According to the invention, through the magnetic force and the guide of the relative stress between the spherical groove and the spherical protrusion, the front end and the rear end of the connector are corrected to the mutually matched angle during collision connection, so that the abrasion of the bullet train connector during collision connection is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of motor train units, in particular to a bullet train connector capable of automatically guiding alignment.
Background
In railway transportation, a plurality of carriages need to be connected into a motor train unit group through connectors, the motor train unit connector needs to take power connection and power connection into consideration simultaneously, in order to pursue high speed of motor train operation, connection and unhooking speed of the motor train unit are accelerated as much as possible, unnecessary time waste is reduced, an unmanned connector colliding connection mode is generally adopted, the result that butt joint positions are inaccurate is easily caused, and abrasion is caused to the connectors.
Disclosure of Invention
To overcome the above-described deficiencies in the prior art, the present invention provides a bullet train connector that automatically guides alignment.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a bullet train connector capable of automatically guiding alignment comprises a connector front end and a connector rear end, wherein electromagnets are respectively arranged at four corners of a contact plane of the connector front end and the connector rear end, magnetic poles of the electromagnets at opposite corner positions of the connector front end are the same, and magnetic poles of the electromagnets at adjacent corner positions of the connector front end are opposite; the magnetic poles of the electromagnets at the diagonal positions at the rear end of the connector are the same, and the magnetic poles of the electromagnets at the adjacent diagonal positions at the rear end of the connector are opposite; the magnetic poles of the electromagnets at the corresponding positions of the front end of the connector and the rear end of the connector are opposite; and the four sides of the contact plane of the front end of the connector and the rear end of the connector are respectively provided with a spherical groove and a spherical bulge which are matched with each other.
According to the bullet train connector capable of automatically guiding alignment, the electric power connecting joint and the power connecting joint are arranged in the front end of the connector and the rear end of the connector.
According to the bullet train connector capable of automatically guiding alignment, the spherical groove is arranged at the front end of the connector, and the spherical protrusion is arranged at the rear end of the connector; or the spherical bulge is arranged at the front end of the connector, and the spherical groove is arranged at the rear end of the connector.
The invention has the beneficial effects that the front end and the rear end of the connector are corrected to mutually matched angles during collision connection through the magnetic force and the relative stress guide between the spherical groove and the spherical bulge, so that the abrasion of the bullet train connector during collision connection is reduced.
