Abstract
The invention discloses a water-based multifunctional self-drying coloring base material which consists of a film forming material, an auxiliary agent and water and is prepared from the following components in parts by weight. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the water-based multifunctional self-drying coloring base material. The invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) the emulsion is used as a film forming material, and has self-drying property, good transparency, excellent adhesive force and no delamination phenomenon; (2) the paint has a uniform paint film, is uniform in coloring and has no flowering phenomenon; (3) the moisture retention and slow drying performance is achieved, the opening time is long, the construction tolerance is good, and the construction technical requirement on constructors is low; (4) the paint has multiple functions, and can meet different construction requirements, such as wiping, brushing, spraying and beating; (5) the paint is suitable for coloring and wiping of most woodenware coatings on the market, and has a high use value.

The water-based multifunctional self-drying coloring base material is used as paint film coloring paint, also called as 'glaze', is matched with color paste to prepare different colors and is mainly used for American antique painting and floor painting; the application adopts the mode of brushing, spraying, wiping or beating points. (1) feeding in the first stage: adding the emulsion and all water into a dispersion cylinder, then respectively adding the multifunctional additive, the film-forming additive, the alcohol solvent, the defoaming agent, the thickening agent and the anti-settling agent, fully stirring and mixing to form a mixture, controlling the rotation speed of mixing and stirring to be 1000-1500rpm, simultaneously keeping dispersion for 10-15min, then grinding to the fineness of 30-50 mu m, and entering the next stage;
(2) feeding in the second stage: adding a bactericide, a mildew preventive and a moisturizing agent into a dispersion cylinder, controlling the rotation speed to be 1000-1500rpm, simultaneously treating by using ultrasonic waves with the frequency of 150-350 khz and the power density of 40-80 w/L, keeping for 10-15min, and then grinding to the fineness of 20-30 mu m to obtain the water-based multifunctional self-drying coloring base material;
(3) packaging: the filter cloth was 80 mesh filter cloth and filled in a 20L paint can as required.
Preferably, the frequency of ultrasonic treatment is 200-300 khz, the power density is 50-70 w/L, and the ultrasonic treatment can effectively improve the synergistic effect among the components, improve the uniformity and integrally improve the corresponding performance of the invention.
When in use, the coloring base material and the glaze color paste are uniformly mixed according to the ratio of 100:5-20, the water adding proportion is determined according to the coloring depth, the construction is carried out according to the construction mode required by customers, the water-based clear finish paint is sprayed according to the conventional construction procedure, and after the water-based clear finish paint is dried, the interlayer has very good adhesion. Compared with the existing preparation method, the invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) the emulsion is used as a film forming object, has self-drying property, good transparency, excellent adhesive force and no delamination phenomenon; (2) the coating has a uniform paint film, is uniform in coloring and has no flowering phenomenon; (3) the moisture retention and slow drying performance is achieved, the opening time is long, the construction tolerance is good, and the construction technical requirement on constructors is low; (4) the paint has multiple functions, and can meet different construction requirements, such as wiping, brushing, spraying and beating; (5) is suitable for coloring and wiping of most woodenware coatings on the market, and has great use value.

(3) packaging: the base material was filtered through an 80 mesh filter cloth as required and filled in a 20L paint can.

A multifunctional self-drying coloring base material comprises the following components in parts by weight:

(2) feeding in the second stage: adding bactericide, mildew preventive and humectant into a dispersion tank, controlling the rotation speed at 1400rpm, treating with ultrasonic wave with frequency of 340khz and power density of 70w/L for 14min, and grinding to fineness of 30 μm to obtain water-based multifunctional self-drying coloring base material;
(3) packaging: the base material was filtered through an 80 mesh filter cloth as required and filled in a 20L paint can.

(3) Packaging: the base material was filtered through an 80 mesh filter cloth as required and filled in a 20L paint can.

The emulsion is added in the formula of the invention, so that the adhesive force is good, and the paint can be suitable for coloring different paint films, so that the interlayer adhesive force of the coloring base material is excellent.
