Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 9, a bronchoscope interventional therapy device for respiratory department comprises a bronchoscope 1 and further comprises the following parts:
a support table 10 for lying a patient, wherein an arc lying seat 11 is fixed above the support table 10;
a supporting seat 12 connected above the supporting table 10 in a sliding manner along the horizontal direction, wherein the supporting seat 12 controls the adjustment of the horizontal position thereof through a first adjusting part 2;
a head support 13 hinged above the support base 12, wherein the head support 13 comprises an arc support 131 and a horizontal support 132, and the angle of the head support 13 is controlled by the second adjusting part 3;
a neck support assembly 4 disposed within the support table 10 for supporting the neck of the patient;
a head fixing component 5 for fixing the head of the patient by hooping;

when the device is used, a patient can lie on the support table 10, the position of the support seat 12 can be adjusted through the first adjusting part 2 so as to adjust the horizontal position of the head support part 13, and the angle of the articulated head support part 13 can be controlled through the second adjusting part 3, so that the head angle of the patient can be adjusted when the patient lies for interventional therapy by using the device, and the neck of the patient can be supported by using the neck support component 4 after the head position of the patient is adjusted; secondly, the device has the capacity of expanding the oral cavity, and can guide the process of inserting the fiber tube 14 in the bronchoscope 1 into the oral cavity, and meanwhile, the device can influence the insertion of the fiber tube 14 in the bronchoscope 1 when expanding the oral cavity; moreover, the fiber tube fixing component 7 in the device can lock the position of the fiber tube 14 in the bronchoscope 1 at any time, and the operation is convenient.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, wherein the first control part includes a guide block 21, a guide groove 22, a servo motor 23 and a driving screw 24, wherein the guide block 21 is fixed at the bottom of the support base 12, the guide groove 22 is opened above the support table 10 for the guide block 21 to horizontally slide, wherein the guide block 21 is a trapezoidal block, the guide groove 22 is a trapezoidal groove matched with the guide block 21, the servo motor 23 is fixed below the support table 10, two ends of the driving screw 24 are respectively rotatably connected in the support table 10 through bearings, the driving screw 24 is in threaded connection with the guide block 21, when the servo motor 23 in the first control part is started, the servo motor 23 can drive the driving screw 24 to rotate, thereby driving the guide block 21 to slide in the guide groove 22, and thus driving the support seat 12 to slide above the support table 10, which is convenient and fast, and the guide block 21 and the guide groove 22 are T-shaped, so that the sliding stability of the support seat 12 can be improved.

s2, preparing an antifouling coating solution: cooling the antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid obtained in the step S1 to 190 ℃, adding dimethyl adipate, potassium oleate, triethanolamine oleate, diphenylethanone, hydroxyethylated fatty amine and ethyl acetate, uniformly mixing, and cooling to 100 ℃ to obtain an antifouling coating solution;
s3, coating: spraying the antifouling coating solution obtained in the step S2 on the surface of the head support 13 by using a high-pressure spray gun in a vacuum high-temperature spraying manner;
s4, drying: the head supporter 13 obtained in S3 is naturally dried.
The anti-fouling coating on the surface of the head support 13 can avoid the problem that the surface of the head support 13 is difficult to clean due to dust and oil stain.
Example 3
The difference from example 2 lies in the preparation of an antifouling coating on the surface of the head support 13, wherein the antifouling coating is prepared by the following method:
taking the following raw materials in parts by weight for standby: 104 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 84 parts of polypropylene, 64 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 42 parts of polyphenyl propylene, 42 parts of dimethyl adipate, 20 parts of potassium oleate, 20 parts of triethanolamine oleate, 15 parts of diphenylethanone, 10 parts of hydroxyethylated fatty amine and 10 parts of ethyl acetate;
s1, preparing an antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid; mixing and stirring polytetrafluoroethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and polystyrene uniformly, adding into a reaction kettle, heating to 343 ℃, and then preserving heat for 10 min;
s2, preparing an antifouling coating solution: cooling the antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid obtained in the step S1 to 193 ℃, adding dimethyl adipate, potassium oleate, triethanolamine oleate, diphenylethanone, hydroxyethylated fatty amine and ethyl acetate, uniformly mixing, and cooling to 103 ℃ to obtain an antifouling coating solution;
s3, coating: spraying the antifouling coating solution obtained in the step S2 on the surface of the head support 13 by using a high-pressure spray gun in a vacuum high-temperature spraying manner;
s4, drying: the head supporter 13 obtained in S3 is naturally dried.
Example 4

s1, preparing an antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid; mixing and stirring polytetrafluoroethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and polystyrene uniformly, adding into a reaction kettle, heating to 350 ℃, and then preserving heat for 15 min;

The head support 13 coated with the antifouling coating of examples 2 to 7 was subjected to tests of surface hardness and peel strength, and for the sake of comparison, the data of all examples were normalized based on the data of example 2.

As can be seen from the above, since the test results of the surface hardness and the peel strength of the head support 13 in example 5 are higher than those of the other examples coated with the antifouling coating, the preparation method of the antifouling coating given in example 5 is the most preferable choice.
