in the soil remediation process, the equipment is often used for manually picking up the leakage, or the pollutants are directly broken by machinery and then integrally treated with the soil, the method not only consumes manpower, but also increases the difficulty of soil remediation in the later period and increases the remediation time.

s3, controlling the roller pressing wheel to be lowered below the soil height through a lifting mechanism, controlling the roller pressing wheel to move left and right through a reciprocating mechanism, covering the soil surface, greatly reducing and refining the soil granularity on the basis, and quickly discharging volatile gas and low-melting-point pollutants which are easy to degrade at high temperature while refining the soil through the roller pressing wheel heated by an electromagnetic heating system;
s4, controlling the refined soil in the retreatment box to fall into a leaching precipitation box through an electromagnetic valve, leaching residual pollutants in the soil in the leaching precipitation box through chemical liquid or water sprayed from a spraying opening, and precipitating after leaching;
s5, the precipitated liquid flows into a liquid collecting box through a filter opening, the residual soil is the soil after remediation, the waste gas generated in the treatment process of each box body taken out through a discharge opening enters a gas treatment device through an air suction pump for treatment, and the leacheate in the liquid collecting box enters a liquid treatment device through a drainage pump for treatment.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the soil coagulator is broken through rotating the stirring rod, ferromagnetic substances in the soil are recovered through the magnetic adsorption part, the waste of ferromagnetic substance resources is reduced, and the difficulty in later-stage soil leaching and repairing is reduced.
2. Through the multilayer filter screen and the vibrations mode of screening case, solid waste gas pollutant (battery, plastic bottle etc.), bag form discarded object (container bag, plastic bag etc.), banded discarded object (waste rope, cable etc.) in the abundant separation soil have compared prior art and have avoided artifical degree of difficulty and the time of picking up, have also reduced the prosthetic degree of difficulty and the time of later stage soil drip washing.
3. In order to facilitate the removal of the ferromagnetic substances treated by the pretreatment tank 10 and the solid waste filtered by the sieving tank 20, it is preferable that: the magnetic adsorption part 13 is detachably and fixedly connected with the stirring rod 12, and the side walls of the pretreatment box 10 and the screening box 20 are provided with open windows.

In order to eliminate waste gas and waste water mixed in soil or generated by treatment in the treatment process of each box body, each box body is provided with an air outlet and is connected with a gas treatment device 60 through an air pump; the liquid collection tank 50 is connected to the liquid treatment device 70 by a drain pump.
Preferably: an electromagnetic heating system is arranged inside the rolling wheel 31. Through the heating of the electromagnetic heating system, the rolling wheel 31 rolls the soil at a high temperature, and pollutants which are easy to degrade and volatile pollution gas in the soil are pretreated before the soil is leached.

s4, controlling the refined soil in the retreatment box 30 to fall into the leaching and settling box 40 through an electromagnetic valve, leaching the residual pollutants in the soil in the leaching and settling box 40 through chemical liquid or water sprayed from a spraying port 41, and precipitating after leaching;
s5, the precipitated liquid flows into the liquid collection box 50 through the filter opening 42, the residual soil, namely the soil after remediation, is taken out through the discharge opening 43, the waste gas generated in the treatment process of each box body enters the gas treatment device 60 through the suction pump for treatment, and the leacheate in the liquid collection box 50 enters the liquid treatment device 70 through the drainage pump for treatment.

8. The method of using a soil remediation total treatment apparatus as claimed in claim 7, including the steps of:
s1, adding soil to be restored into a pretreatment box (10) from a soil feeding hole (11), and simultaneously opening a stirring rod (12);
s1-1, starting the stirring rod (12) from high speed to low speed, wherein the high speed rotation stirring is used for breaking the coagulated soil and reducing the particle size of the coagulated soil, and the low speed stirring is used for enabling the magnetic adsorption part (13) to adsorb ferromagnetic pollutants in the soil;
