The device also comprises a PLC (programmable logic controller) 7, wherein the PLC 7 is respectively and electrically connected with the first electric exhaust fan 2, the first sliding electric cylinder 3, the first electric overturning part 51, the second electric overturning part 4, the third electric overturning part 61 and the first pressing part 6, so that each electric accessory of the device can be controlled through the PLC 7, and a user can more conveniently and accurately control the device.
The method is mainly used for detecting the mutual adhesion degree of the tipping paper after the tipping paper is coated with the corresponding printing ink, and further detecting the printing ink of the tipping paper which can be easily adversely affected due to the overlarge adhesion degree in the production, transportation, packaging, processing and use of the tipping paper; the standard of the maximum wind power of the first electric blower 2 is set by the inspector according to the actual conditions, such as the environmental temperature. When the detection result is greater than the highest preset standard, the ink is not suitable for printing the tipping paper under the specified environment.
As shown in fig. 1 or 2, a first sliding electric cylinder 3 is disposed at a position close to a first electric suction fan 2 of the first stationary base 1, the first sliding electric cylinder 3 includes a first electric cylinder 32 and a second electric slide rail 31 for allowing the first electric cylinder 32 to slide, and the first electric suction fan 2 is fixedly connected to the first electric cylinder 32, and can be further driven by the first electric cylinder 32 to be far away from or close to the first working tank 12. When measuring the adhesion degree of the ink to be measured through first electric exhaust fan 2, PLC controller 7 can control first electric cylinder body 32 to drive first electric exhaust fan 2 to move to the assigned position.
In the invention, the first electric exhaust fan 2 comprises a first adjustable motor 21, a first fixed rod 23 fixedly connected with the first electric cylinder 32, and a first hard air guide pipe 22 arranged at the end close to the first working groove 12, wherein the first adjustable motor 21 is used for driving the first electric exhaust fan 2, one end of the first hard air guide pipe 22 is provided with a first suction head 24, and then the tipping paper to be detected can be pulled by wind power. The wind power of the first adjustable motor 21 is quantitatively controlled by the PLC 7, a sealing ring 241 is sleeved on the outer side of the first suction head 24, and the sealing ring 241 is a rubber ring, so that the air tightness of the first suction head can be ensured; the PLC controller 7 can be pulled away from the first sliding adhesive piece 5 by wind power through adjusting the wind power of the first adjustable motor 21 to the tipping paper to be detected, and the PLC controller 7 can be matched with an external storage device to record each adjusted wind power.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, one end of the first sliding adhesive piece 5 is provided with a first electric turnover piece 51, the first sliding adhesive piece 5 is connected with a first clamping plate 52 which can be turned over through the first electric turnover piece 51, a first adhesive plate 53 is arranged above the first sliding adhesive piece 5, and the first adhesive plate 53 is coated with ink and can be used for adhering tipping paper; the first electric turnover part 51 can drive the first clamping plate 52 to turn over to abut against the first adhesive plate 53, and further can cooperate with the first sliding adhesive part 5 to fix the first adhesive plate 53. In the embodiment of the present invention, the first fastening plate 52 and the first power turnover part 51 are mainly provided for facilitating the replacement of the first adhesive plate 53 by the inspector. The tipping paper ink is attached to the first adhesive sheet 53 by digital printing, electroplating, or the like.
In order to facilitate replacement of the first adhesive plate 53 and the first sliding adhesive piece 5, except for arranging a first electric slide rail 11 for the first sliding adhesive piece 5 to slide into or out of the first working groove 12, a second electric turnover piece 4 is arranged at an outlet end of the first fixing base 1 close to the bottom of the first working groove 12, a first stop plate 41 is connected to the second electric turnover piece 4, and when the first adhesive plate 53 needs to be replaced or the first sliding adhesive piece 5 needs to be maintained, the second electric turnover piece 4 can turn over the first stop plate 41 to the first sliding adhesive piece 5 and can slide out of the first working groove 12 along the first electric slide rail 11; after the first sliding adhesive piece 5 completely slides into the first working groove 12 along the first electric slide rail 11, the second electric turnover piece 4 can turn over the first stop plate 41 to cover the outlet end of the bottom of the first working groove 12.
