Abstract

The invention relates to a warehouse management system, in particular to an intelligent warehouse management system, which comprises a warehousing unit, an in-warehouse operation unit and an out-warehouse unit, wherein the warehousing unit is used for receiving warehousing instructions issued by an upstream system and counting arriving cargos, the in-warehouse operation unit is used for shelving the cargos and updating the warehouse position state, the out-warehouse unit is used for receiving ex-warehouse instructions of a downstream system and picking the cargos, the warehousing unit comprises a data acquisition mobile terminal for acquiring relevant data of the arriving cargos, a data generation module for counting the quantity of the arriving cargos according to the acquired data of the data acquisition mobile terminal and generating a receipt, a printing device is used for generating the receipt by a printing data generation module and containing the warehousing instructions to the receipt, and an inventory data updating module is used for updating inventory data according to the receipt generated by the data generation module; the technical scheme provided by the invention can effectively overcome the defect of incomplete goods management in the prior art.

Background
The warehouse is composed of a storehouse for storing goods, transportation and transmission facilities (such as cranes, elevators, slides and the like), conveying equipment for entering and exiting the storehouse, fire-fighting facilities, management rooms and the like. The shelf automated stereoscopic warehouse is called a stereoscopic warehouse for short, and generally refers to a warehouse which stores goods by shelf units with the height of several layers, more than ten layers or even dozens of layers and performs warehousing and ex-warehouse operation by using corresponding material handling equipment. Such warehouses are often referred to visually as "stereoscopic warehouses" because they take full advantage of space to store the goods. The automatic stereoscopic warehouse is also called as automatic stereoscopic warehouse, and a new concept appeared in logistics warehouse, realizes high-level rationalization, automatic access and simple and convenient operation of the warehouse by using stereoscopic warehouse equipment, and is a form with higher technical level at present.
However, the existing warehouse management system is not comprehensive enough for goods management, and can not track from warehousing to ex-warehouse.

the delivery unit comprises a delivery task creating module for creating delivery tasks, a delivery rule selecting module for a delivery owner to select delivery rules, and a picking delivery module for picking according to the delivery rules selected by the delivery rule selecting module.

3. the upstream system and the downstream system are used as instruction issuing parties, the data acquisition mobile terminal is used as a task executing party, the instruction issuing parties and the data acquisition mobile terminal are not interfered with each other, the division of labor is clear, the dependency relationship exists, the logic association is compact, the data are strict, and a decision maker and an executor can be separated;
4. the data acquisition mobile terminal can complete the operations of warehousing, shelving, picking and rechecking only by scanning the bar code for checking;
5. the mobile terminal state monitoring module monitors the state of the data acquisition mobile terminal, a GPS module is arranged in the data acquisition mobile terminal, and the GPS module sends position information to the mobile terminal state monitoring module through the wireless communication module, so that the data acquisition mobile terminal is effectively prevented from being lost;
6. the system supports a multi-owner multi-warehouse mode, each operator in the system has different owners and warehouse authorities, and the split management of the multi-owner multi-warehouse mode can meet the management modes of different owners and the management characteristics of different products.

The warehousing unit comprises a data acquisition mobile terminal for acquiring relevant data of arrived cargos, a data generation module for counting the quantity of the arrived cargos according to the acquisition data of the data acquisition mobile terminal and generating a receipt, a printing device for generating the receipt by the printing data generation module and including warehousing instructions into the receipt, and an inventory data updating module for updating inventory data according to the receipt generated by the data generation module.
The warehouse operation unit comprises a warehouse task creating module used for creating warehouse tasks, a warehouse position state judging module used for judging the state of each warehouse position, a warehouse position selecting module used for selecting the corresponding warehouse position to be put on the shelf according to the judging result of the warehouse position state judging module and the goods arriving, and a warehouse position state updating module used for updating the warehouse position state of the warehouse position on the shelf according to the selecting result of the warehouse position selecting module.
The delivery unit comprises a delivery task creating module for creating delivery tasks, a delivery rule selecting module for a delivery owner to select delivery rules, and a picking delivery module for picking according to the delivery rules selected by the delivery rule selecting module.
The data acquisition mobile terminal comprises a PDA handheld terminal, an RFID reader-writer, a two-dimensional code scanning module and a GPS module are arranged in the PDA handheld terminal, the GPS module sends position information to the mobile terminal state monitoring module through a wireless communication module, and the mobile terminal state monitoring module monitors the state of the data acquisition mobile terminal, so that the data acquisition mobile terminal is effectively prevented from being lost.
