The invention relates to a weaving method of a woven belt, in particular to a weaving process of an environment-friendly woven belt.
[ background of the invention ]
The existing woven belts are divided into pure cotton woven belts and polyester cotton woven belts. The yarn of the pure cotton braid takes cotton as a raw material and does not contain any other sundries; many woven belts are woven by pure cotton threads, for example, the auxiliary materials of the woven belts of clothes of pregnant women and babies, the pure cotton belts, the pure cotton laces and the like are all woven belts made of the pure cotton threads. The pure cotton braid adopts pure natural cotton, is pure natural and renewable, has thinner fiber, no parasitic bacteria, natural low carbon and environmental protection, no additive, very good hygroscopicity, moisture retention, heat resistance, alkali resistance and sanitation, and is an environment-friendly product; but has the disadvantages of easy wrinkling, easy shrinkage, easy deformation and easy stickiness. The polyester cotton ribbon is a material which is made of chemical fiber and terylene and is added into cotton in a popular way; the polyester cotton increases the toughness of the pure cotton yarn, is not easy to break, has elasticity, is easy to wash, heat-resistant, alkali-resistant, moisture-retaining, sanitary and wear-resistant, and is not easy to shrink, wrinkle, deform and stick hair; however, polyester fibers in the polyester cotton belong to hydrophobic fibers, have strong affinity to oil stains, are easy to adsorb the oil stains, are easy to generate static electricity in the wearing process to adsorb dust, are difficult to wash, and cannot be ironed at high temperature or soaked in boiling water. Polyester cotton is synthetic fiber and cannot be degraded.
Along with the improvement of people's standard of living in recent years, family spins class, clothing class commodity consumption demand and constantly enlarges, and along with the lapse of time, some high-end environmental protection cloth are civilized gradually, and the market needs neotype, the high-end environmental protection cloth of florid formula, satisfies high consumer's demand, and the used meshbelt of the high-end environmental protection clothing of preparation that corresponds also requires to have the practical characteristic of environmental protection.
Internationally, the environment-friendly woven belt is a general name of woven belts which can be authenticated by an Oeko-TexStandard100, the currently domestically defined environment-friendly woven belt is a woven belt which is produced by a manufacturer and can be authenticated by the Oeko-TexStandard100, and the environment-friendly woven belt has a specified limit on the content of harmful substances in yarns, fibers and various textiles; however, it is known that the surface of human skin is weakly acidic, which is advantageous for preventing the invasion of germs, so that the pH value of the textile directly contacting with the skin is between weakly acidic and neutral, which will not cause itching of the skin and will not destroy the weakly acidic environment of the skin surface; therefore, how to manufacture the woven belt which meets the environmental protection requirement and has the skin-friendly characteristic is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently in the industry.

The environment-friendly braid weaving process has the advantages that the drafting, the average tooth entering of the reed dent and the weft passing are combined according to a special rule, and the weft and the warp are respectively made of environment-friendly yarns of various types, so that the velvet surface with the skin-friendly front surface and the back surface are pull-resistant, firm and durable, the fabric is high in wear resistance and tightness, and the fabric is not easy to wrinkle and deform.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
an environment-friendly weaving process comprises the following steps:
1) drafting and drafting
The drafting is 7 heald pages, and the drafting comprises the following steps:
a) the first yarn penetrates through the first heddle, the second yarn penetrates through the second heddle, and the fourth yarn penetrates through the fourth heddle;
b) the third yarn penetrates through the third heddle, the fifth yarn penetrates through the fifth heddle, the first yarn penetrates through the first heddle, the second yarn penetrates through the second heddle, and the sixth yarn penetrates through the sixth heddle;
c) the third yarn penetrates through the third heddle, the seventh yarn penetrates through the seventh heddle, the first yarn penetrates through the first heddle, the second yarn penetrates through the second heddle, and the fourth yarn penetrates through the fourth heddle;
d) and sequentially circulating for 2 times according to the step b) and the step c);
e) then, a fifth yarn passes through a fifth heddle, a third yarn passes through a third heddle, and a first yarn passes through a first heddle;
the steps are sequentially and circularly penetrated into the harness wire;
2) reed for reed
After a certain amount of thread is passed through the reed, the thread passing of 5 threads/tooth is adopted;
3) lifting healds and beating-up;
the lifting heald and beating-up are as follows:
a first weft: upper layer weft is thrown, and lifting heddles 2, 3, 4 and 6 are lifted;
and a second weft: throwing lower layer wefts, lifting heddles 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7;
and a third weft: upper layer weft is thrown, and lifting heddles are 2, 3, 5 and 7;
fourth weft: throwing lower layer wefts, lifting heddles 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7;
and a fifth weft: upper layer weft is thrown, and lifting heddles 2, 3, 4 and 6 are lifted;
and a sixth weft: throwing lower layer wefts, lifting heddles 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7;
a seventh weft: upper layer weft is thrown, and lifting heddles are 2, 3, 5 and 7;
and eighth weft: throwing lower layer wefts, lifting heddles 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7;
and sequentially circulating, wherein 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 represent the arrangement sequence of the heddles.
Aiming at the drafting sequence of each step of 7 heald pages, the steps are correspondingly and sequentially and circularly passed through the wefts one by one, so that a textured surface with the front surface convenient for contacting the skin and a solid surface with the back surface resistant to stretching are formed.
Further, in step a) and step e) of step 1), a starting edge line and a finishing edge line with an edge sealing function are respectively arranged at a starting edge position and a finishing edge position corresponding to the first heddle, and the starting edge line and the finishing edge line are respectively positioned outside the first yarn and coincide with boundary lines of respective edges.
Furthermore, the starting edge line and the finishing edge line both adopt the same oak root line as the first yarn.
Furthermore, the starting edge line and the final edge line both adopt the same rubber root line as the first yarn, and the starting edge line, the final edge line and the first yarn all adopt 1120/XX yarn.
Furthermore, the warp yarns corresponding to the second yarn and the third yarn are 78/24/2/100 TZSTNL environment-friendly yarns.
Furthermore, the warp yarns corresponding to the fourth yarn, the fifth yarn, the sixth yarn and the seventh yarn are 78/24/2/100 TZSTNL environment-friendly yarns.
Further, the wefts corresponding to the first weft to the eighth weft are all 70/68/1ZSNL environment-friendly yarns.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, the weaving method is combined with the special weft passing mode of the first weft to the eighth weft through the average tooth entering of the reed teeth and the special drafting according to the special rule to form the fabric, the front side of the woven fabric forms a textured surface convenient for contacting the skin, and the back side of the woven fabric forms a stretch-proof solid surface, so that the woven fabric is attractive and elegant, and the fabric is strong in wear resistance and tightness.
Meanwhile, the warps corresponding to the second yarn and the third yarn are 78/24/2/100 TZSTNL environment-friendly yarns, the warps corresponding to the fourth yarn, the fifth yarn, the sixth yarn and the seventh yarn are 78/24/2/100 TZSTNL environment-friendly yarns, and the wefts corresponding to the first weft to the eighth weft are 70/68/1 ZSTNL environment-friendly yarns, so that the woven belt effectively meets the environment-friendly requirement, is elastic, easy to wash, heat-resistant, alkali-resistant, moisture-preserving, sanitary and wear-resistant, cannot shrink, cannot wrinkle, cannot deform and stick hair, is easy to wash, cannot be affected by high-temperature ironing and boiling water soaking, is an environment-friendly green product, and meets the pursuit of people on life of substances.

An environment-friendly weaving process comprises the following steps:
1) drafting and drafting

Specifically, the drafting comprises the following steps:
a) the first yarn penetrates through the first heddle, the second yarn penetrates through the second heddle, and the fourth yarn penetrates through the fourth heddle;
b) the third yarn penetrates through the third heddle, the fifth yarn penetrates through the fifth heddle, the first yarn penetrates through the first heddle, the second yarn penetrates through the second heddle, and the sixth yarn penetrates through the sixth heddle;
c) the third yarn penetrates through the third heddle, the seventh yarn penetrates through the seventh heddle, the first yarn penetrates through the first heddle, the second yarn penetrates through the second heddle, and the fourth yarn penetrates through the fourth heddle;
d) and sequentially circulating for 2 times according to the step b) and the step c);
e) then, a fifth yarn passes through a fifth heddle, a third yarn passes through a third heddle, and a first yarn passes through a first heddle;
the steps are sequentially and circularly penetrated into the harness wire;
2) reed for reed
After a certain amount of thread is passed through the reed, the thread passing of 5 threads/tooth is adopted;
3) lifting healds and beating-up;
as shown in fig. 3, the lifting heald and beating-up are as follows:
a first weft: upper layer weft is thrown, and lifting heddles 2, 3, 4 and 6 are lifted;
and a second weft: throwing lower layer wefts, lifting heddles 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7;
and a third weft: upper layer weft is thrown, and lifting heddles are 2, 3, 5 and 7;
fourth weft: throwing lower layer wefts, lifting heddles 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7;
and a fifth weft: upper layer weft is thrown, and lifting heddles 2, 3, 4 and 6 are lifted;
and a sixth weft: throwing lower layer wefts, lifting heddles 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7;
a seventh weft: upper layer weft is thrown, and lifting heddles are 2, 3, 5 and 7;
and eighth weft: throwing lower layer wefts, lifting heddles 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7;
and sequentially circulating, wherein 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 represent the arrangement sequence of the heddles.
Aiming at the drafting sequence of each step of 7 heald pages, the steps are correspondingly and sequentially and circularly passed through the wefts one by one, so that a textured surface with the front surface convenient for contacting the skin and a solid surface with the back surface resistant to stretching are formed.
As shown in fig. 2, in step a) and step e) of step 1), numeral 1 represents that a first yarn passes through a first heddle, a starting edge line and a finishing edge line with an edge sealing function are respectively arranged at a starting edge position and a finishing edge position corresponding to the first heddle, that is, "○" in fig. 2 represents the first yarn corresponding to the first heddle and an oak root line corresponding to the starting edge line and the finishing edge line, the starting edge line and the finishing edge line are respectively positioned outside the first yarn and coincide with boundary lines of respective sides, the starting edge line and the finishing edge line both adopt the same oak root line as the first yarn, and the oak root lines are 1120/XX yarns.
Meanwhile, the warps corresponding to the second yarn and the third yarn are 78/24/2/100 TZSTNL environment-friendly yarns, the warps corresponding to the fourth yarn, the fifth yarn, the sixth yarn and the seventh yarn are 78/24/2/100 TZSTNL environment-friendly yarns, and the wefts corresponding to the first weft to the eighth weft are 70/68/1 ZSTNL environment-friendly yarns, so that the woven belt effectively meets the environment-friendly requirement, is elastic, easy to wash, heat-resistant, alkali-resistant, moisture-preserving, sanitary and wear-resistant, cannot shrink, cannot wrinkle, cannot deform and stick hair, is easy to wash, cannot be affected by high-temperature ironing and boiling water soaking, is an environment-friendly green product, and meets the pursuit of people on life of substances.
According to the invention, the weaving method is combined with the special weft passing mode of the first weft to the eighth weft through the average tooth entering of the reed teeth and the special drafting according to the special rule to form the fabric, the front side of the woven fabric forms a textured surface convenient for contacting the skin, and the back side of the woven fabric forms a stretch-proof solid surface, so that the woven fabric is attractive and elegant, and the fabric is strong in wear resistance and tightness.
