Abstract
The invention discloses a system and a method for acquiring and identifying incoming call information in real time, wherein the system comprises an incoming call detection module, an incoming call notification module, an incoming call information processing app and a telephone number information base; monitoring the incoming call number of the mobile phone by the mature prior art; after detecting an incoming call, the incoming call detection module transmits a telephone number to the incoming call notification module, and the incoming call notification module broadcasts an incoming call event by using an iBeacon technology; the incoming call information processing app runs in the smart phone system, the system registers and monitors the broadcast of the incoming call notification module, and the system wakes up the app after the incoming call notification module sends out the broadcast; and after the app is awakened and acquires the incoming call number, inquiring and displaying the relevant information. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the third-party application does not need to call the system private function, so that any app can acquire the incoming call number in real time on the premise of not violating the apple audit rule, and further, the functions of incoming call information display, automatic answering, refusing to hang up and the like are realized.

Background
Based on the concept of apple corporation in the aspect of privacy protection, in the iOS system, when a phone call comes in, a third-party application cannot be awakened in time and obtains an incoming call number. At present, famous applications such as Tencent mobile phone stewards, 360 mobile phone guards and the like are number identification and harassment interception realized by adopting the mechanism.
However, this mechanism has the following disadvantages:
1. there is an upper limit to the number of numbers imported into the mobile phone's local area, with the current upper limit being 200 thousands.
2. The number library needs to be downloaded to the local manually in advance, the space of the mobile phone is occupied, and the local number information of the mobile phone is not real-time relative to the server and the latest number information cannot be identified.

According to the scheme provided by the invention, the third-party application does not need to call a system private function and completely conforms to the auditing rule of the App Store, so that any App can acquire the incoming call number in real time on the premise of not violating the apple auditing rule, and further, the functions of incoming call information display, automatic answering, refusing to hang up and the like are realized.

In addition, when the incoming call notification module broadcasts, if the broadcast mode adopts the incoming call number mode, because the lengths of the major and minor parameters are only 16 bits, a single broadcast message cannot bear a complete telephone number, and the telephone number needs to be coded into a plurality of broadcast messages, the following is an optional coding method:
1. grouping and numbering the telephone number character strings, wherein every two characters form a group to obtain n groups of character strings with the numbers of 0-n-1;
