技术领域：
本发明涉及一种采油工用管道除垢器。
背景技术：
管道的直径不大，在结垢之后很难清除，由于直径不大人体无法进入其内进行清理，并且管道无法转动，清理也很困难，结垢严重时无法继续使用。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种除垢效果好，使用灵活的一种采油工用管道除垢器。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现：
一种采油工用管道除垢器，其组成包括:正反转电机，所述的正反转电机连接联轴器，所述的联轴器连接转轴，所述的转轴焊接圆球，所述的圆球开有一组内螺纹孔，所述的内螺纹孔连接外螺纹套，所述的外螺纹套伸出所述的圆球的外部，所述的外螺纹套具有内螺纹，所述的外螺纹套连接调节螺杆，所述的调节螺杆连接支撑杆，所述的支撑杆焊接空心球，所述的空心球的外表面焊接一组固定螺纹套，所述的固定螺纹套连接外螺纹杆，所述的外螺纹杆的外侧端部具有钩子，所述的钩子的外侧具有锥尖，所述的空心球内装有清洗剂，所述的空心球开有一组渗出液体孔。

有益效果：
1.本发明钩子和锥尖的位置能够根据需要进行调整，确保锥尖能够接触到管道内的油垢，在正反转电机的带动下能够将油垢剐蹭下来，在清洗剂的同步作用下，能够彻底的清除管道内的油垢、污垢，清除的效果好。
本发明的空心球外伸的位置能够根据需要进行调整，使空心球能够距离管道的壁比较近，不但使锥尖能够剐蹭油垢，还能够使甩出的清洗剂充分地接触油垢，确保油垢清除的彻底干净。
本发明的长度通过横螺纹套和横螺纹调节杆进行调整，横螺纹套和横螺纹调节杆的长度都比较长，能够伸入到管道很深的位置，清除的油垢、污垢效果好。
本发明的正反转电机能够正转也能够反转，能够避免了加液软管缠绕住无法使用的现象，在使用时也可以在加完清洗剂时断开加液软管，使用非常灵活，并且效果好。

一种采油工用管道除垢器，其组成包括:正反转电机1，所述的正反转电机连接联轴器2，所述的联轴器连接转轴3，所述的转轴焊接圆球4，所述的圆球开有一组内螺纹孔5，所述的内螺纹孔连接外螺纹套6，所述的外螺纹套伸出所述的圆球的外部，所述的外螺纹套具有内螺纹，所述的外螺纹套连接调节螺杆7，所述的调节螺杆连接支撑杆8，所述的支撑杆焊接空心球9，所述的空心球的外表面焊接一组固定螺纹套10，所述的固定螺纹套连接外螺纹杆11，所述的外螺纹杆的外侧端部具有钩子12，所述的钩子的外侧具有锥尖13，所述的空心球内装有清洗剂，所述的空心球开有一组渗出液体孔14。
所述的空心球开有连接孔15，所述的连接孔焊接连接管16，所述的连接管开有环槽17，所述的连接管之间通过软管18连接，所述的软管与所述的环槽之间通过紧固卡圈19固定，所述的紧固卡圈卡入所述的环槽。

工作原理：
根据管道的直径，调整固定螺纹套与外螺纹杆的位置，使锥尖接触管道内的油垢，启动水泵将具有溶解油脂作用的清洗剂注入空心球内，启动正反转电机给管道进行除垢。
