Abstract

The invention provides a bank account security processing method and a bank account security processing device, wherein the method comprises the following steps: receiving a bank account voice control instruction, and extracting voiceprint characteristic information in the bank account voice control instruction; matching the voiceprint characteristic information with prestored voiceprint characteristic sample information to confirm the identity of the user; matching the voiceprint characteristic information with voiceprint information of a preset account control instruction; and after the matching is successful, executing an account control instruction corresponding to the voiceprint characteristic information. Reference is first made to fig. 1, which illustrates an application scenario in which embodiments of the present invention may be implemented. The scenario shown in fig. 1 includes a terminal 100 and a server 200. The terminal 100 may be an ATM, a mobile terminal capable of logging in an electronic bank, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a personal digital assistant, etc., or a desktop computer capable of logging in an internet bank, and the server 200 may be a bank background server. The terminal 100 and the server 200 may be connected to each other by communication via the mobile internet, for example.

The higher the security required by the user, the higher the threshold should be set, where the more stringent the acceptance conditions are, i.e. the lower the FAR, but the higher the FRR.
Taking the ATM from the user to the bank as an example, when the user is in danger, the user can speak the voice control instruction of the bank account to terminate the transaction. After the bank background server receives the instruction, the voice print model library of the user is used for judging that the term 'transaction termination' is said by the user, and then the corresponding operation and control of the current transaction of the termination account are executed.
According to the bank account security processing method, the user information is confirmed by using the voiceprint recognition technology, the account security operation is executed through voiceprint matching, and under the emergency condition that the account security is threatened, the account security can be guaranteed without manually carrying out system operation. Besides Arabic numerals, the user can also input the voiceprints of English letters, Chinese characters and the like to confirm the identity. With the learning of the voiceprint model library, the bank background server can randomly generate the identification code.
When the ATM, the mobile terminal, the PC terminal and other equipment collect the bank account voice control instruction, multiple words spoken within 0.3 second can be used as a bank account voice control instruction according to the speaking habit of human beings, but the content of the whole piece of voice control instruction is not more than five seconds, so that the bank background server can process the bank account voice control instruction in time. the voiceprint matching module is used for matching the voiceprint characteristic information with voiceprint information of a preset account control instruction;
and the operation execution module is used for executing the account control instruction corresponding to the voiceprint characteristic information after the matching is successful.
11. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any of claims 1 to 9 when executing the computer program.
