Background
The existing drug perfusion balloon has relatively wide application in clinic, and particularly has advantages in the lesions such as restenosis, bifurcation lesion, small blood vessel and the like in a stent.
The existing drug perfusion sacculus forms supporting matching with the inner wall of a blood vessel through the inflatable expansion of the sacculus arranged at intervals, and a drug perfusion cavity is formed between the sacculus and corresponds to a focus position. The guide wire cavity self-plugging perfusion catheter penetrates from the near end to the far end.
The proximal end of the plugging perfusion catheter is provided with a liquid medicine input port which is communicated with the liquid medicine perfusion cavity channel.
The proximal end of the plugging perfusion catheter is provided with a distal contrast agent input port which is communicated with the first contrast agent cavity.
The cannula cavity self-plugging backflow conduit penetrates from the near end to the far end.
The proximal end of the blocking reflux catheter is provided with a liquid medicine suction port which is communicated with the liquid medicine reflux cavity.
The near end of the blocking reflux duct is provided with a near-end contrast agent input port which is communicated with the second contrast agent cavity.
The liquid medicine releasing ports are distributed at intervals between the near-end plugging saccule and the far-end plugging saccule along the length direction of the plugging perfusion catheter tube body.
The liquid medicine release port is arranged on the tube body of the plugging perfusion catheter close to the distal plugging saccule.
Advantageous effects
Firstly, in the invention, the near-end plugging balloon and the far-end plugging balloon can be respectively positioned by radiography, and the near-end plugging balloon and the far-end plugging balloon can be respectively positioned at the front side and the back side of a coronary vessel in an operation, so that the accuracy of a medicine perfusion position can be ensured.
Secondly, in the invention, the proximal plugging saccule and the distal plugging saccule are inflated and expanded to form plugging by matching with the inner wall of the coronary artery, and a medicine perfusion cavity is formed between the proximal plugging saccule and the distal plugging saccule, so that the blood flow can be blocked to ensure that the medicine can be fully contacted with the vascular wall of a focus position, and the medicine absorption effect can be improved.
Thirdly, in the invention, a circulating perfusion structure which can continuously feed liquid medicine in and out is formed between the plugging perfusion catheter and the plugging backflow catheter, so that the limitation that the liquid medicine perfusion dosage is limited by the size of a medicine perfusion cavity formed between the proximal plugging balloon and the distal plugging balloon is eliminated, the continuous medicine circulating perfusion can be realized, the purpose of large-dosage liquid medicine perfusion in a short time is achieved, the dosage of liquid medicine release and absorption is improved, the operation effect is favorably improved, and the coronary artery plugging time is shortened.

The blocking perfusion catheter 1 is internally provided with a liquid medicine perfusion cavity channel 1-1, a first contrast agent cavity channel 1-2 and a guide wire cavity channel 1-3. Wherein, the guide wire cavity 1-3 penetrates from the near end to the far end of the plugging perfusion catheter 1 and is used for inserting the guide wire in the operation. The far end of the plugging perfusion catheter 1 is provided with an inflatable far-end plugging saccule 1-4, as shown in figure 2, a far-end plugging developing ring cavity 1-5 is arranged inside the far-end plugging saccule 1-4. The proximal end of the plugging perfusion catheter 1 is provided with a distal contrast input port 1-8, the distal contrast input port 1-8 is communicated with the proximal end of a first contrast cavity 1-2, and the distal end of the first contrast cavity 1-2 is communicated with a distal plugging developing ring cavity 1-5 through a first contrast release port 1-6. The contrast agent can be filled into the distal occlusion developing ring cavity 1-5 through the distal contrast agent input port 1-8, and the contrast agent is used for displaying the position of the distal occlusion balloon 1-4 in the operation.
The inside of the blocking reflux duct 2 is provided with a cannula cavity, a liquid medicine reflux cavity and a second contrast agent cavity. The proximal end of the plugging perfusion catheter 1 is provided with a liquid medicine input port 1-7, and the liquid medicine input port 1-7 is communicated with the proximal end of the liquid medicine perfusion cavity 1-1. A liquid medicine release port communicated with the liquid medicine perfusion cavity 1-1 is arranged on the tube body of the plugging perfusion catheter 1, and the liquid medicine release port is positioned between the near-end plugging saccule 2-1 and the far-end plugging saccule 1-4. The liquid medicine releasing ports can be distributed at intervals between the near-end plugging saccule 2-1 and the far-end plugging saccule 1-4 along the length direction of the tube body of the plugging perfusion catheter 1, and can also be arranged on the tube body close to the far-end plugging saccule 1-4. The proximal end of the plugging backflow duct 2 is provided with a liquid medicine suction port 2-2, the liquid medicine suction port 2-2 is communicated with the proximal end of the liquid medicine backflow cavity, and the distal end of the plugging backflow duct 2 is provided with a liquid medicine backflow port communicated with the distal end of the liquid medicine backflow cavity.
When the circulating type drug perfusion catheter is used, the near-end plugging balloon 2-1 and the far-end plugging balloon 1-4 can be positioned through radiography respectively, the far-end plugging balloon 1-4 is conveyed to the far end of coronary artery lesion through a guide wire in an operation, the near-end plugging balloon 2-1 is conveyed to the near end of the lesion, the near-end plugging balloon 2-1 and the far-end plugging balloon 1-4 are inflated and expanded to form plugging together with the inner wall of the coronary artery, a drug perfusion cavity is formed between the near-end plugging balloon 2-1 and the far-end plugging balloon 1-4, a circulating type perfusion structure with liquid medicine capable of continuously entering and exiting is formed between the plugging perfusion catheter 1 and the plugging backflow catheter 2, and continuous drug circulation perfusion can be achieved.
