Depth measuring ruler
Technical Field
The invention relates to a liquid level measuring device, in particular to a depth measuring ruler.
Background
At present, a measuring tape is generally adopted for measuring the liquid level height of an oil tank or an oil tank in the fields of ships and other industries, when the measuring tape is used, the measuring tape is stretched into the bottom of the oil tank to be measured and then taken out, and the oil level height is determined by utilizing traces of oil left on the measuring tape. The measuring method has the disadvantages that the oil is transparent, the light reflection condition after the oil is attached to the surface of the measuring tape is very close to that of the measuring tape which is not stained with the oil, so that whether the oil stain exists on the measuring tape or not needs to be searched little by little under the condition that the approximate height of the measured oil level is unknown, and the quick reading is difficult. In practice, it is often necessary to repeat the measurement several times to finally confirm the oil level height.

The invention aims to provide a depth measuring ruler which is convenient and accurate in reading and improves the liquid level measuring efficiency.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a depth measuring ruler which comprises a measuring tape, wherein scales and a plurality of holes are arranged on the measuring tape, and the plurality of holes are uniformly distributed in the scale range of the measuring tape.
The depth measuring ruler further comprises a handle, a bracket, a crank and a heavy hammer; the handle is connected with the bracket; the crank is rotatably connected with the bracket; the measuring tape is wound on the crank, and one end of the measuring tape is fixedly connected with the crank; the weight is fixed at the other end of the measuring tape.
The depth gauge is characterized in that the diameter of the hole is 4-6 mm, and the center distance between the holes is 8-12 mm.
In the depth gauge, a connection point between the weight and the tape measure is the center of the upper end surface of the weight; and in the process of ascending or descending of the heavy hammer, the lower end surface of the heavy hammer is kept horizontal, and the horizontal surface is the zero position of the scale of the measuring tape.
In the depth gauge, the lower end surface of the weight is provided with the permanent magnet.
The depth gauge is characterized in that the support is of a frame structure, the crank penetrates through two opposite side faces of the frame structure and is rotatably connected with the two opposite side faces, and the tape measure is located in the frame structure.
The above depth gauge, wherein, the crank can rotate 360 degrees around the center.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial technical effects that:
according to the depth measuring ruler, the holes are formed in the measuring tape, an oil film in each hole is not easy to break, color spectrum appears under the action of light, the approximate height of the liquid level can be quickly and conveniently found, the accurate height of the liquid level is found between the two holes, reading is convenient, and efficiency is high;
according to the depth measuring tape, the weight is arranged at one end of the tape measure, and the permanent magnet is arranged on the lower end face of the weight, so that the tape measure can be conveniently and accurately positioned, and the measuring precision is improved;
according to the depth measuring ruler, the measuring efficiency can be improved through the design of the aperture and the hole spacing;
the depth measuring tape provided by the invention has the advantages that the measuring tape is rotated by the crank, and the measuring tape is pulled out by the heavy hammer, so that the operation is convenient.
Drawings
The depth gauge of the present invention is provided by the following examples and accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a depth gauge according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the roll of tape measure in the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The depth gauge of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to fig. 1 to 2.
FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view of a depth gauge according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the roll of tape measure of the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the depth gauge of the present embodiment includes a handle 1, a bracket 2, a crank 3, a tape measure 4, and a weight 5;
the handle 1 is connected with the bracket 2, and the handle 1 is arranged at one end of the bracket 2;
the crank 3 is rotatably connected with the bracket 2, and the crank 3 can rotate 360 degrees around the center of the crank;
the measuring tape 4 is wound on the crank 3, and one end of the measuring tape 4 is fixedly connected with the crank 3; scales for measuring the length dimension are marked on the tape measure 4, a plurality of small holes 6 are formed in the tape measure 4, and the small holes 6 are uniformly distributed in the scale range of the tape measure 4, as shown in fig. 2;
the weight 5 is fixed to the other end of the tape 4, and the tape 4 can be drawn out by the weight of the weight 5.
The depth measuring ruler can be held by the handle 1; the tape measure 4 can be conveniently pulled out or retracted by rotating the crank 3.
As shown in FIG. 2, preferably, the diameter of the small hole 6 is 4mm to 6mm, and the center-to-center distance between the holes is 8mm to 12 mm.
Preferably, the connection point of the weight 5 and the tape measure 4 is the center of the upper end surface of the weight 5; a permanent magnet 51 is arranged on the lower end surface of the weight 5, namely, the permanent magnet 51 is arranged on the lower end surface of the weight 5; in the process of ascending or descending, the lower end surface of the heavy hammer 5 is kept horizontal, and the horizontal plane is the zero position of the scale of the measuring tape 4; the permanent magnet 51 is thin and the thickness thereof is negligible, or the permanent magnet 51 is embedded in the lower end surface of the weight 5, and the lower end surface of the permanent magnet 51 is flush with the lower end surface of the weight 5.
Preferably, the support 2 is a frame structure, the crank 3 passes through two opposite sides of the frame structure and is rotatably connected with the two opposite sides, and the measuring tape 4 is wound on the crank 3 and is positioned in the frame structure; the holder 2 supports the crank 3 and thus the tape measure 4.
The working process of the depth gauge of the embodiment is as follows: when the depth gauge of the embodiment is used for measuring the liquid level of a certain oil tank, the handle 1 is held by hand to fix the bracket 2 at a certain position above the oil tank to be measured, and at the moment, the heavy hammer 5 is restrained and is in a non-free falling state; removing the constraint on the heavy hammer 5, pulling out the tape measure 4 by the heavy hammer 5 according to the weight of the heavy hammer, naturally enabling the heavy hammer 5 to enter the oil tank to be detected, and adsorbing the permanent magnet 51 on the lower end surface of the heavy hammer 5 to the bottom of the oil tank to be detected when the heavy hammer 5 falls on the bottom of the oil tank; the handle 1 is held to lift the depth measuring tape upwards slightly, and the tape measure 4 is in place when the suction force is sensed; at the moment, the measuring tape 4 can be slowly retracted through the crank 3; because a part of the measuring tape 4 is immersed in oil, a thin oil film is formed on the surface of the part, the oil film in the small hole 6 on the measuring tape 4 below the liquid level cannot break when the measuring tape 4 is pulled up due to the action of surface tension, and the oil film in the small hole 6 can generate a colored spectrum under the action of external light, therefore, the small holes 6 on the measuring tape 4 which are gradually retracted are directly observed, whether the colored spectrum exists in the small holes 6 is observed, the position of the first small hole with the colored spectrum can be used as the reference depth of the measured liquid level, the actual liquid level is determined to be between the small hole and the small hole above the small hole, and at the moment, the accurate position of the oil stain on the measuring tape 4 can be read by slightly filling. If the requirement on the liquid level measurement precision is not high in a certain occasion (for example, when the oil depth of a measurement cabin bottom on a ship is measured, the precision is usually only decimeter), the height of the first small hole with the color spectrum can be directly used as the liquid level height, and the measurement precision is the center distance between the holes, namely 8 mm-12 mm.
