Background
Wallpaper, also called wallpaper, is an interior decoration material for pasting wall surfaces, and is widely used for interior decoration of houses, offices, hotels, and the like. The wallpaper has the characteristics of various colors, rich patterns, luxury, safety, environmental protection, convenient construction, proper price and the like which are incomparable with various other interior decoration materials, so the wallpaper has wide popularization and application in the decoration field. The surface of the base paper is usually processed by different procedures, such as coating, printing, embossing or surface coating, and finally is cut and packaged for delivery. The existing wallpaper is still lack of heat resistance and waterproof performance, and the wallpaper is easy to deform, rot and the like, so that the service life of the wallpaper is influenced.
Chinese patent with patent number CN201110258519.6 discloses an environment-friendly wall decorative wallpaper material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the wallpaper takes a raw paper layer as a base layer, and then is coated on one side or two sides of the base layer; the coating layer comprises 60-90 parts by weight of PE plastic and 15-25 parts by weight of thermoplastic ethylene propylene diene monomer dynamic vulcanized rubber, and the wallpaper has the advantages of no toxicity, environmental protection, good printing performance and the like. However, the production process of the wallpaper is complex, and the rubber layer coated on the surface of the base layer has the problem of poor adhesion of the coating layer due to poor compatibility of the rubber and the fibrous base layer, so that the wallpaper has the defects of poor temperature resistance and poor water resistance.
