The invention provides a vehicle-mounted gravity sensing type cup stand which comprises a body 100, a clamping mechanism 200 and a sensing mechanism 300. Wherein, the body 100 is used for accommodating the cup body 400. The clamping mechanism 200 is used for clamping or loosening the cup body 400. The induction mechanism 300 is in transmission connection with the clamping mechanism 200 and is used for driving the clamping mechanism 200 to clamp the cup body 400 when the cup body 400 is induced to be placed in the body 100; upon sensing that the cup 400 is taken out of the body 100, the chucking mechanism 200 is driven to release the cup 400.
Further, in the present embodiment, the body 100 has a shape substantially the same as that of the cup 400, and includes a base 120 and a circular sidewall 140 connected to the base 120.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the base 120 is circular; the annular sidewall 140 is flared. An opening 142 is formed on the annular side wall 140; the opening 142 is used for the access of the clamping mechanism 200 to clamp or release the cup 400.
Further, in this embodiment, the sensing mechanism 300 includes a support 320 and an elastic member 340. The holder 320 is also circular and is received in the body 100 to sense the cup 400. The elastic member 340 has one end connected to the support 320 and the other end connected to the base 120. Specifically, in this embodiment, the elastic member 340 is a spring. When the cup 400 is placed on the seat 320, the elastic member 340 is compressed by the gravity of the cup 400, the seat 320 moves toward the base 120, and the clamping mechanism 200 is driven to clamp the cup 400 while the seat 320 moves toward the base 120. When the cup 400 is taken out of the body 100, the elastic member 340 drives the support 320 to move in a direction away from the base 120, and the clamping mechanism 200 is driven to release the cup 400 while the support 320 moves in a direction away from the base 120.
Further, in the present embodiment, the clamping mechanism 200 includes a connecting mechanism 220, a supporting mechanism 240, and a rotating mechanism 260; wherein the connecting mechanism 220 is used for connecting with the support 320; the supporting mechanism 240 is used for providing a fulcrum for the rotating structure 260; the rotary structure 260 serves to clamp or unclamp the cup 400.

In this embodiment, the connecting mechanism 220 includes a gear 222 and a rack 224; the rack 224 is disposed on a side of the support 320 facing the base 120; the gear 222 is rotatably mounted to one end of the rotary structure 260. The rack 224 may be directly formed on the end surface of the support 320 facing the base 120, or fixedly mounted on the end surface of the support 320 facing the base 120.
The supporting mechanism 240 includes a mounting seat 242, and a rotating shaft 244 mounted on the mounting seat 242; the rotating structure 260 rotates around the rotating shaft 244 while the gear 222 slides on the rack 224.
The rotating structure 260 includes a sliding portion 262, a connecting portion 264, and a clamping portion 266; the gear 222 is attached to the sliding portion 262; the connecting portion 264 is rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft 244; the clamping portion 266 is used to clamp or unclamp the cup 400.
In use, when a user puts the cup 400 into the body 100, the cup 400 is supported on the seat 320, the elastic member 340 is compressed under the action of the gravity of the cup 400, and the seat 320 moves toward the direction close to the base 120; the rack 224 drives the gear 222 to slide from the middle position to the edge position of the support 320; meanwhile, the connecting portion 264 rotates around the rotating shaft 244; the clamping portion 266 moves toward the body 100 and passes through the opening 142 to clamp the cup 400.
When the user takes out the cup 400 from the body 100, the gravity applied by the cup 400 to the support 320 is reduced, and the elastic member 340 drives the support 320 to move away from the base 120; the rack 224 drives the gear 222 to slide from the edge position of the support 320 to the middle position; meanwhile, the connecting portion 264 rotates around the rotating shaft 244; the clamp 266 is moved away from the body 100 to release the cup 400 and eventually out through the opening 142, outside the body 100.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the cup body 400 is sensed to be put in or taken out through the sensing mechanism 300; when the cup body 400 is put in, the clamping mechanism 200 is driven to clamp the cup body 400 so as to ensure the stability of the cup body 400; when the cup body 400 is taken out, the clamping mechanism 200 is driven to release the cup body 400, so that the cup body 400 is convenient to take out; thereby greatly improving the convenience of the cup stand.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
