In order to solve the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the water-saving cooling method of the plastic granulator, which has the advantages of ingenious structure, simple principle and convenient use.
In order to achieve the technical purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows.
The water-saving cooling method for recovering and granulating the waste plastic foam comprises the following steps:
(I) an extrusion stage;
s1: the molten strip-shaped plastic is extruded from an extrusion hole of the plastic granulator and is inserted into a water cooling pipe in the cooling device, and the molten strip-shaped plastic gradually extends towards the bent pipe along the water cooling pipe;
the cooling device comprises a first vertical plate and a second vertical plate which are vertically and oppositely arranged, a connecting plate fixedly connected with the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate is arranged between the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate, the connecting plate is positioned on the side surface of the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate and is arranged close to the top of the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate, a middle vertical plate positioned between the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate is fixedly arranged on the connecting plate and is arranged close to the second vertical plate, the connecting plate further comprises two coaxially arranged butt-joint discs, one butt-joint disc is fixedly arranged on the middle vertical plate and is an output disc, the other butt-joint disc is connected with the extrusion end of the plastic granulator and is an input disc, the input disc is positioned on the outer side of the first vertical plate, which is far away from the end of the middle vertical plate, an external first boss is coaxially and fixedly arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the butt-joint discs, the first boss is fixedly connected with the extrusion end of the middle vertical plate/plastic granulator, and one end surface of the butt-joint discs, which is provided with a butt-joint hole which is arranged in parallel to the axial direction of the first vertical plate and is arranged close to one end face, The end faces of the first installation groove and the second installation groove are mutually deviated from each other, a first butt joint parallel to the axial direction of the first installation groove is arranged in the first installation groove, the first butt joint is communicated with the first butt joint hole, the first butt joint hole is provided with a plurality of extrusion holes which are aligned with the plastic granulator one by one, the first butt joint hole on the input disc is communicated with the extrusion holes of the plastic granulator in a sealing and butt joint mode, a water cooling pipe used for connecting and communicating the first butt joint hole on the input disc and the extrusion holes on the extrusion disc is arranged between the first butt joint hole on the input disc and the extrusion holes on the extrusion disc, the water cooling pipe movably penetrates through the first vertical plate, and the diameter of the water cooling pipe is larger than that of molten strip-shaped plastics extruded by the plastic granulator;
an annular groove is coaxially formed in the outer circular surface of the butt joint disc, a sealing ring which is in sealing connection and matching with the groove opening of the annular groove is arranged at the groove opening of the annular groove, the annular groove and the sealing ring jointly form a water cavity, and a connecting hole which is radially arranged along the butt joint disc and is communicated with the water cavity and the butt joint hole is formed between the water cavity and the butt joint hole;
the cooling device also comprises an extrusion disc fixedly arranged on the second vertical plate, the axial direction of the extrusion disc is parallel to the axial direction of the butt joint disc, the axial line of the extrusion disc is positioned right above the axial line of the butt joint disc, the outer circular surface of the extrusion disc is coaxially and fixedly provided with an external boss two, the external boss two is fixedly connected with the second vertical plate, one end surface of the extrusion disc, which is close to the butt joint disc, is coaxially provided with a circular mounting groove two, the mounting groove two is internally provided with a butt joint second which is arranged in parallel to the axial direction of the extrusion disc, the butt joint second is provided with a plurality of butt joint heads which are matched with the butt joint first on the output disc in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the axial line of the butt joint second which is matched with each other is positioned right above the butt joint first, a bending pipe for connecting and communicating the two is arranged between the butt joint second and the butt joint first, the bending pipe comprises a horizontal section second which is coaxially communicated with the butt joint second, a horizontal section first which is coaxially communicated with the butt joint first and an inclined section which is arranged between the horizontal section one and the horizontal section two and is used for connecting and communicating the two, the inclination angle of the inclined section of the bending pipe is larger than 30 degrees and smaller than 45 degrees, the inclined section is gradually upwards tilted from the horizontal section I to the horizontal section II, the end face, deviating from the butt joint disc, of the extrusion disc is set into a grain cutting end face, and output holes which are communicated with the butt joint head II in a one-to-one correspondence mode are formed in the grain cutting end face;
(II) a cooling circulation stage;
s2: the water tank supplies normal-temperature cold water to the water chamber on the input disc, the normal-temperature cold water enters the butt joint hole from the connecting hole and then enters the water cooling pipe from the butt joint hole, the normal-temperature cold water flows from the input disc to the output disc along the water cooling pipe, meanwhile, the normal-temperature cold water is fully contacted with the molten strip-shaped plastic, the molten strip-shaped plastic guides heat into the normal-temperature cold water, and the temperature of the normal-temperature cold water rises and is converted into high-temperature hot water;
the water tank is fixedly arranged between the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate, a water cavity on the input disc is connected with a water inlet pipe which is vertically and downwardly arranged, a water discharge pipe which is vertically and downwardly arranged is connected with a water cavity on the output disc, the water tank is arranged in a rectangular structure and is hermetically arranged, a first water pump is fixedly arranged on the upper end surface of the water tank, the input end of the first water pump is inserted into the water tank and extends to the bottom of the first water pump, the output end of the first water pump is communicated with the water inlet pipe, the output end of the water discharge pipe is communicated with the input end of the heat dissipation device, and the output end of the heat dissipation device is inserted into the water tank;
in the working process of the water tank, a first water pump is started, normal-temperature cold water in the water tank is pumped out by the water pump and is conveyed into a water cavity on the input disc through the water inlet pipe, the normal-temperature cold water flows from the input disc to the output disc through the water cooling pipe and enters the water cavity on the output disc, the normal-temperature cold water is converted into high-temperature hot water in the process, and the high-temperature hot water flows into the heat dissipation device through the water drainage pipe;
s3: high-temperature hot water enters the water chamber on the output disc through the connecting hole, then the high-temperature hot water flows into a turbine heat dissipation mechanism in the heat dissipation device, and the turbine heat dissipation mechanism performs heat dissipation treatment on the high-temperature hot water and converts the high-temperature hot water into low-temperature hot water;
the turbine heat dissipation mechanism comprises a fixing plate fixedly connected with the side face of a water tank, a fixing cylinder with openings at the upper end and the lower end is fixedly installed on the fixing plate, the fixing cylinder is located below a water discharge pipe and is coaxially arranged with the water discharge pipe, a circular fixing frame with circular and hollow-out arrangement is fixedly arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the fixing cylinder, a rotating cylinder is coaxially and rotatably arranged in the fixing cylinder, circular end covers which are in sealing connection and matching with the rotating cylinder are coaxially and fixedly arranged at the openings at the upper end and the lower end of a hand-held rotating cylinder, the end covers are rotatably connected and matched with the fixing frame, a rectangular cooling fin I is fixedly arranged on the inner circular surface of the rotating cylinder, the length direction of the cooling fin I is parallel to the axial direction of the rotating cylinder, the width direction of the cooling fin I deviates from the radial direction of the rotating cylinder by more than, the outer circular surface of the rotating cylinder is fixedly provided with a second rectangular radiating fin, the length direction of the second rectangular radiating fin is parallel to the axial direction of the rotating cylinder, the width direction of the second rectangular radiating fin deviates from the radial direction of the rotating cylinder by an angle larger than 20 degrees and smaller than 40 degrees, the second rectangular radiating fin extends from the top of the rotating cylinder to the bottom of the rotating cylinder, a plurality of second rectangular radiating fins are arranged in an array mode along the circumferential direction of the rotating cylinder, and the rotating cylinder, the first rectangular radiating fin and the second rectangular radiating fin are made of copper materials;

a cylindrical drainage water cavity is coaxially formed in the bottom end of the main shaft vertically upwards, the drainage water cavity extends into the rotating cylinder, a communicating groove used for connecting and communicating the drainage water cavity and the rotating cylinder is formed between the drainage water cavity and the bottom of the rotating cylinder, and the communicating grooves are arranged in an array mode along the circumferential direction where the main shaft is located;
in the working process of the turbine heat dissipation mechanism, high-temperature hot water discharged by a water discharge pipe flows into a water inlet cavity, then the high-temperature hot water flows into a water tank through a communication hole, the high-temperature hot water overflows from a notch of the water tank and uniformly slides along the conical surface of a conical disc to the periphery, the high-temperature hot water is uniformly sprinkled on a first heat radiating fin and slides to the bottom of the first heat radiating fin from the top of the first heat radiating fin, the high-temperature hot water exchanges heat with the first heat radiating fin and transfers the heat to the first heat radiating fin, the first heat radiating fin transfers the heat to a second heat radiating fin, the high-temperature hot water is converted into low-temperature hot water and gathers at the bottom of a rotary cylinder, and flows into a water discharge cavity from the communication groove, meanwhile, a belt transmission assembly II transmits power on an output shaft of a heat dissipation motor to a main shaft and drives the main shaft to rotate, the main shaft drives the rotary cylinder to synchronously rotate, and the second heat radiating fin synchronously rotates around the axial direction of the main shaft, the air enters the radiating area from the air inlet and is discharged from the discharge port, and the second radiating fins exchange heat with the air to quickly dissipate heat on the second radiating fins into the air;
s4: the low-temperature hot water discharged by the turbine heat dissipation mechanism enters the heat exchange heat dissipation mechanism, the heat exchange heat dissipation mechanism carries out heat dissipation treatment on the low-temperature hot water and converts the low-temperature hot water into normal-temperature cold water, and finally the normal-temperature cold water is discharged into the water tank for cyclic utilization;
the heat exchange heat dissipation mechanism comprises a low-temperature hot water pipeline and a normal-temperature cold water pipeline which are symmetrically arranged up and down and transversely arranged, the low-temperature hot water pipeline is positioned right below the normal-temperature cold water pipeline and is a square pipeline, the low-temperature hot water pipeline is fixedly arranged on the upper end surface of the water tank, the low-temperature hot water pipeline and the normal-temperature cold water pipeline are both hard guide pipes, a plurality of copper heat dissipation pipes are vertically arranged between the low-temperature hot water pipeline and the normal-temperature cold water pipeline, the heat dissipation pipes are arranged in an array mode along the length direction of the low-temperature hot water pipeline, each heat dissipation pipe comprises an inner pipe and an outer pipe which are mutually isolated, the inner pipes are connected and communicated with the low-temperature hot water pipeline and the normal-temperature cold water pipeline, the input end of the second water pump is coaxially sleeved on the bottom end of the main shaft and is in rotating sealing connection and matching with the main shaft, the output end of the second water pump is connected and communicated with one end of the low-temperature hot water pipeline, and the other end of the low-temperature hot water pipeline is arranged in a sealing mode, one end of the normal-temperature cold water pipeline is communicated with a return pipe, the output end of the return pipe is inserted into the water tank, and the other end of the normal-temperature cold water pipeline is arranged in a closed manner;
the heat exchange heat dissipation mechanism further comprises a first external pipe, a second external pipe, a first tap water pipe and a second tap water pipe, the first external pipe is positioned under the second external pipe, the length direction of the first external pipe is parallel to the length direction of the low-temperature hot water pipeline, the first external pipe and the second external pipe are arranged close to each other, the outer circular surface of the first external pipe is connected and communicated with the bottom of the outer pipe, one end of the first external pipe is connected and communicated with the output end of the first tap water pipe, the other end of the first external pipe is arranged in a closed manner, the length direction of the second external pipe is parallel to the length direction of the low-temperature hot water pipeline, the two external pipes are arranged close to each other, the outer circular surface of the second external pipe is connected and communicated with the top of the outer pipe, one end of the second external pipe is connected and communicated with the;
the water consumption in a factory is extremely high, therefore, tap water in a tap water conveying pipeline flows continuously, a heat exchange heat dissipation mechanism is in the working process, a second water pump pumps low-temperature hot water in a drainage water cavity into a low-temperature hot water pipeline, the low-temperature hot water flows upwards through an inner pipe, in the process, the low-temperature hot water and the tap water in an outer pipe complete heat exchange and are converted into normal-temperature cold water to enter a normal-temperature cold water pipeline, and then the normal-temperature cold water flows into a water tank through a return pipe;
(III) granulating;
s5: and discharging the cooled strip-shaped hard plastic from an output port on the extrusion disc, and pelletizing the strip-shaped hard plastic extruded by the pelletizing device.
Compared with the prior art, the water tank has the advantages that the water tank is ingenious in structure, simple in principle and convenient and fast to use, normal-temperature cold water in the water tank is pumped out and is in direct contact with extruded molten strip-shaped plastic, the molten strip-shaped plastic is cooled by water, heat exchange is carried out between the molten strip-shaped plastic and the normal-temperature cold water, the normal-temperature cold water is converted into high-temperature hot water, then the high-temperature hot water is subjected to heat dissipation and cooling treatment and is converted into normal-temperature cold water, the normal-temperature cold water is pumped back into the water tank, recycling of the normal-temperature cold water is achieved, and water resources are saved.

Detailed Description
The water-saving cooling method for recovering and granulating the waste plastic foam comprises the following steps:
(I) an extrusion stage;
s1: the molten plastic strand, which is extruded from the extrusion holes of the pelletizer and inserted into the water-cooled tube 115 in the cooling device 100, will gradually extend along the water-cooled tube 115 toward the bent tube 125;
(II) a cooling circulation stage;
s2: the water tank 200 supplies normal-temperature cold water to the water chamber on the input tray, the normal-temperature cold water enters the butt joint hole 112 from the connecting hole 118 and then enters the water cooling pipe 115 from the butt joint hole 112, the normal-temperature cold water flows from the input tray to the output tray along the water cooling pipe 115, meanwhile, the normal-temperature cold water is fully contacted with the molten strip-shaped plastic, the molten strip-shaped plastic guides heat into the normal-temperature cold water, and the temperature of the normal-temperature cold water rises and is converted into high-temperature hot water;
in the working process of the water tank 200, the first water pump 210 is started, the water pump 210 pumps the normal-temperature cold water in the water tank 200 and conveys the normal-temperature cold water into the water cavity on the input disc through the water inlet pipe 201, the normal-temperature cold water flows from the input disc to the output disc through the water cooling pipe 115 and enters the water cavity on the output disc, in the process, the normal-temperature cold water is converted into high-temperature hot water, and the high-temperature hot water flows into the heat dissipation device 400 through the water discharge pipe 202;
s3: the high-temperature hot water enters the water chamber on the output disc through the connecting hole 118, and then flows into the turbine heat dissipation mechanism 410 in the heat dissipation device 400, and the turbine heat dissipation mechanism 410 performs heat dissipation treatment on the high-temperature hot water and converts the high-temperature hot water into low-temperature hot water;
during the operation of the turbine heat dissipation mechanism 410, the high temperature hot water discharged from the water discharge pipe 202 flows into the water inlet cavity 415a, then the high temperature hot water flows into the water tank 416b through the communication hole 416c, the high temperature hot water overflows from the notch of the water tank 416b and slides uniformly around along the tapered surface of the tapered disk 416a, the high temperature hot water sprinkles uniformly on the first heat dissipation fins 413a and slides from the top of the first heat dissipation fins 413a to the bottom thereof, the high temperature hot water exchanges heat with the first heat dissipation fins 413a and transfers the heat to the first heat dissipation fins 413a, the first heat dissipation fins 413a transfer the heat to the second heat dissipation fins 413b, the high temperature hot water is converted into low temperature hot water and gathers at the bottom of the rotary cylinder 413, and flows into the water discharge cavity 415b through the communication groove 415c, and at the same time, the second belt transmission assembly 419 transfers the power on the output shaft of the heat dissipation motor 418 to the main shaft 415 and drives the main shaft 415 to rotate, the main shaft 415 drives the rotating cylinder 413 to synchronously rotate, the two cooling fins 413b synchronously rotate around the axial direction of the main shaft 415, air enters a cooling area from an air inlet and is discharged from a discharge port 417a, and the two cooling fins 413b exchange heat with the air to quickly dissipate heat on the two cooling fins 413b into the air;
s4: the low-temperature hot water discharged from the turbine heat dissipation mechanism 410 enters the heat exchange heat dissipation mechanism 420, the heat exchange heat dissipation mechanism 420 performs heat dissipation treatment on the low-temperature hot water and converts the low-temperature hot water into normal-temperature cold water, and finally, the normal-temperature cold water is discharged into the water tank 200 for recycling;
the water consumption in the factory is extremely high, therefore, the tap water in the tap water conveying pipeline will continuously flow, the second water pump 430 pumps the low-temperature hot water in the drainage cavity 415b into the low-temperature hot water pipeline 421 in the working process of the heat exchange heat dissipation mechanism 420, the low-temperature hot water flows upwards through the inner pipe 423a, in the process, the low-temperature hot water and the tap water in the outer pipe 423b complete heat exchange and are converted into normal-temperature cold water to enter the normal-temperature cold water pipeline 422, and then the normal-temperature cold water flows into the water tank 200 through the return pipe 424;
(III) granulating;
s5: the cooled hard plastic strips are discharged from an output port of the extrusion disc 120, and the hard plastic strips extruded by the dicing device 300 are diced.
A water circulation cooling system of a plastic granulator comprises a cooling device 100 connected with an extrusion end of the plastic granulator, a granulating device 300 connected with the extrusion end of the cooling device 100, and a water tank 200 used for circularly supplying normal-temperature cold water to the cooling device 100, wherein a normal-temperature cold water output end of the water tank 200 is directly connected and communicated with an input end of the cooling device 100, a heat dissipation device 400 indirectly connected and communicated is arranged between a normal-temperature cold water input end of the water tank 200 and an output end of the cooling device 100, the cooling device 100 is used for receiving molten strip-shaped plastic extruded by the plastic granulator and cooling the plastic, and the granulating device 300 is used for receiving strip-shaped hard plastic extruded by the cooling device 100 and granulating the hard plastic.

The water demand in the factory is very large, therefore, the running water in the running water conveying pipeline will flow continuously, the heat exchange heat dissipation mechanism 420 is in the working process, the second water pump 430 pumps the low-temperature hot water in the drainage water cavity 415b into the low-temperature hot water pipeline 421, the low-temperature hot water flows upwards through the inner pipe 423a, in the process, the low-temperature hot water and the running water in the outer pipe 423b complete heat exchange and are converted into normal-temperature cold water to enter the normal-temperature cold water pipeline 422, then the normal-temperature cold water flows into the water tank 200 through the return pipe 424, the significance of the scheme is achieved, the running water is used for cooling the low-temperature hot water discharged by the turbine heat dissipation mechanism 410, and the energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
