A fruit blended juice according to claim 3 wherein: the lower end face of the inner layer (2) is connected with the inside of the shell (1) through an easy-tearing adhesive tape (23), the easy-tearing adhesive tape (23) is made of natural gum, and when the straw (21) is not taken out from the space between the shell (1) and the inner layer (2), the lower end of the straw (21) is wound with the easy-tearing adhesive tape (23); connect inlayer (2) and shell (1) together through easily tearing adhesive tape (23), avoid inlayer (2) to drop from shell (1) to and easily tear adhesive tape (23) and twine at straw (21) lower extreme, make things convenient for inlayer (2) to break away from shell (1).

The fruit blended juice according to claim 6, wherein: a plurality of elastic sheets (13) are arranged on the inner side wall of the shell (1); when the elastic sheet (13) is in an initial state, the elastic sheet is tightly attached to the side wall of the shell (1); the shell (1) is further separated from the inner layer (2) through the elastic sheet (13).
