Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有防水耐磨纤维绳芯的钢丝绳,其包括纤维绳芯和外层绳股,外层绳股设置在纤维绳芯外侧;其特征为在纤维绳芯上由内而外依次设有防水层和耐磨层;防水层为PP、PE或PU功能性塑料;防水层厚度为0.1~0.25mm;耐磨层为PA塑料材料,耐磨层为环状,耐磨层厚度0.3~0.5mm。本发明具有高强度、高防水耐磨性及延长绳芯与钢丝绳的使用寿命的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于钢丝绳技术领域,具体地说是涉及一种具有防水耐磨纤维绳芯的钢丝绳。
背景技术
钢丝绳产品很多,在现在生产、生活中应用十分广泛,钢丝绳的使用寿命直接影响了生产、生活的效率和安全。绳芯是钢丝绳中心部分,是钢丝绳的重要组成部分,一般分为金属芯和纤维绳芯,作用主要是起支撑和减少股间压力,纤维绳芯另外还能起到储油润滑作用。对于一些矿井提升、海洋拖曳或者更加恶劣环境的试用工况,钢丝绳长期处于高湿、酸碱侵蚀、海水浸蚀等恶劣环境中,在使用过程中由于绳股之间、绳轮之间摩擦磨损,更加容易造成磨损和腐蚀,大大影响钢丝绳的使用寿命。故如何更好的保护纤维绳芯,提高其强度,使其更好的防水、防腐蚀,提高耐磨性能成为一个关键问题。
发明内容
针对以上缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有防水耐磨纤维绳芯的钢丝绳,其纤维绳芯具有高强度、高防水耐磨性,并且可以提高各绳股间密实度,减少各绳股间的摩擦,从而延长绳芯及整个钢丝绳的使用寿命。
本发明的技术内容为,一种具有防水耐磨纤维绳芯的钢丝绳,其包括纤维绳芯和外层绳股,外层绳股设置在纤维绳芯外侧;其特征为在纤维绳芯上由内而外依次设有防水层和耐磨层。
在上述一种具有防水耐磨纤维绳芯的钢丝绳中,防水层为PP、PE或PU功能性塑料;防水层优选热塑型聚氨酯弹性体(TPU);防水层采用常规的浸轧工艺涂覆到纤维绳芯上,防水层厚度为0.1~0.25mm;通过浸轧工艺将聚氨酯涂覆在纤维绳芯表面以及空隙中,然后在预焙烘箱中形成膜状,从而改变纤维绳芯的表面状态,使纤维绳芯表面变得光滑,表面张力降低,赋予纤维绳芯良好的防水性和拒油性;聚氨酯薄膜伸长率远远大于绳芯的伸长率,所以在使用中,防水层的涂层膜保持良好状态,不产生断层。
在上述一种具有防水耐磨纤维绳芯的钢丝绳中,耐磨层为PA塑料材料,耐磨层优选PA6、PA12、PA66或PA1010塑料,其通过挤塑成形工艺设置在纤维绳芯防水层上,耐磨层为环状,其厚度0.3~0.5mm;为进一步使纤维绳芯与外层绳股在合绳时结构紧密,在耐磨层外表面设有若干与外层绳股对应的螺旋凹槽。
在上述一种具有防水耐磨纤维绳芯的钢丝绳中,纤维绳芯可以是天然纤维芯或者合成纤维芯,包括任何不同材料譬如剑麻、黄麻、蕉麻、人工合成纤维PP、PVC、PE、高分子模量PVC、高密度PE等,以及都适用于钢丝绳的纤维绳芯;涵盖目前各种纤维芯钢丝绳标准涉及的绳芯。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点为,本发明中纤维绳芯不再裸露而是封闭起来,减少了外界环境譬如水汽、酸碱等对绳芯的腐蚀;其次纤维绳芯不再直接与外层股接触,减少了外层钢丝对于纤维绳芯的磨损,增加了其使用寿命;同时由于耐磨层的存在,填补了绳股间的缝隙,并间接提高了绳芯的强度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种具有防水耐磨纤维绳芯的钢丝绳,其包括纤维绳芯1和外层绳股2,外层绳股2设置在纤维绳芯1外侧;其特征在纤维绳芯1上由内而外依次设有防水层3和耐磨层4;防水层3为PP、PE或PU功能性塑料;防水层3厚度为0.1~0.25mm;耐磨层4为PA塑料材料,耐磨层4为环状,耐磨层4厚度0.3~0.5mm。
如图1所示,一种绳芯为防水耐磨纤维绳芯的钢丝绳,结构为8K26WS+EPFC--8.0mm;包括纤维绳芯1和外层绳股2,外层绳股2设置在纤维绳芯1外侧;其特征在纤维绳芯1上由内而外依次设有防水层3和耐磨层4;防水层3为热塑型聚氨酯弹性体;防水层3厚度为0.2mm;耐磨层4为PA66塑料材料;耐磨层4为环状,其厚度0.4mm。
如图2所示,一种绳芯为防水耐磨纤维绳芯的钢丝绳,结构为8x19S+EPFC--8.0mm;包括纤维绳芯1和外层绳股2,外层绳股2设置在纤维绳芯1外侧;其特征在纤维绳芯1上由内而外依次设有防水层3和耐磨层4;防水层3为热塑型聚氨酯弹性体;防水层3厚度为0.2mm;耐磨层4为PA66塑料材料;耐磨层4为环状,其厚度0.5mm,在耐磨层4外表面设有若干与外层绳股2对应的螺旋凹槽4.1。
Claims (2)
1.一种具有防水耐磨纤维绳芯的钢丝绳,其包括纤维绳芯和外层绳股,外层绳股设置在纤维绳芯外侧;其特征为在纤维绳芯上由内而外依次设有防水层和耐磨层;防水层为PP、PE或PU功能性塑料;防水层厚度为0.1~0.25mm;耐磨层为PA塑料材料,耐磨层为环状,耐磨层厚度0.3~0.5mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种具有防水耐磨纤维绳芯的钢丝绳,其特征为防水层为热塑型聚氨酯弹性体;防水层为PA6、PA12、PA66或PA1010塑料;在耐磨层外表面设有若干与外层绳股对应的螺旋凹槽。
