Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of carbonated beverages, in particular to a custom carbonated beverage preparation platform.
Background
Carbonated beverage (soda water) products refer to beverages filled with carbon dioxide under certain conditions. The carbonated beverage mainly comprises the following components: acidic substances such as carbonated water and citric acid, white sugar, perfume, caffeine, artificial pigment, etc. Aerated "carbonated beverages" contain little nutrients other than sugars that can supplement the body with energy. The general is as follows: cola, sprite, soda. Excessive drinking is harmful to the body.
The production of carbonated beverages (Sodas) began at the end of the 18 th century to the beginning of the 19 th century. The initial discovery began with drinking a natural gush of carbonated spring water. That is, the precursor of carbonated beverages is natural mineral water. The study of mineral water, which was originally used for therapeutic purposes, began in italy in the mid 15 th century. It was confirmed later that the artificial mixing of water and carbon dioxide gas has a peculiar flavor as natural mineral water containing carbon dioxide gas, which greatly promoted the progress of the carbonated beverage production and research. In 1772, the English people Priesterley (Priestley) invented equipment for producing carbonated saturated water, which became the ancestor of the production of carbonated beverages. He studied not only the carbonation of water but also the carbonation of wine and beer. He points out that water carbonation produces a pleasant taste and can escape with the aroma of other ingredients in the water. He also emphasized the medical value of carbonated water. Since 1807 in the united states, carbonated water containing fruit juice is introduced and fruit juice is added to the carbonated water for seasoning, the product is popular, and industrial production is started. With the synthesis of artificial essence, the preparation of liquid carbon dioxide, the invention of cap-shaped cork and crown cap and the appearance of mechanized soda production line, the carbonated beverage is firstly produced industrially in Europe and America and is developed to the world rapidly.

Carbon dioxide (carbon dioxide), a carbon oxide of formula CO2, formula 44.0095, is a colorless, odorless or colorless, tasteless, slightly sour gas at ambient temperature and pressure, is also a common greenhouse gas, and is one of the constituents of air (0.03% -0.04% of the total volume of the atmosphere). In terms of physical properties, carbon dioxide has a melting point of-78.5 deg.C, a boiling point of-56.6 deg.C, a density greater than that of air (under standard conditions), and is soluble in water. Carbon dioxide is chemically inert, highly thermally stable (only 1.8% decomposition at 2000 ℃), nonflammable, generally nonflammable, an acidic oxide, and a common acidic oxide, and is an acid anhydride of carbonic acid due to the reaction with water to produce carbonic acid.
Carbon dioxide is generally produced by high temperature calcination of limestone or by reaction of limestone with dilute hydrochloric acid and is used mainly for refrigeration of perishable foods (solid state), as a refrigerant (liquid state), for production of carbonated soft drinks (gaseous state), as a solvent for homogeneous reactions (supercritical state), and the like. With respect to its toxicity, studies have shown that: low concentrations of carbon dioxide are not toxic and high concentrations of carbon dioxide can poison animals.
At present, the preparation of carbonated beverages is divided into two modes of on-site preparation and off-site preparation, the latter is completely the preparation mode with the same concentration, and various types of people have no choice, while the former randomly configures the concentration of carbon dioxide completely according to the manual experience of on-site brewing personnel, and the different requirements of different types of people are not considered.

and the second analysis device is connected with the first analysis device and is used for executing compensation operation based on the exposure degree on the image blocks to be processed related to the target in the field video recording frame to obtain corresponding field processing blocks, and also used for not executing compensation operation based on the exposure degree on the image blocks to be processed not related to the target in the field video recording frame to take the image blocks to be processed not related to the target as the corresponding field processing blocks, wherein the image blocks to be processed related to the target in the field video recording frame are the image blocks to be processed which have intersection with a certain target area in the field video recording frame.
7. The custom carbonated beverage brewing platform of claim 6, wherein the platform further comprises:
and the content fusion equipment is respectively connected with the user identification equipment and the second analysis equipment and is used for executing splicing actions on each field processing block corresponding to each image block to be processed in the field video recording frame to obtain a corresponding field spliced image, executing normalization processing on each splicing position in the received field spliced image to obtain a content fusion image corresponding to the field video recording frame, and replacing the field video recording frame with the content fusion image to send the content fusion image to the user identification equipment.
8. The custom carbonated beverage brewing platform of claim 7, wherein the platform further comprises:
and the ZIGBEE communication equipment is connected with the content fusion equipment and used for receiving and wirelessly sending the content fusion image.
9. The custom carbonated beverage brewing platform of claim 8, wherein:
the compensation operation based on the exposure degree is executed on the image blocks to be processed related to the target in the field video frame, and comprises the following steps: the smaller the exposure, the larger the magnitude of the compensation operation performed;
wherein, in the dynamic selection device, the length-to-width size ratio of the correspondingly shaped segment is the same as the length-to-width size ratio of the live video frame.
10. A method of custom brewing carbonated beverages, said method comprising providing a custom carbonated beverage brewing platform according to any of claims 1-9 for selecting a corresponding volume of carbon dioxide gas based on current user preferences and releasing the corresponding volume of carbon dioxide gas into a soda brewing container through a bottom opening of the soda brewing container to achieve custom brewing of carbonated beverages.
