技术领域:
本发明涉及一种采油工用管道除垢器。
背景技术:
管道的直径不大,在结垢之后很难清除,由于直径不大人体无法进入其内进行清理,并且管道无法转动,清理也很困难,结垢严重时无法继续使用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种除垢效果好,使用灵活的一种采油工用管道除垢器。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种采油工用管道除垢器,其组成包括:正反转电机,所述的正反转电机连接联轴器,所述的联轴器连接转轴,所述的转轴焊接圆球,所述的圆球开有一组内螺纹孔,所述的内螺纹孔连接外螺纹套,所述的外螺纹套伸出所述的圆球的外部,所述的外螺纹套具有内螺纹,所述的外螺纹套连接调节螺杆,所述的调节螺杆连接支撑杆,所述的支撑杆焊接空心球,所述的空心球的外表面焊接一组固定螺纹套,所述的固定螺纹套连接外螺纹杆,所述的外螺纹杆的外侧端部具有钩子,所述的钩子的外侧具有锥尖,所述的空心球内装有清洗剂,所述的空心球开有一组渗出液体孔。

有益效果:
1.本发明钩子和锥尖的位置能够根据需要进行调整,确保锥尖能够接触到管道内的油垢,在正反转电机的带动下能够将油垢剐蹭下来,在清洗剂的同步作用下,能够彻底的清除管道内的油垢、污垢,清除的效果好。
本发明的空心球外伸的位置能够根据需要进行调整,使空心球能够距离管道的壁比较近,不但使锥尖能够剐蹭油垢,还能够使甩出的清洗剂充分地接触油垢,确保油垢清除的彻底干净。
本发明的长度通过横螺纹套和横螺纹调节杆进行调整,横螺纹套和横螺纹调节杆的长度都比较长,能够伸入到管道很深的位置,清除的油垢、污垢效果好。
本发明的正反转电机能够正转也能够反转,能够避免了加液软管缠绕住无法使用的现象,在使用时也可以在加完清洗剂时断开加液软管,使用非常灵活,并且效果好。

一种采油工用管道除垢器,其组成包括:正反转电机1,所述的正反转电机连接联轴器2,所述的联轴器连接转轴3,所述的转轴焊接圆球4,所述的圆球开有一组内螺纹孔5,所述的内螺纹孔连接外螺纹套6,所述的外螺纹套伸出所述的圆球的外部,所述的外螺纹套具有内螺纹,所述的外螺纹套连接调节螺杆7,所述的调节螺杆连接支撑杆8,所述的支撑杆焊接空心球9,所述的空心球的外表面焊接一组固定螺纹套10,所述的固定螺纹套连接外螺纹杆11,所述的外螺纹杆的外侧端部具有钩子12,所述的钩子的外侧具有锥尖13,所述的空心球内装有清洗剂,所述的空心球开有一组渗出液体孔14。
所述的空心球开有连接孔15,所述的连接孔焊接连接管16,所述的连接管开有环槽17,所述的连接管之间通过软管18连接,所述的软管与所述的环槽之间通过紧固卡圈19固定,所述的紧固卡圈卡入所述的环槽。

工作原理:
根据管道的直径,调整固定螺纹套与外螺纹杆的位置,使锥尖接触管道内的油垢,启动水泵将具有溶解油脂作用的清洗剂注入空心球内,启动正反转电机给管道进行除垢。
