Specifically, the driving motor 231 rotates forward by a certain angle, the driving wheel 232, the driving belt 234 and the driven wheel 233 drive the connecting shaft 222 to rotate by a certain angle, and further drive the object placing plate 221 and the sterilized object 50 to rotate towards the direction of the disinfectant, so that the sterilized object 50 is immersed into the disinfectant to be sterilized, after a certain time, the driving motor 231 rotates backward by a certain angle, and the sterilized object 50 can be immediately driven from the disinfectant, and the disinfection operation is completed after the driving motor 231 rotates backward by a certain angle.
In the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the sterilization can 21 includes a can 212 and a cover 213, the can 212 has an opening at the top, and the cover 213 is hinged to the can 212 and can cover the opening at the top of the can 212. A protruding edge is provided at the bottom edge of the cover 213, and when the cover 213 is fastened to the can 212, the protruding edge is disposed on the top edge of the can 212, thereby closing the top opening of the can 212. In order to facilitate the object placing plate 221 of the object placing shelf 22 to swing, the front wall plate of the tank 212 is designed to be arc-shaped, and the rear wall plate is designed to be inclined so as to enclose the accommodating space 211 for the object placing plate 221 to swing up and down. The cross-sectional dimension of the bottom of the tank 212 is smaller than that of the top thereof so that the disinfecting liquid therein can flow concentratedly to the bottom, and preferably, a liquid discharge port is provided on the bottom, communicates with the liquid pump 242 of the supply and discharge mechanism 24, and slopes toward the liquid discharge port on the bottom wall plate so as to facilitate concentrated flow of the disinfecting liquid to the liquid discharge port.
In one embodiment, a cleaning opening 214 is formed at the bottom of the tank 212, and the cleaning opening 214 is hermetically connected to an ultrasonic cleaning mechanism 28, so that the ultrasonic cleaning mechanism 28 is used for cleaning. The ultrasonic cleaning mechanism 28 includes an ultrasonic wafer 281, a seal ring 282, and a wafer cover 283, the seal ring 282 is fitted around the periphery of the ultrasonic wafer 281, the seal ring 282 and the ultrasonic wafer 281 are fitted to the cleaning port 214 from the outside of the tank 21, the seal ring 282 is fitted to the bottom wall plate of the tank 212 around the cleaning port 214, the ultrasonic wafer 281 seals the cleaning port 214, and the wafer cover 283 covers the ultrasonic wafer 281 and the seal ring 282 from the bottom and is fixed to the tank 212 by bolts. During the disinfection operation, the ultrasonic cleaning mechanism 28 is started, and the disinfection solution is kept vibrating under the action of sound waves by using ultrasonic radiation, so that the disinfected object 50 is cleaned.
The following describes a sterilization process of the immersion type sterilization apparatus of the first embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first step: the cover 213 of the sterilizing tank 21 is opened, the object 50 to be sterilized is placed on the rack 22, and the cover 213 is closed. At this time, the driving mechanism 23 can drive the object placing plate 221 of the object placing shelf 22 to swing upwards, so that the object placing plate 221 is in an upwards inclined state, and the sterilized object 50 can be placed conveniently. Next, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the storage plate 221 is swung downward to be placed in the tank 212, and the lid 213 is closed. The second step is that: the liquid adding pump is started, the disinfectant is added into the disinfection tank 21, and the liquid adding is stopped when the liquid level switch 27 is triggered. If the ultrasonic cleaning function is required, the ultrasonic cleaning mechanism 28 can be turned on, and the ultrasonic cleaning mechanism 28 can be triggered to turn on by the liquid level switch 27. The third step: the driving mechanism 23 is started, the driving mechanism 23 drives the object placing plate 221 to swing downwards by a certain angle, so that the object 50 to be disinfected is immersed into the disinfectant for disinfection, and if the ultrasonic cleaning mechanism 28 is started, the object 50 to be disinfected is cleaned at the same time. After the set time has elapsed, the set time is typically several seconds, such as 5 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, and the like. The driving mechanism 23 drives the object placing plate 221 to swing upward by a certain angle, so that the sterilized object 50 leaves the sterilizing liquid. The driving mechanism 23 repeats the above-described operation to intermittently sterilize the object 50, and when the number of times reaches a set number, the sterilization is terminated. Then the liquid pump is opened to pump the disinfectant in the disinfection tank into the liquid storage tank, the flow is finished, and the buzzer can be used for reporting the finish prompt tone.
Preferably, the control switches of the driving mechanism 23, the ultrasonic cleaning mechanism 28, the liquid feeding pump 241 and the liquid pumping pump 242 are disposed on an operation panel, so as to realize manual control. In addition, a disinfection program and a control module are further provided, and the control module controls the operation of the driving mechanism 23, the ultrasonic cleaning mechanism 28, the liquid adding pump 241 and the liquid pumping pump 242 according to the disinfection program, so as to realize automatic disinfection.
In the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, a vertically arranged guide rod 26 is fixedly connected to the rack 22, and the bottom of the guide rod 26 penetrates out of the bottom of the sterilizing tank 21 to form a connecting part 261; the driving mechanism 23 is drivingly connected to the connecting portion 261 and drives the connecting portion 261 to move up and down so as to drive the rack 22 to move up and down in the sterilizing tank 21.
The guide rod 26 is driven to move up and down through the driving mechanism 23 so as to drive the commodity shelf 22 to move up and down, the sterilized object 50 on the commodity shelf 22 is driven to move up and down, the sterilized object 50 is immersed into the disinfectant through downward movement to be sterilized, and the sterilized object leaves from the disinfectant through upward movement, so that the sterilization operation is completed repeatedly.
In one embodiment, the driving mechanism 23 is a driving cylinder, a piston rod of the driving cylinder is connected to the connecting portion 261, and the connecting portion 261 is driven to move up and down by the telescopic motion of the piston rod.
In one embodiment, two guide rods 26 are provided, and a connecting plate 262 is connected between the connecting parts 261 of the two guide rods 26; the driving mechanism 23 is drivingly connected to the connecting plate 262 and drives the connecting plate 262 to move up and down so as to drive the rack 22 to move up and down in the sterilizing tank 21.
In a preferred embodiment, the driving mechanism 23 is a driving cylinder, a piston rod of the driving cylinder is connected to the connecting plate 262, and the connecting portion 261 is driven to move up and down by the telescopic motion of the piston rod.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the driving mechanism 23 includes a driving motor 235 and a driving screw 236 connected to a driving shaft of the driving motor 235; the coupling plate 262 has a threaded hole for engaging with the driving screw 236, and the driving motor 235 rotates the driving screw 236 to move the coupling plate 262 up and down along the driving screw 236. Preferably, a through hole is formed in the connecting plate 262, and a nut 263 screwed with the driving screw 236 is installed and fixed in the through hole.
Preferably, in order to ensure the stability of the mechanism, a mounting frame is provided at the bottom of the sterilizing tank 21, a driving motor is mounted on the mounting frame, two guide rods pass through the corresponding side parts of the mounting frame, and the mounting frame is used for guiding the movement of the guide rods.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10 to 12, the placement frame 22 is a placement frame 224, the sterilized object 50 is placed in the placement frame 224, the placement frame 224 is fixedly connected to the top of the guide bar 26, and the placement frame 224 carries the sterilized object 50 to move up and down when the guide bar 26 moves up and down. The mesh openings of the storage net frame 224 are convenient for the disinfectant to enter, so that the disinfected objects 50 can be immersed in the disinfectant for disinfection. Preferably, the object-placing screen frame 224 includes a screen frame body and a screen cover capable of being opened and closed and covering the top of the screen frame body, and the object 50 to be disinfected can be conveniently taken and placed by opening and closing the screen cover.
In one embodiment, the structure of the sterilization tank 21 in the second embodiment is substantially the same as the structure of the sterilization tank 21 in the first embodiment, except that: since the second embodiment is a rack lifting/lowering motion, the tank 212 is designed as a flat structure.
The sterilizing process of the immersion type sterilizing apparatus of the second embodiment will be explained.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the first step: the cover 213 of the sterilizing tank 21 is opened, the object 50 to be sterilized is placed on the rack 22, and the cover 213 is closed. The second step is that: the liquid adding pump is started, the disinfectant is added into the disinfection tank 21, and the liquid adding is stopped when the liquid level switch 27 is triggered. The third step: starting the driving mechanism 23, driving the article placing screen frame 224 to move downwards by the driving mechanism 23, so that the sterilized article 50 is immersed into the sterilizing liquid, stopping the driving mechanism 23, and after a set time, driving the article placing screen frame 224 to move upwards by the driving mechanism 23, so that the sterilized article 50 leaves the sterilizing liquid; the storage net frame 224 is repeatedly driven to move up and down, so that the sterilized object 50 is sterilized intermittently, and the sterilization is finished after the set number of times. Then the liquid pump is opened to pump the disinfectant in the disinfection tank into the liquid storage tank, the flow is finished, and the buzzer can be used for reporting the finish prompt tone.
Preferably, the control switches of the driving mechanism 23, the charging pump 241 and the pumping pump 242 are disposed on an operation panel, so as to realize manual control. In addition, a disinfection program and a control module are further provided, and the control module controls the operation of the driving mechanism 23, the liquid adding pump 241 and the liquid pumping pump 242 according to the disinfection program, so that automatic disinfection is realized.
The present invention also provides a soaking type disinfection apparatus, that is, a third embodiment, which belongs to a tidal type, and the disinfection apparatus soaks the disinfected objects and does not soak the disinfected objects by changing the liquid level of the disinfection solution.
In a third embodiment, as shown in fig. 13 to 15, the immersion type disinfection apparatus of the present invention comprises a disinfection tank 41, a rack 24 and a supply and discharge mechanism 44, wherein an accommodating space 411 is formed inside the disinfection tank 41; the shelf 42 is arranged in the sterilizing tank 41 and is used for placing the sterilized object 50; the feeding and discharging mechanism 44 is communicated with the accommodating space 411 of the disinfection tank 41, the feeding and discharging mechanism 44 is used for adding the disinfection solution into the accommodating space 411 and controlling the liquid level of the disinfection solution, and the liquid level of the disinfection solution can be positioned above the disinfected object 50 or below the disinfected object 50 by controlling the liquid level of the disinfection solution.
The supply and discharge mechanism 44 achieves that the disinfectant changes in a tidal manner in the disinfection tank 41, the liquid level of the disinfectant is increased by adding the disinfectant, the disinfected object 50 is soaked in the disinfectant when the liquid level is higher than the position of the disinfected object 50, and the disinfected object 50 is not soaked in the disinfectant when the liquid level is lower than the position of the disinfected object 50, so that the disinfected object 50 is soaked and disinfected intermittently.
In one embodiment, the discharging and feeding mechanism 44 includes a liquid feeding pump 441 communicated with the accommodating space 411 of the sterilizing tank 41, a liquid pumping pump 442 connected to the accommodating space 411 of the sterilizing tank 41, and a controller in control connection with the liquid feeding pump 411 and the liquid pumping pump 442, and the controller is used for controlling the operation of the liquid feeding pump 411 and the liquid pumping pump 442 at set time intervals.
Specifically, the controller controls the liquid adding pump 441 to add the disinfectant into the disinfection tank 41 so that the disinfectant can be submerged in the disinfected object 50 on the shelf 22, thereby implementing the soaking disinfection of the disinfected object 50, after a set time, the controller controls the liquid pump 442 to pump out the disinfectant in the disinfection tank 41 so that the liquid level of the disinfectant is lower than the height of the disinfected object 50, thereby enabling the disinfected object 50 not to be soaked in the disinfectant, repeating the steps for a plurality of times, completing the disinfection operation, and implementing the intermittent soaking disinfection of the disinfected object 50.
In a preferred embodiment, the controller includes a timer and a control switch connected to the timer, the control switch is in control connection with the corresponding filling pump 441 and the corresponding pumping pump 442, and the timer can generate a trigger signal to the control switch according to a set time interval, so that the control switch is closed to energize the corresponding filling pump 441 and the pumping pump 442, thereby controlling the operation of the filling pump 441 and the pumping pump 442.
In one embodiment, the immersion type disinfection apparatus of the present invention further comprises a liquid level switch 47 installed in the disinfection tank 41, wherein the liquid level switch 47 is in control connection with the liquid feeding pump 441 and is used for controlling the liquid feeding pump 441 to stop running when the liquid level of the disinfection liquid reaches a set position. Specifically, when the liquid level of the disinfecting liquid reaches the position of the liquid level switch 47, the liquid level switch 27 is triggered, and the liquid level switch 27 controls the liquid adding pump 441 to stop running. The level switch 47 is set at a height higher than the level of the sterilized object 50.
In one embodiment, the discharge mechanism 44 further includes a fluid reservoir 45 in communication with the charge pump 441 and the fluid pump 442. The liquid storage tank 45 is used for storing disinfectant. Specifically, as shown in fig. 14 and 16, the priming pump 441 is connected to the sterilizing tank 41 through a liquid transfer tube, the tube port of the liquid transfer tube is hermetically connected to the side portion of the sterilizing tank 41, and the priming pump 441 is connected to the bottom portion of the liquid storage tube 45 through another liquid transfer tube. The liquid pump 442 is connected to the liquid storage tank 45 through a liquid discharge pipe, the opening of the liquid discharge pipe is hermetically connected to the bottom of the sterilizing tank 41, and the liquid pump 442 is connected to the top of the liquid storage tank 45 through another liquid discharge pipe.
Further, as shown in fig. 15, a liquid level switch 47 is also installed in the liquid storage tank 45, the liquid level switch 47 is installed on a top plate of the liquid storage tank 45, and is used for monitoring the liquid level position of the disinfectant in the liquid storage tank 45, that is, the amount of the disinfectant in the liquid storage tank 45, when the liquid level of the disinfectant reaches the position of the liquid level switch 47, the liquid level switch 47 is triggered, and then the disinfectant can be warned that the disinfectant has reached the highest position. The bottom of the liquid storage tank 45 is communicated with a discharge pipe, the discharge pipe is provided with a discharge valve 443, the discharge valve 443 is used for controlling the connection and the closing of the discharge pipe, when the liquid level switch 47 monitors that the liquid level of the disinfectant in the liquid storage tank 45 is at the highest position, the liquid level switch 47 can directly give an alarm, then the discharge valve 443 is manually opened to discharge the disinfectant in the liquid storage tank 45, the liquid level switch 47 can also be in control connection with the discharge valve 443, and when the liquid level switch 47 monitors that the liquid level of the disinfectant in the liquid storage tank 45 is at the highest position, the discharge valve 443 is controlled to be opened to discharge the disinfectant.
Preferably, the liquid level switch 47 is a liquid level float switch.
In one embodiment, the immersion type disinfection apparatus of the present invention further comprises a turnover mechanism 43 in driving connection with the rack 42, wherein the turnover mechanism 43 can drive the rack 43 to turn over so that the disinfected object 50 on the rack 43 turns over to be downward at the top. The sterilized object 50 is turned upside down by the turning mechanism 43, so that the sterilizing liquid left on the sterilized object 50 can be poured, and the sterilized object 50 is prevented from being damaged by the residual sterilizing liquid.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, the placement frame 42 includes a placement plate 421 for placing the object 50 to be sterilized and a turning shaft 422 connected to the placement plate 421, and an end of the turning shaft 422 away from the placement plate 421 protrudes from the sterilizing tank 41 to form a turning part 4221; the driving mechanism 43 drives the connection turning part 4221 and drives the turning part 4221 to rotate, and then the turning part 4221 drives the storage board 421 to turn.
Preferably, the tilting mechanism 43 is a driving motor 431, and a driving shaft 4311 of the driving motor 431 is connected to the tilting portion 4221 of the tilting shaft 422.
In another preferred embodiment, the turning mechanism 43 comprises a driving motor, a driving wheel mounted on a driving shaft of the driving motor, a driven wheel mounted on the turning portion 4221 of the turning shaft 422, and a transmission belt sleeved on the driving wheel and the driven wheel; the driving motor drives the driving wheel to rotate through the driving shaft, and then drives the driven wheel to rotate through the driving belt, and the driven wheel drives the turnover shaft to rotate. The driving motor drives the overturning shaft to rotate 180 degrees, so that the top surface of the sterilized object 50 faces downwards, and the sterilizing liquid remained on the sterilized object 50 is dumped.
The sterilizing process of the immersion type sterilizing apparatus of the third embodiment will be explained.
As shown in fig. 13 to 15, the first step: the sterilizing tank 41 is opened and the sterilized object 50 is placed on the rack 42. The second step is that: and starting the liquid adding pump 441 to add the disinfectant into the disinfection tank 41, stopping adding liquid when the liquid level switch 47 is triggered, and controlling the liquid adding pump 441 to stop running by the liquid level switch 47. At this time, the sterilizing liquid is over the sterilized object 50, so that the sterilized object 50 is soaked in the sterilizing liquid for sterilization. After the set time has elapsed, the liquid pump 442 is activated to pump out a portion of the sterilizing liquid in the sterilizing tank 41 so that the liquid level of the sterilizing liquid is lower than the object 50 to be sterilized. Then, the turning mechanism 43 is activated to drive the rack 42 to rotate so that the top surface of the sterilized object 50 faces downward, the disinfectant remained on the sterilized object 50 is poured, and then the turning mechanism 43 drives the rack 42 to rotate back to the original position. The steps of adding liquid, drawing liquid and turning over are repeated to sterilize the sterilized object 50 intermittently, and the sterilization is finished after the set times are reached. Then the liquid pump is opened to pump the disinfectant in the disinfection tank into the liquid storage tank, the flow is finished, and the buzzer can be used for reporting the finish prompt tone.
Preferably, the control switches of the turnover mechanism 43, the filling pump 421 and the pumping pump 442 are disposed on an operation panel, so as to realize manual control. In addition, a disinfection program and a control module are further provided, and the control module controls the operation of the turnover mechanism 43, the liquid feeding pump 421 and the liquid pumping pump 442 according to the disinfection program, so that automatic disinfection is realized.
The following describes a sterilization method using the immersion type sterilization apparatus according to the present invention.
The disinfection method using the immersion type disinfection device comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, S101, providing a sterilized object 50, and placing the sterilized object 50 on the shelf 22;
referring to fig. 4 and 6, in step S102, the driving mechanism 23 is used to drive the rack 22 to move toward the disinfecting liquid and to make the disinfected object 50 on the rack to be immersed in the disinfecting liquid;
s103, after a set time, the driving mechanism 23 drives the shelf 22 to move in a direction away from the disinfectant, so that the sterilized object 50 on the shelf 22 is located above the disinfectant; and
s104, repeating steps S102 and S103 a plurality of times, thereby ending the sterilization operation of the object to be sterilized.
The above-mentioned disinfection method may use the first embodiment and the second embodiment of the immersion type disinfection apparatus provided in the present application, and when the immersion type disinfection apparatus is provided with the ultrasonic cleaning mechanism, before step S102, the method further includes starting the ultrasonic cleaning mechanism, and cleaning the object to be disinfected by using the ultrasonic cleaning mechanism.
In the process of driving the rack 22 and the object 50 to be sterilized by the driving mechanism 23, the driving mechanism 23 can drive the rack 22 to swing, so that the object 50 to be sterilized is immersed into the sterilizing liquid in an inclined state for sterilization; the driving structure 23 can also drive the rack 22 to move up and down, thereby driving the sterilized object 50 to move up and down.
The invention provides another disinfection method of an immersion type disinfection device, which comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 13 and 15, in step S201, a sterilized object 50 is provided, and the sterilized object 50 is placed on the rack 42;
s202, adding a disinfectant into the accommodating space 411 of the disinfection tank 41 by using the feeding and discharging mechanism 44, and enabling the liquid level of the disinfectant to be positioned above the disinfected object 50;
s203, after a set time, the disinfection solution in the accommodating space 41 is pumped out through the feeding and discharging mechanism 44, and the liquid level of the disinfection solution is positioned below the disinfected liquid; and
s204, the steps S202 and S203 are repeatedly executed a plurality of times, thereby ending the sterilization operation of the object 50 to be sterilized.
The above-described sterilization method may use the structure of the third embodiment of the immersion type sterilization device provided in the present application.
In a specific embodiment, after step S203, the method further includes:
turning the shelf 22 over to turn the sterilized object 50 on the shelf 22 to the top downwards, so as to pour the sterilizing liquid remained on the top surface of the sterilized object 50;
after pouring of the disinfecting liquid on the top surface of the disinfected object 50 is completed, the rack 22 is turned over and returned to the original position.
While the present invention has been described in detail and with reference to the embodiments thereof as illustrated in the accompanying drawings, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein. Therefore, certain details of the embodiments are not to be interpreted as limiting, and the scope of the invention is to be determined by the appended claims.

Claims (12)

1. An immersion disinfection apparatus, comprising:
the disinfection tank is internally provided with a containing space, and disinfectant is contained in the containing space;
a shelf which is arranged in the disinfection tank and is used for placing the disinfected objects; and
the driving mechanism is in driving connection with the commodity shelf and can drive the commodity shelf to move so that the sterilized object on the commodity shelf can be immersed into the sterilizing liquid or the sterilized object can be placed above the sterilizing liquid.
2. The immersion type disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a feeding and discharging mechanism communicating with the accommodating space of said disinfection tank, said feeding and discharging mechanism being configured to add disinfection liquid into said accommodating space or discharge disinfection liquid in said accommodating space.
3. The immersion type disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said rack comprises a placement plate for placing said object to be disinfected and a connecting shaft for connecting said placement plate, one end of said connecting shaft is rotatably mounted to said disinfection tank, and the other end of said connecting shaft penetrates out of said disinfection tank and forms a driving part;
the driving mechanism is in driving connection with the driving part and drives the driving part to rotate, and then the driving part drives the object placing plate to swing up and down.
4. The immersion type disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein said driving mechanism comprises a driving motor, a driving wheel mounted on a driving shaft of said driving motor, a driven wheel mounted on a driving portion of said connecting shaft, and a transmission belt sleeved on said driving wheel and said driven wheel;
the driving motor drives the driving wheel to rotate through the driving shaft, the driven wheel is driven to rotate through the driving belt, and the driven wheel drives the connecting shaft to rotate.
5. The immersion type disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a vertically disposed guide bar is fixedly connected to said rack, and the bottom of said guide bar penetrates out from the bottom of said disinfection tank to form a connection portion;
the driving mechanism is in driving connection with the connecting part and drives the connecting part to lift so as to drive the object placing frame to lift in the sterilizing tank.
6. An immersion disinfection apparatus, comprising:
a disinfection tank, inside which a containing space is formed;
a shelf which is arranged in the disinfection tank and is used for placing the disinfected objects; and
the feeding and discharging mechanism is communicated with the accommodating space of the disinfection tank and is used for adding disinfectant into the accommodating space and controlling the liquid level height of the disinfectant, and the liquid level height of the disinfectant can be controlled to be positioned above the disinfected object or below the disinfected object.
7. The immersion type disinfection apparatus according to claim 6, wherein said supply and discharge mechanism comprises a charge pump in communication with the receiving space of said disinfection tank, a liquid pump in communication with the receiving space of said disinfection tank, and a controller in control connection with said charge pump and said liquid pump;
the controller is used for controlling the operation of the liquid adding pump and the liquid pumping pump at set time intervals.
8. The immersion type disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a liquid level switch installed in said disinfection tank, said liquid level switch being in control connection with said liquid feeding pump for controlling said liquid feeding pump to stop operating when the liquid level of the disinfection liquid reaches a set position.
9. The immersion type disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a turnover mechanism drivingly connected to said rack, said turnover mechanism driving said rack to turn over so that the disinfected object on said rack turns over with its top facing downward.
10. A sterilization method using the immersion sterilization apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
s101, providing a sterilized object, and placing the sterilized object on the shelf;
s102, driving the commodity shelf to move towards the direction close to a disinfectant by using the driving mechanism, and enabling the disinfected object on the commodity shelf to be immersed into the disinfectant;

s202, adding a disinfectant into the accommodating space of the disinfection tank by using the feeding and discharging mechanism, and enabling the liquid level of the disinfectant to be positioned above the disinfected object;
s203, after a set time, the disinfection solution in the accommodating space is pumped out through the feeding and discharging mechanism, and the liquid level of the disinfection solution is positioned below the disinfected object; and
s204, the steps S202 and S203 are repeatedly executed a plurality of times, thereby ending the sterilization operation of the object to be sterilized.
12. The sterilization method according to claim 11, further comprising, after step S203:
turning the shelf over to enable the sterilized object on the shelf to be turned over to the top downwards, and pouring the sterilizing liquid remained on the top surface of the sterilized object;
and after the disinfectant liquid on the top surface of the disinfected object is poured, turning the storage rack to return to the original position.
