一种新型负压吸引式活检钳,解决了目前活检钳咬合组织难易操作的问题,其特点是在吸引管4一头设置滑动手柄5、滑动手柄5中部垂直设置滑动手柄托6,滑动手柄托6滑动插入吸引管4,吸引管4另一头连接活检管2,活检管2另一头连接活检帽1,活检帽1端头设置一台阶式凹槽7,在台阶式凹槽7设置钢丝绳头固定器8,钢丝绳定位孔9,钢丝绳3一头在钢丝绳固定器8上固定,钢丝绳3另一头穿过钢丝绳定位孔9、活检帽1、活检管2、吸引管4与滑动手柄托6连接,并在活检帽1端头台阶式凹槽7内形成钢丝环10。本发明具有活检钳头部小,目标区域不被遮挡,可准确在目标区域内进行活检,且的精度高效率好优点。特别适应于内镜检查取病理标本应用。

Description

新型负压吸引式活检钳
技术领域:
本发明属于医疗器械制造的技术领域,具体涉及一种新型负压吸引式活检钳。
背景技术:
就发明人所知,目前活检钳是内镜检查取病理标本不可缺少的工具,根据多近年来内镜检查经验发现,现有常用的咬合式活检钳瓷砖完全张开后遮挡部分视野,导致目标区域被部分遮挡,无法准确在目标区域内进行活检,现有活检方式,需要组织有一定的支撑力,活检钳只有有力的顶在组织上,才能咬合到足够的组织,如果组织较软或没有支撑,活检钳就不能有力的顶在组织上,不能取到足够的组织进行活检。现有活检钳进行活检,需要一定的角度,如果接近180度,即与组织处于平行状态,就很难咬合到组织的缺陷。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是为弥补以上不足,提供一种结构简单,操作方便,活检钳头部小,不需要有打开活检钳的操作,目标区域基本不被遮挡,可准确在目标区域内进行活检,活检采取负压吸引的方式,将组织吸引进活检管道,然后进行切割,不需要组织有支撑力。活检时对角度要求小。即使180度时,只要引力足够,也可将组织吸引进活检管腔,安全可靠,精度高,效果明显的医用活检专用器械新型负压吸引式活检钳。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的,所述的新型负压吸引式活检钳,由活检帽1、活检管2、钢丝绳3、吸引管4、滑动手柄5、滑动手柄托6组成,其特征在于吸引管4一头设置滑动手柄5、滑动手柄5中部垂直设置滑动手柄托6,滑动手柄托6滑动插入吸引管4,吸引管4另一头连接活检管2,活检管2另一头连接活检帽1,活检帽1端头设置一台阶式凹槽7,在台阶式凹槽7设置钢丝绳头固定器8,钢丝绳定位为孔9,钢丝绳3一头在钢丝绳固定器8上固定,钢丝绳3另一头穿过钢丝绳定位孔9、活检帽1、活检管2、吸引管4与滑动手柄托6连接,并在活检帽1端头台阶式凹槽7内形成钢丝环10。
其工作原理是,通过使用负压,将被活检组织吸入活检器的活检冒内的钢丝环10,以吸引管4圆端头手托定位,用中指十指拉动滑动手柄5,带动滑动手柄托6,牵拉钢丝绳3,致使活检冒部钢丝环10收缩,切除活检组织,将活检组织留在活检冒1内,并通过内镜活检孔道,将组织带出体外。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是,活检钳头部小,不需要有打开活检钳的操作,目标区域基本不被遮挡,可准确在目标区域内进行活检。活检采取负压吸引的方式,将组织吸引进活检管道,然后进行切割,不需要组织有支撑力。活检时对角度要求小。即使180度时,只要引力足够,也可将组织吸引进活检管腔,具有操作简单方便,安全可靠,精度高,效果好的有益效果

下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,如附图1所示的新型负压吸引式活检钳,其结构设置是由活检帽1、活检管2、钢丝绳3、吸引管4、滑动手柄5、滑动手柄盖6组成,在吸引管4一头设置滑动手柄5、滑动手柄5中部垂直设置滑动手柄托6,滑动手柄托6滑动插入吸引管4,吸引管4另一头连接活检管2,活检管2另一头连接活检帽1,活检帽1端头设置一台阶式凹槽7,在台阶式凹槽7内设置钢丝环11;如附图2所示的新型负压吸引式活检钳,其结构设置是在台阶式凹槽7内设置钢丝绳头固定器8,钢丝绳定位孔9,钢丝绳3一头在钢丝绳固定器8上固定,钢丝绳3另一头穿过钢丝绳定位孔9、活检帽1、活检管2、吸引管4与滑动手柄托6连接,并在活检帽1端头台阶式凹槽7内形成钢丝环10;附图3为手柄5与滑动手柄托6在吸引管4内的连接滑动状态。
实施方法是,通过使用负压,将被活检组织吸入活检钳活检冒内的钢丝环10,以吸引管4圆端头手托定位,用中指十指各拉动滑动手柄5上下两环,带动滑动手柄托6,牵拉钢丝绳3,致使活检冒部钢丝环10收缩,切除活检组织,将活检组织留在活检冒1内,并通过内镜活检孔道,将组织带出体外。

1.新型负压吸引式活检钳,由活检帽(1)、活检管(2)、钢丝绳(3)、吸引管(4)、滑动手柄(5)、滑动手柄托(6)组成,其特征在于吸引管(4)一头设置滑动手柄(5)、滑动手柄(5)中部垂直设置滑动手柄托(6),滑动手柄托(6)滑动插入吸引管(4),吸引管(4)另一头连接活检管(2),活检管(2)另一头连接活检帽(1),活检帽(1)端头设置一台阶式凹槽(7),在台阶式凹槽(7)设置钢丝绳头固定器(8),钢丝绳定位孔(9),钢丝绳(3)一头在钢丝绳固定器(8)上固定,钢丝绳(3)另一头穿过钢丝绳定位孔(9)、活检帽(1)、活检管(2)、吸引管(4)与滑动手柄托(6)连接,并在活检帽(1)端头台阶式凹槽(7)内形成钢丝环(10)。
