Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a railway plug pin extractor. The railway plug nail extractor is used for extracting the plug nails of the rails. It is understood that the lead wire is a choke transformer dedicated wire, the track circuit is electrically connected by the lead wire, and the lead wire is fixed to the track by a plug pin. When encountering rail replacement work, the plug pin needs to be removed from the rail. Optionally, the track circuits include, but are not limited to, a 25HZ track circuit and an interval UM71 track circuit, but may be other types of track circuits. The railway plug nail extractor can realize reliable extraction of the plug nail, avoid damage of the plug nail, reduce cost and facilitate railway track replacement operation.
In one embodiment, the railway plug pin extractor includes an outer housing 100, a screw shaft 200, and an extractor head 300. The screw shaft 200 is rotatably mounted in the housing 100. A tap 300 is rotatably mounted to the screw shaft 200 and is located in the housing 100, the tap 300 being for a plug pin having lead wires therein. The screw shaft 200 is rotated to move the plug 300 in an axial direction to pull the plug pin out of the lead wire.
The outer casing 100 is used for bearing, and most parts of the railway plug pin extractor are arranged in the outer casing 100. Therefore, the user can directly take and use the railway plug pin extractor through the outer sleeve 100, and the use of the railway plug pin extractor is convenient for the user. Meanwhile, the outer sleeve 100 can also play a role in protection, so that potential safety hazards caused by the fact that an operator touches the screw shaft 200 by hand are avoided, and the operation safety is guaranteed; meanwhile, sundries can be prevented from entering the railway plug pin extractor, and the service performance of the railway plug pin extractor is ensured.
The screw shaft 200 has an external thread, which cooperates with a drawing head 300 by means of the external thread, the screw shaft 200 being used to transmit a rotational movement and the drawing head 300 being used to grip a plug screw with a lead wire. It will be appreciated that the pegs are partly in the lead wires and partly in the track. When the rail is replaced, the plug pin in the rail needs to be pulled out of the rail. The pulling head 300 can be sleeved on part of the plug pin and the lead wire. Thus, when the screw shaft 200 rotates relative to the outer sleeve 100, the pulling head 300 can move axially along the screw shaft 200 through the matching of the threads, and further drive the plug nail to move axially, so that the plug nail moves towards the direction away from the track, and the plug nail is pulled out of the track.
It will be appreciated that the pegs are mounted in the track in a direction perpendicular to the track. Correspondingly, the railway plug pin extractor is also abutted against the track in the direction perpendicular to the track to partially clamp the plug pin. The end of the outer jacket 100 abuts the rail. When the screw shaft 200 rotates relative to the outer sleeve 100, the plug pin can be reliably separated from the track when the screw shaft 200 drives the plug pin to move in the axial direction through the pull head 300 because the outer sleeve 100 abuts against the track.
When the railway plug pin extractor of the embodiment is used for extracting plug pins, the plug pins with the lead wires are installed in the extraction head 300, and when the screw shaft 200 rotates relative to the outer sleeve 100, the extraction head 300 moves along the axial direction of the screw shaft 200, so that the plug pins with the lead wires are driven to move along the axial direction, and the plug pins are separated from the track. The problem that the present fluid pressure type plug pin extractor extracts the plug pin and leads to reliably extracting is solved effectually, realizes reliably extracting of plug pin, avoids the plug pin to damage, and reduce cost makes things convenient for the rail operation of trading of railway simultaneously. Moreover, when the railway plug pin extractor is used for extracting the plug pin, personal injury caused by replacement of the lead wire can be avoided, and potential safety hazards are reduced.
One portion of the tap 300 is adapted to be rotatably coupled to the screw shaft 200 and the other portion is adapted to engage a plug pin. In one embodiment, the pulling head 300 has a connection sleeve 310 and a mounting sleeve 320 connected to the connection sleeve 310, the connection sleeve 310 is used for rotatably sleeving the screw shaft 200, and the mounting sleeve 320 has a mounting groove for mounting a plug pin with a lead wire. The connecting sleeve 310 is an annular sleeve, and the inside of the connecting sleeve 310 has an internal thread, and the connecting sleeve 310 is mounted on the screw shaft 200 by the matching of the internal thread and the external thread. The screw shaft 200 is fitted with the coupling sleeve 310 similarly to a ball screw structure so that the coupling sleeve 310 can move linearly along the screw shaft 200 when the screw shaft 200 rotates. The mounting sleeve 320 is an annular sleeve having a gap, and one end thereof is connected to the connection sleeve 310. The indentations allow the mounting sleeve 320 to form a mounting slot for mounting a plug pin having lead wires. The plug nail is clamped and fixedly installed.
When the screw shaft 200 rotates, the connecting sleeve 310 can move along the axial direction of the screw shaft 200, and further drives the mounting sleeve 320 to move synchronously, so that the mounting sleeve 320 can drive the plug nail therein to move along the axial direction, so that the plug nail moves out of the track. Illustratively, the connection sleeve 310 and the mounting sleeve 320 are formed as a single body, which ensures the reliability of the pulling head 300. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the connection sleeve 310 and the mounting sleeve 320 may be detachable structures.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, in one embodiment, the end of the mounting sleeve 320 remote from the connection sleeve 310 has a limiting hole 321, and the limiting hole 321 is used for movably mounting the plug pin. The limiting hole 321 is used for installing a plug pin, the limiting hole 321 penetrates through the end portion of the installation sleeve 320 far away from the connection sleeve 310 in the axial direction, and the cross section of the limiting hole 321 is of a non-closed structure, that is, the limiting hole 321 is of an open structure. When the plug pin is installed, the plug pin can be installed in the limiting hole 321 from the opening structure, and the lead wire and part of the plug pin are located in the installation groove. When the screw shaft 200 rotates, the connecting sleeve 310 can drive the mounting sleeve 320 to move along the axial direction of the screw shaft 200, so that the mounting sleeve 320 drives the lead wire and the plug nail therein to move along the axial direction, so that the plug nail moves out of the track.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, one end of the outer sleeve 100 has an opening 110 extending in an axial direction, and after the pull head 300 is mounted to the outer sleeve 100, the mounting groove coincides with the opening 110. The end of the outer sleeve 100 near the header 300 has an opening 110, and the opening 110 facilitates the installation of the lead wire in the installation groove of the header 300. Moreover, the opening 110 extends along the axial direction, and when the mounting sleeve 320 drives the lead wire to move along the axial direction, the lead wire can move along the opening 110, so that the lead wire and the outer sleeve 100 can be prevented from interfering with each other, and the lead wire is prevented from being damaged.
It should be noted that the outer sleeve 100 meets the requirements of the plug pin being sleeved, the plane of the end of the outer sleeve 100 circularly supports the force point, the stability of the torque is ensured, the opening 110 of the end of the outer sleeve 100 facilitates the plug pin being sleeved and clamped, the moving space of the screw shaft 200 is increased, and the requirement of the plug pin being pulled out is met.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment, the screw shaft 200 includes a driving portion 210, a supporting portion 220 and a screw portion 230, which are connected in sequence, the supporting portion 220 is used for rotatably connecting with the outer sleeve 100, the screw portion 230 is used for rotatably mounting the pull head 300, and the driving portion 210 extends out of the outer sleeve 100. The screw shaft 200 is the main component that effects the rotational motion. The driving part 210 may be connected to a power source for rotation, which will be described in detail later. The supporting portion 220 is rotatably supported in the outer sleeve 100, so as to ensure the screw shaft 200 to normally rotate to drive the pulling head 300 to move, and simultaneously, prevent the screw portion 230 from touching the inner wall of the outer sleeve 100. The screw shaft 230 can be mounted with the drawing head 300, and when the screw shaft 200 rotates, the drawing head 300 can move axially along the screw shaft 230. Illustratively, the driving portion 210, the supporting portion 220 and the wire rod portion 230 may be an integral structure, and of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the driving portion 210, the supporting portion 220 and the wire rod portion 230 may also be detachably connected.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in one embodiment, the railway plug pin extractor further comprises an end cap 400, wherein the end cap 400 is disposed at an end of the casing 100 away from the extractor 300. The end cap 400 is located at the end of the outer sleeve 100 for limiting the axial displacement of the screw shaft 200, so that the screw shaft 200 is reliably located in the outer housing, avoiding axial play. Further, the end cap 400 has a protrusion hole through which the driving part 210 protrudes. The extending hole is arranged in a penetrating manner along the axial direction to install the driving portion 210, and a certain gap exists between the driving portion 210 and the extending hole to avoid interference between the driving portion 210 and the extending hole. Still further, end cap 400 is threadably attached to the housing.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the railway plug pin extractor further comprises a bearing assembly 500, the support portion 220 has a connection step 240, the inner wall of the outer sleeve 100 has a force bearing step 150, the bearing assembly 500 is mounted on the support portion 220, the outer ring of the bearing assembly 500 contacts with the inner wall of the outer sleeve 100 and abuts against the force bearing step 150, and the inner ring of the bearing assembly 500 abuts against the connection step 240. The bearing assembly 500 can support the screw shaft 200 in a housing. Specifically, the inner ring of the bearing assembly 500 is sleeved on the supporting portion 220, and the outer ring of the bearing assembly 500 is installed in the housing.
And, the right side of the bearing assembly 500 is limited by the force bearing step 150 and the connection step 240. Specifically, the inner ring of the bearing assembly 500 abuts against the connecting step 240, and the outer ring abuts against the force bearing step 150. The left side of the bearing assembly 500 is restrained by the engagement of the end cap 400 with the nut. The nut is rotatably mounted to the support portion 220 and contacts the inner race of the bearing assembly 500, and the end cap 400 is in contact with the outer race structure of the bearing assembly 500. The bearing assembly 500 reduces the friction between the connecting step 240 and the bearing step 150, and achieves the purpose of saving labor. Optionally, the bearing assembly 500 comprises two ball bearings arranged side by side. Meanwhile, the connection step 240 may also limit the length of the screw part 230, connecting the support part 220 with the screw part 230.
In one embodiment, the jacket 100 includes a first section 110, a second section 120, and a third section 130, the first section 110 having a larger outer diameter than the third section 130, and the second section 120 smoothly joining the third section 130. The bearing step 150 is arranged at the joint of the first section 110 and the second section 120. Since the bearing assembly 500 is sized to limit the diameter of the first section 110 of the jacket 100, the lead and plug pins limit the diameter of the third section 130 of the jacket 100, and the first section 110 and the third section 130 of the jacket 100 smoothly transition through the second end, thereby providing the bearing step 150.
In one embodiment, the railway plug pin extractor further comprises a rotary driving member connected to the driving portion 210 for driving the screw shaft 200 to rotate. The rotary drive is the power source mentioned above for outputting the rotary motion. When the rotary driving member is connected to the driving portion 210, the rotary driving member can output rotary power, and further, the driving portion 210 drives the screw rod portion 230 to rotate. Alternatively, the rotary drive includes, but is not limited to, a motor, a rotary wrench, and other structures capable of outputting rotational motion.
In one embodiment, the rotary driving member comprises a ratchet wrench, and the railway plug nail extractor further comprises a pulling sleeve, the pulling sleeve is disposed on the driving portion 210 and connected with the ratchet wrench, and the ratchet wrench drives the driving portion 210 to rotate through the pulling sleeve. The ratchet wrench and the pulling sleeve can be matched to drive the driving part 210 to rotate, so that the screw rod part 230 drives the pulling head 300 to move axially, and the plug nail is pulled out.
In an embodiment, the railway plug pin extractor further comprises a limiting member disposed on an inner wall of the outer sleeve 100 for limiting a movement stroke of the pulling head 300 along the axial direction. When the pulling head 300 moves a predetermined distance along the axial direction of the screw shaft 200, the end of the pulling head 300 contacts the limiting member, so that the pulling head 300 cannot move continuously along the axial direction. It will be appreciated that the length of the stem portion 230 is much greater than the portion of the plug pin that is located in the track, and therefore, the tap 300 need not always move along the screw shaft 200. The plug pin can be pulled out only by ensuring that the pulling head 300 moves to the position of the limiting piece along the screw rod shaft 200. Therefore, the working efficiency can be improved, and the labor intensity can be reduced.
Alternatively, the limiting member includes, but is not limited to, a limiting pin, and may also be other protrusions provided on the outer sleeve 100, and the like.
Optionally, the parts of the railway plug pin extractor are made of fine steel, and the parts are tough, difficult to deform and low in abrasion. Of course, in other embodiments of the invention, the components of the railway plug pin extractor may be made of other high strength materials.
When the railway plug nail extractor is used, the pulling head 300 is arranged on the screw rod shaft 200, the plug nail and the lead wire are clamped by using the installation groove of the pulling head 300, and after the plug nail and the lead wire are fixed, the plug nail is fastened by using a ratchet wrench and is continuously pulled to be extracted. The railway plug nail extractor provided by the invention has the advantages that the ratchet wrench is manually pulled, the plug nail head is extracted by applying force gradually, and the railway plug nail extractor is simple, labor-saving and durable. In addition, the railway plug pin pulling-out mechanism is reasonable in design, firm and reliable, has extremely low failure rate, and is easy to maintain even if a failure occurs.
After the railway plug pin extractor is adopted, the operator is prevented from being injured when the lead wire is replaced, meanwhile, the frequency of replacing the track circuit lead wire due to damage of the plug pin head can be reduced, and the material cost is saved. In addition, the railway plug pin extractor has reasonable and simple structural design and is durable in use; the device is firm and reliable, has enough power, is not easy to damage and is easy to maintain; when the controllable operation is carried out in a small range, the operators are prevented from being injured; and finally, the drawn lead wire is used for multiple times, so that the material cost is saved.
The technical features of the embodiments described above can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.
