Abstract
The invention relates to a reversing valve group for an open type vibration system of a road roller, wherein a two-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve, an adjustable overflow valve, a sequence valve, a first check valve, a second check valve and an electromagnetic reversing two-position stop valve are arranged in a valve block; the valve block is provided with P, T, A, B four ports, wherein the port P is connected with a pump oil pressure port, the port T is connected with an oil tank, and the port A and the port B are respectively connected with a working oil port of the gear motor; the port A1 of the four-way electromagnetic directional valve is connected with the port A, the port B1 is connected with the port B, the port P1 is connected with the port P, and the port T1 is connected with the port T; the first one-way valve is connected with the port A, the second one-way valve is connected with the port B, the first one-way valve and the second one-way valve are connected and connected with the port P2 of the sequence valve, and the port T2 of the sequence 4 is connected with the port T; and a port P2 of the sequence valve is also connected with an electromagnetic reversing two-position stop valve, and the electromagnetic reversing two-position stop valve is connected with a port T. The invention switches the flowing direction of oil liquid by switching the power loss of the reversing valve group, and changes the rotating direction of the motor.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an open type vibration reversing valve of a road roller, in particular to a reversing valve group for an open type vibration system of the road roller, which is mainly used in road surface mechanical equipment.
Background
In the current road surface machinery industry, for small-sized vibratory rollers or special vibratory rollers, an open gear pump motor is generally adopted in a vibration system, the cost is low, the maintenance is simple, but the rotation direction of the gear motor cannot be changed due to the common gear pump motor, so that the free switching of large vibration/small vibration/stop vibration like a closed system is achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and provides a reversing valve group for an open type vibration system of a road roller, which meets all functions of the original conventional vibration valve, realizes whether a motor rotates or not and drives a vibration wheel to vibrate; meanwhile, the electricity can be lost through the reversing valve group, the flowing direction of the oil liquid is switched, and the rotating direction of the motor is changed, so that the other working mode of the vibrating wheel is realized.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:
a road roller open type vibration system uses the reversing valve group, there are two-position four-way electromagnetic change-over valves, adjustable overflow valves, sequence valves, first check valves, second check valves and electromagnetic change-over two-position stop valves in the valve block; the valve block is provided with P, T, A, B four ports, wherein the P port is connected with a pump oil pressure port, the T port is connected with an oil tank, and the A port and the B port are respectively connected with a working oil port of the gear motor;
the port A1 of the four-way electromagnetic directional valve is connected with the port A, the port B1 is connected with the port B, the port P1 is connected with the port P, and the port T1 is connected with the port T; the first one-way valve is connected with the port A, the second one-way valve is connected with the port B, the first one-way valve and the second one-way valve are connected and connected with a port P2 of the sequence valve, and a port T2 of the sequence 4 is connected with the port T;
the P2 port of the sequence valve is also connected with the P3 port of an adjustable overflow valve, and the T3 port of the adjustable overflow valve is connected with the T port; and a P2 port of the sequence valve is also connected with an electromagnetic reversing two-position stop valve, and the electromagnetic reversing two-position stop valve is connected with a T port.
A reversing valve group for an open vibration system of a road roller is characterized in that one direction of an electromagnetic reversing double-position stop valve is provided with an adjustable throttling hole.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the starting and stopping of the gear motor are independently controlled by the stop valve, the starting time is fastest within the range of element capacity, and the stopping time can be automatically adjusted according to requirements.
2. The invention changes the rotation direction of the motor in the open system by controlling the electromagnetic valve to lose power.
3. The flow direction of the invention is controlled by the reversing valve independently, meanwhile, because the reversing valve is not directly reversed under the loading condition, the reversing valve can directly select an electric signal to control the direct-acting reversing valve, complex precise oil ways and valve groups such as pilot pressure and the like are not needed, and the scheme is simplified.
4. The motor of the invention has pressure protection of the overflow valves when rotating in two directions, and the overflow valve is shared, thus the setting is convenient and the cost is lower.
5. The main oil way overflow pressure is set by the two-stage small-flow overflow valve, so that the cost is low and the volume is small.
6. The vibration system used by the invention has the advantages of rapid vibration starting and proper time adjustment of vibration stopping time through the stop valve.

As shown in the figure, the reversing valve group for the open type vibration system of the road roller is provided with a two-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve 2, an adjustable overflow valve 3, a sequence valve 4, a first check valve 5.1, a second check valve 5.2 and an electromagnetic reversing two-position stop valve 6; and the valve block is provided with P, T, A, B four ports, wherein the P port is connected with a pump oil pressure port, the T port is connected with an oil tank, and the A port and the B port are respectively connected with a working oil port of the gear motor.
An A1 port (a first oil outlet) of the four-way electromagnetic reversing valve 2 is connected with the A port, a B1 port (a second oil outlet) is connected with the B port, a P1 port (an oil inlet) is connected with the P port, and a T1 port (an oil return port) is connected with the T port;
the first one-way valve 5.1 is connected with the port A, the second one-way valve 5.2 is connected with the port B, the first one-way valve 5.1 and the second one-way valve 5.2 are connected and are connected with a P2 port (oil inlet) of the sequence valve 4, and a T2 port (oil return port) of the sequence valve 4 is connected with the T port;
a P2 port (oil inlet) of the sequence valve 4 is also connected with a P3 port (oil inlet) of the adjustable overflow valve 3, and a T3 port (oil return port) of the adjustable overflow valve 3 is connected with the T port; the port P2 (oil inlet) of the sequence valve 4 is also connected with an electromagnetic reversing two-position stop valve 6, and the electromagnetic reversing two-position stop valve 6 is connected with the port T.
One direction of the electromagnetic two-position stop valve 6 is provided with an adjustable throttling hole.
The working principle is as follows:
when the gear motor is not needed to work, the stop valve 6 is not electrified, so that the pressure of a pilot oil way above the sequence valve is zero; at this time, if the reversing valve 2 is electrified or not, the pressure oil flowing through the gear pump flows back to the oil tank through the reversing valve 2 → the one-way valve 5 → the sequence valve 4 → the T port, at this time, the motor does not rotate, and the vibrating wheel does not work.
When the stop valve 6 is electrified, the pressure of a pilot oil way of the sequence valve is increased, and oil from the port P cannot flow to an oil tank through a main oil way of the sequence valve 4;
if the reversing valve 2 is not electrified, oil in the port P flows from the oil port 3 of the reversing valve through the oil port B1 and flows to the gear motor through the oil port B of the valve group, the driving motor rotates in one direction, and the oil flows to the oil tank according to the oil port A of the valve group → the oil port A1 of the reversing valve 2 → the oil port T1 of the reversing valve 2 → the port T;
if the reversing valve 2 is electrified, oil in the port P flows through the port A1 from the reversing valve port P1, then flows to the gear motor through the valve group port A, and the motor is driven to rotate in the other direction; the oil flows to the tank through the valve group port B → the port B1 of the selector valve 2 → the port T1 of the selector valve 2 → the port T.
The valve bank can be used for vibration reversing and amplitude modulation of the open type vibratory roller and can also be used for reversing in an open type system to serve other functions.
The valve group realizes the positive rotation, the reverse rotation and the stop of the motor in the open system, realizes the reasonable reversing of the motor in the open system, and has simple scheme, high cost performance and small volume. The rotating direction of a motor in the open system is changed by controlling the electromagnetic valve to lose power; the motor is accelerated at the maximum speed, and the deceleration speed of the motor is adjustable; the overflow pressure of the main oil way is set by a two-stage small-flow overflow valve, so that the cost is low and the volume is small. The stop valve controls the start and stop of the motor, even if the motor is applied to a large-flow system, the reversing valve can be directly controlled by an electric signal, the reversing is controlled without pilot oil pressure, and the scheme is simplified.
