Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a butterfly valve capable of locking a valve plate and achieving better sealing in order to solve the problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a butterfly valve capable of locking a valve plate comprises a valve body, the valve plate and a valve rod, wherein the valve plate is arranged in the valve body, the valve rod is used for driving the valve plate to rotate, a valve rod through hole is formed in the valve body, the upper end of the valve rod penetrates through the valve rod through hole, the lower end of the valve rod is located in a cavity in the valve body and is fixed with the valve plate, a valve plate limiting block capable of moving up and down is arranged in the valve rod through hole, and the valve rod through hole is sequentially divided into a valve rod; the valve plate limiting block is sequentially divided into a limiting block sealing section and a limiting block limiting section from top to bottom; the limiting block sealing section is positioned in the limiting block sealing hole and is in sliding sealing fit with the limiting block sealing hole; the limiting section of the limiting block is positioned in the limiting block accommodating hole, and the lower end of the limiting section can extend out of the limiting block accommodating hole; a valve rod through hole for a valve rod to pass through is formed in the upper bottom surface and the lower bottom surface of the valve plate limiting block in a penetrating mode; the bottom of the valve plate limiting block is provided with a rotation stopping notch which is used for being jointed and clamped with the valve plate; and a limit block driving mechanism for driving the valve plate limit block to move up and down is arranged between the valve body and the valve plate limit block.
Preferably, the limiting block driving mechanism comprises two driving rods fixed with the valve plate limiting block and two driving rod through holes formed in the valve body, the driving rods correspond to the driving rod through holes one to one, the lower ends of the driving rods are fixed with the valve plate limiting block, the upper ends of the driving rods penetrate through the driving rod through holes and extend out of the valve body, and the driving rods are in sliding sealing fit with the driving rod through holes.
Preferably, the upper end of the drive rod is driven by a cylinder.
Preferably, the limiting block sealing section of the valve plate limiting block is cylindrical, a plurality of O-shaped sealing rings are sleeved on the limiting block sealing section, the O-shaped sealing rings are fixed with the limiting block sealing section in a sealing mode, and the O-shaped sealing rings are matched with the limiting block sealing holes in a sliding sealing mode.
Preferably, the bottom surface of the valve plate limiting block is an arc surface with the same radian as the inner hole wall of the valve body.

the air outlet side of the valve plate is provided with an air pressure increasing mechanism, the air pressure increasing mechanism comprises a small arc-shaped air cylinder, a large arc-shaped air cylinder, a rotating shaft and a rotating rod, the rotating shaft is positioned on the valve plate and can rotate, the rotating rod is positioned on the rotating shaft and can rotate along with the rotating shaft, the small arc-shaped air cylinder and the large arc-shaped air cylinder are sequentially arranged outwards by taking the rotating shaft as a center, and the circle center of the small arc-shaped air cylinder and the circle center of the large arc-shaped air cylinder are both positioned on the central axis of the rotating shaft; a piston a and a small arc-shaped piston rod connected with the piston a are arranged in the small arc-shaped cylinder, a piston b and a large arc-shaped piston rod connected with the piston b are arranged in the large arc-shaped cylinder, the small arc-shaped piston rod and the large arc-shaped piston rod are arranged in a reverse direction and extend out of the opposite end of the corresponding cylinder body, and the other ends of the small arc-shaped piston rod and the large arc-shaped piston rod are respectively fixed with the two ends of the rotating rod;
one end of the large arc-shaped cylinder, which does not extend out of the large arc-shaped piston rod, is communicated with the sealing ring inflation hole through an air passage c;
and one end of the small arc-shaped cylinder, which does not extend out of the small arc-shaped piston rod, is communicated with the inflatable sealing ring through an air passage d.
Therefore, the invention has the following beneficial effects: 1. the valve plate limiting block is arranged, when the butterfly valve is closed, the valve plate can be locked by descending the valve plate limiting block, the valve plate is prevented from being damaged and turned over, the shearing stress on the valve rod is shared, and the valve rod protecting function is achieved; 2. the structure of the inflatable sealing ring is arranged, an external inflating mechanism is not needed, the automation degree is high, and the defect of poor sealing performance of the butterfly valve is overcome; 3. the air pressure increasing mechanism is arranged, so that the air pressure in the inflatable sealing ring is greater than the air pressure of the transmission medium, and the sealing performance of the butterfly valve is further improved.

Example one
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the butterfly valve capable of locking valve plate of this embodiment, including valve body 1, locate valve plate 2 in the valve body 1 and be used for driving the rotatory valve rod 3 of valve plate 2, be equipped with valve rod through hole 4 on the valve body 1, valve rod through hole 4 is passed to valve rod 3 upper end, and the lower extreme is located the valve body 1 intracavity and is fixed with valve plate 2, be equipped with a valve plate stopper 5 that can make and reciprocate in the valve rod through hole 4, the same cambered surface of valve plate stopper 5 bottom surface with 1 interior pore wall radian of valve body. The valve rod through hole 4 is sequentially divided into a valve rod sealing hole 401, a limiting block sealing hole 402 and a limiting block accommodating hole 403 from top to bottom; the valve plate limiting block 5 is sequentially divided into a limiting block sealing section 501 and a limiting block limiting section 502 from top to bottom; the stopper seals the section 501 and is located stopper sealed hole 402 and with stopper sealed hole 402 sliding seal cooperation, and concrete structure is: the stopper sealing section 501 is cylindrical, a plurality of O-shaped sealing rings 505 are sleeved on the stopper sealing section 501, the O-shaped sealing rings 505 are fixed with the stopper sealing section 501 in a sealing mode, and the O-shaped sealing rings are matched with the stopper sealing holes 402 in a sliding and sealing mode. The stopper limiting section 502 is located in the stopper receiving hole 403 and has a lower end extending out of the stopper receiving hole 403. Valve plate stopper 5 is last to run through about the bottom surface be equipped with be used for valve rod 3 to pass through valve rod through-hole 503, valve rod 3 passes valve rod through-hole 503 and sets up. And a limit block driving mechanism 6 for driving the valve plate limit block 5 to move up and down is arranged between the valve body 1 and the valve plate limit block 5.
The limiting block driving mechanism 6 comprises two driving rods 601 fixed with the valve plate limiting block 5 and two driving rod through holes 602 arranged on the valve body 1, the two driving rods 601 are respectively positioned at two sides of the valve plate limiting block 5, the driving rods 601 are in one-to-one correspondence with the driving rod through holes 602, the lower ends of the driving rods 601 are fixed with the valve plate limiting block 5, the upper ends of the driving rods penetrate through the driving rod through holes 602 and extend out of the valve body 1, and the driving rods 601 and the driving rod through holes 602 are in. The upper end of the driving rod 601 is driven by an air cylinder.
When the butterfly valve needs to be closed, the valve rod 3 is rotated to further turn over the valve plate 2, so that the valve plate 2 seals the inner cavity of the valve body 1; then, the air cylinder pushes the driving rod 601 to move downwards, and further pushes the valve plate limiting block 5 to move downwards, so that the side wall of the rotation stopping notch 504 at the bottom of the valve plate limiting block 5 is in fit clamping connection with the upper portion of the valve plate 2, as shown in fig. 7, the valve plate limiting block 5 can lock the valve plate 2 to prevent the valve plate from being damaged and turned over, the shear stress applied to the valve rod 3 is also shared, and the valve rod 3 protection function is achieved.
Example two
Referring to fig. 9 to 13, the present embodiment further has the following structure on the basis of the first embodiment:
and a sealing ring limiting groove is formed in the circumferential outer wall of the valve plate 2, and an inflatable sealing ring 201 is arranged in the sealing ring limiting groove.
The valve rod 3 is positioned on the air inlet side of the valve plate 2, the valve rod 3 comprises an outer pipe 301 and an inner shaft 302, the inner shaft 302 is arranged in the outer pipe 301, and the outer wall of the inner shaft 302 is in rotary sealing fit with the inner wall of the outer pipe 301.
A high-pressure air inlet 303, a low-pressure air inlet 304 and a sealing ring inflating hole 305 are formed in the outer pipe 301; the inner shaft 302 is provided with a high-pressure interface 306, a low-pressure interface 307 and an inflation interface 308, and the high-pressure interface 306, the low-pressure interface 307 and the inflation interface 308 are communicated with each other through an air passage a8 in the inner shaft 302.
By rotating the inner shaft 302, when the high pressure docking port 306 is in docking communication with the high pressure air inlet 303, the low pressure docking port 307 is staggered from and plugged to the low pressure air inlet 304, and the inflation docking port 308 is in docking communication with the sealing ring inflation hole 305, that is, the high pressure air inlet 303 is in communication with the sealing ring inflation hole 305, as shown in fig. 10.
By rotating the inner shaft 302, when the low pressure docking port 307 is in docking communication with the low pressure intake hole 304, the high pressure docking port 306 is staggered from the high pressure intake hole 303 and is blocked, and the inflation docking port 308 is in docking communication with the sealing ring inflation hole 305, that is, the low pressure docking port 307 is in communication with the sealing ring inflation hole 305, as shown in fig. 11.
The high pressure inlet holes 303 are located on the inlet side of the valve plate 2.
The low pressure intake hole 304 communicates to the air outlet side of the valve plate 2 through a gas passage b 9.
An air pressure increasing mechanism 7 is arranged on the air outlet side of the valve plate 2, the air pressure increasing mechanism 7 comprises a small arc-shaped air cylinder 701, a large arc-shaped air cylinder 702, a rotating shaft 703 and a rotating rod 704, the rotating shaft 703 is positioned on the valve plate 2 and can rotate, the rotating rod 704 is positioned on the rotating shaft 703 and can rotate along with the rotating shaft 703, the small arc-shaped air cylinder 701 and the large arc-shaped air cylinder 702 are sequentially arranged outwards by taking the rotating shaft 703 as the center, and the circle center of the small arc-shaped air cylinder 701 and the circle center of the large arc-shaped air cylinder 702 are both positioned on the central axis of the rotating shaft 703; a piston a705 and a small arc piston rod 706 connected with the piston a705 are arranged in the small arc cylinder 701, a piston b707 and a large arc piston rod 708 connected with the piston b707 are arranged in the large arc cylinder 702, the small arc piston rod 706 and the large arc piston rod 708 are arranged in opposite directions and extend out from the opposite end of the corresponding cylinder body, and the other ends of the small arc piston rod 706 and the large arc piston rod 708 are respectively fixed with the two ends of the rotating rod 704.
The end of the large arc cylinder 702 not extending out of the large arc piston rod 708 is communicated with the sealing ring inflating hole 305 through an air passage c 10.
One end of the small arc-shaped cylinder 701, which does not extend out of the small arc-shaped piston rod 706, is communicated with the inflating sealing ring 201 through an air passage d 11.
When the butterfly valve is in a closed state, the inner shaft 302 is rotated, so that the high-pressure butt joint port 306 is in butt joint communication with the high-pressure air inlet hole 303, the low-pressure butt joint port 307 is staggered with the low-pressure air inlet hole 304 and is blocked, and the inflation butt joint port 308 is in butt joint communication with the sealing ring inflation hole 305, namely the high-pressure air inlet hole 303 is communicated with the sealing ring inflation hole 305. At this time, the high-pressure gas on the inlet side of the valve plate 2 can sequentially enter the cavity at one end of the large arc cylinder 702, which does not extend out of the large arc piston rod 708, through the high-pressure air inlet hole 303, the high-pressure docking port 306, the air passage a8, the inflation docking port 308, the sealing ring inflation hole 305 and the air passage c10, so as to push the piston b707 to move, and because the center of the small arc cylinder 701 and the center of the large arc cylinder 702 are both located on the central axis of the rotating shaft 703, the moving tracks of the piston b707 and the piston a705 are both arc tracks with the rotating shaft 703 as the center. Piston b707 moves, and is driven by large arc piston rod 708 to push rotating rod 704 to rotate, and the other end of rotating rod 704 is driven by small arc piston rod 706 to push piston a705 to move. In the moving process of the piston a705, a cavity at one end of the small arc-shaped cylinder 701, which does not extend out of the small arc-shaped piston rod 706, is compressed, and the compressed cavity is communicated with the inflatable sealing ring 201 through the air passage d11, so that the inflatable sealing ring 201 is compressed and expanded to be attached to the inner wall of the cavity of the valve body 1 to realize sealing. Moreover, the air pressure increasing mechanism 7 utilizes the lever principle, when the piston b707 and the piston a705 reach a balance and do not move, because the small arc-shaped cylinder 701 is closer to the rotating shaft 703, the moment arm of the piston a705 is smaller than that of the piston b707, and the piston a705 bears larger force than the piston b707, under the condition that the diameters of the small arc-shaped cylinder 701 and the large arc-shaped cylinder 702 are the same, it can be further known that the air pressure in the cavity at the end, where the small arc-shaped cylinder 701 does not extend out of the small arc-shaped piston rod 706, of the small arc-shaped cylinder is larger than that in the cavity at the end, where the large arc-shaped cylinder 702 does not extend out of the large arc-shaped piston rod 708, that is, the air pressure in the inflatable sealing ring 201.
When the butterfly valve needs to be opened, the inner shaft 302 is rotated first, so that the low-pressure docking port 307 is in butt joint communication with the low-pressure air inlet 304, the high-pressure docking port 306 is staggered from the high-pressure air inlet 303 and is blocked, the inflation docking port 308 is in butt joint communication with the sealing ring inflation hole 305, and namely the low-pressure docking port 307 is communicated with the sealing ring inflation hole 305. At this time, the air pressure in the cavity at the end of the large arc cylinder 702 not extending out of the large arc piston rod 708 passes through the air passage c10, the sealing ring inflating hole 305, the inflating joint 308, the air passage a8, the low pressure joint 307, the low pressure air inlet 304 and the air passage b9 in sequence, and is finally discharged from the air outlet side of the valve plate 2. Meanwhile, the air pressure in the cavity at the end of the large arc-shaped cylinder 702, which does not extend out of the large arc-shaped piston rod 708, is reduced, the air pressure in the cavity at the end of the small arc-shaped cylinder 701, which does not extend out of the small arc-shaped piston rod 706, pushes the piston a705 to move in the reverse direction, and then the piston b707 is pushed to move in the reverse direction through the transmission of the small arc-shaped piston rod 706, the rotating rod 704 and the large arc-shaped piston rod. The piston a705 moves reversely, which means that the air pressure in the cavity at one end of the small arc cylinder 701, which does not extend out of the small arc piston rod 706, is also reduced, so that the inflatable sealing ring 201 is also reduced until the inflatable sealing ring is separated from the inner wall of the cavity of the valve body 1, and the sealing is released.

A high-pressure air inlet 303, a low-pressure air inlet 304 and a sealing ring inflating hole 305 are formed in the outer pipe 301; the inner shaft 302 is provided with a high-pressure interface 306, a low-pressure interface 307 and an inflation interface 308, and the high-pressure interface 306, the low-pressure interface 307 and the inflation interface 308 are communicated with each other through an air passage a8 in the inner shaft 302.
By rotating the inner shaft 302, when the high-pressure docking port 306 is in docking communication with the high-pressure air inlet 303, the low-pressure docking port 307 is staggered from the low-pressure air inlet 304 and is blocked, and the inflation docking port 308 is in docking communication with the sealing ring inflation hole 305, that is, the high-pressure air inlet 303 is in communication with the sealing ring inflation hole 305.
By rotating the inner shaft 302, when the low-pressure docking port 307 is in docking communication with the low-pressure air inlet 304, the high-pressure docking port 306 is staggered from the high-pressure air inlet 303 and is blocked, and the inflation docking port 308 is in docking communication with the sealing ring inflation hole 305, that is, the low-pressure docking port 307 is in communication with the sealing ring inflation hole 305.
The high pressure inlet holes 303 are located on the inlet side of the valve plate 2.
The low pressure intake hole 304 communicates to the air outlet side of the valve plate 2 through a gas passage b 9.
The side of giving vent to anger of valve plate 2 is equipped with a atmospheric pressure increase mechanism 7, atmospheric pressure increase mechanism 7 includes a little pressure cylinder 709, a big pressure cylinder 710, a branch 711 and a upset pole 712, little pressure cylinder 709 and big pressure cylinder 710 paste and establish the side of giving vent to anger and parallel arrangement at valve plate 2, the vertical location of branch 711 is in the side of giving vent to anger of valve plate 2, upset pole 712 articulates on branch 711, and the axis of rotation of upset pole 712 is perpendicular with the side of giving vent to anger of valve plate 2.
A piston c713 and a piston rod a714 connected with the piston c713 are arranged in the small pressure cylinder 709, the piston c713 is in sliding sealing fit with the inner wall of the small pressure cylinder 709, one end of the piston rod a714 is fixed with the piston c713, the other end of the piston rod a715 is provided with a sliding shaft a715, and the turnover rod 712 is provided with a sliding way a716 in sliding fit with the sliding shaft a 715.
A piston d717 and a piston rod b718 connected with the piston d717 are arranged in the large pressure cylinder 710, the piston d717 is in sliding sealing fit with the inner wall of the large pressure cylinder 710, one end of the piston rod b718 is fixed with the piston d717, the other end of the piston rod b719 is arranged, and a slide way b720 in sliding fit with the slide shaft b719 is arranged on the overturning rod 712.
The spacing between strut 711 and piston rod a714 is greater than the spacing between strut 711 and piston rod b 718.
One end of the high-pressure cylinder 710, which does not extend out of the piston rod b718, is communicated with the inflatable sealing ring 201 through a gas passage d 11;
the end of the small pressure cylinder 709 not extending out of the piston rod a714 is communicated with the sealing ring charging hole 305 through a gas passage c 10.
The large pressure cylinder 710 and the small pressure cylinder 709 have the same diameter.
When the butterfly valve is in a closed state, the inner shaft 302 is rotated, so that the high-pressure butt joint port 306 is in butt joint communication with the high-pressure air inlet hole 303, the low-pressure butt joint port 307 is staggered with the low-pressure air inlet hole 304 and is blocked, and the inflation butt joint port 308 is in butt joint communication with the sealing ring inflation hole 305, namely the high-pressure air inlet hole 303 is communicated with the sealing ring inflation hole 305. At this time, high-pressure gas on the air inlet side of the valve plate 2 can enter the cavity at one end of the small pressure cylinder 709, which does not extend out of the piston rod a714, through the high-pressure air inlet hole 303, the high-pressure docking port 306, the air passage a8, the inflation docking port 308, the sealing ring inflation hole 305 and the air passage c10 in sequence, the increase of air pressure in the cavity of the small pressure cylinder 709 can push the piston c713 to move upwards, so as to drive the piston rod a714 to move upwards, in the process of moving the piston rod a714 upwards, the sliding shaft a715 on the piston rod a714 can slide in the sliding way a716 on the trip rod 712, and at the same time, the one end of the trip rod 712 is lifted, the trip rod 712. The other end of the turnover rod 712 descends, the sliding shaft b719 on the piston rod b718 slides in the sliding way b720 on the turnover rod 712, the piston rod b718 is pressed downwards, the piston d717 is pushed downwards, the piston d717 moves to extrude the cavity in the high-pressure cylinder 710, the air pressure in the high-pressure cylinder 710 rises, and the air enters the inflatable sealing ring 201 through the air passage d11, so that the inflatable sealing ring 201 inflates and expands to be attached to the inner wall of the cavity of the valve body 1 to realize sealing. Moreover, the principle of lever amplification is used here, because the distance between the supporting rod 711 and the piston rod a714 is greater than the distance between the supporting rod 711 and the piston rod b718, the moment arm of the piston rod a714 is greater than the moment arm of the piston rod b718, when the piston c713 and the piston d717 reach equilibrium, and under the condition that the cylinder diameters of the small pressure cylinder 709 and the large pressure cylinder 710 are the same, the force applied to the piston c713 is less than the force applied to the piston d717, that is, the air pressure value in the large pressure cylinder 710 is greater than the air pressure value in the small pressure cylinder 709, and the air pressure in the inflatable sealing ring 201 is greater than the air pressure on the air inlet side of the valve plate 2, so that better sealing can be realized.
When the butterfly valve needs to be opened, the inner shaft 302 is rotated first, so that the low-pressure docking port 307 is in butt joint communication with the low-pressure air inlet 304, the high-pressure docking port 306 is staggered from the high-pressure air inlet 303 and is blocked, the inflation docking port 308 is in butt joint communication with the sealing ring inflation hole 305, and namely the low-pressure docking port 307 is communicated with the sealing ring inflation hole 305. At this time, the air pressure in the cavity at the end of the small pressure cylinder 709 that does not extend out of the piston rod a714 passes through the air passage c10, the sealing ring inflating hole 305, the inflating joint port 308, the air passage a8, the low pressure joint port 307, the low pressure air inlet hole 304 and the air passage b9 in sequence, and is finally discharged from the air outlet side of the valve plate 2. Meanwhile, the air pressure in the cavity at the end of the small pressure cylinder 709 which does not extend out of the piston rod a714 is reduced, and the air pressure in the cavity at the end of the large pressure cylinder 710 which does not extend out of the piston rod b718 pushes the piston d717 to move reversely, and then the piston c713 is pushed to move reversely through the transmission of the supporting rod 711. The piston d717 moves reversely, which means that the air pressure in the cavity at the end of the high-pressure cylinder 710 not extending out of the piston rod b718 also decreases, so that the inflatable sealing ring 201 also shrinks until the inflatable sealing ring is separated from the inner wall of the cavity of the valve body 1, and the sealing is released.
