The C-shaped elbow end tapping device according to claim 4, wherein each of the two downward clamping devices comprises a first moving block (21), a vertical cylinder (22), two first fixed seats (23) and two first threaded rods (24), the two first fixed seats (23) are symmetrically arranged on the top of the bracket (16), the two first threaded rods (24) are symmetrically arranged on the two first fixed seats (23), the first moving block (21) is slidably arranged on the two first threaded rods (24), the vertical cylinder (22) is arranged on the first moving block (21), a fourth clamping portion (36) is arranged on a downward extending end of an output shaft of the vertical cylinder (22), two first belt pulleys are arranged at the ends of the two first threaded rods (24), and a first belt (34) is sleeved on each belt pulley, a first motor (25) is also arranged on the first threaded rod (24).
