and step three, moving a sliding buckle (29) on the discharging baffle plate (19) to enable the sliding buckle (29) to be separated from a limiting clamping groove (30) of the inner sleeve plate (26), popping the inner sleeve plate (26) out through a spring pin (31), replacing the inner sleeve plate (26), and matching a rotating cap (28) to be inserted into the inner sleeve plate (26) again to enable a second circular groove (32) of the inner sleeve plate (26) to be in butt joint with a first circular groove (25) of the discharging baffle plate (19).
